They are not a reliable company at all. They agree to cut your lawn through the greenpal website and then show up and refuse to cut your lawn. The reason they refuse is honestly pure laziness. The reason I was given was because they couldn't use a riding mower on the entire yard. It blows my mind why they wouldn’t use the riding mower where they could and use a weed eater where they couldn’t. Seriously just a lazy. Plenty of other lawn companies around. I’d suggest you use a different one. Seriously just laziness.
