A L Landscape Managment in Woodland

Working with A.L.Landscape Managment has been a pleasure. I had called several other numbers to help us without success. A.L. answered right away and got our business. They were professional from the start. Alex came to look the job over and take notes to make sure I was heard. The quote was clear, concise and professional all the way. They communicate accurately and clearly. We were scheduled for the work to be done and they showed up on time and ready to work. William worked steadily all day long with a cheerful spirit. He also shared words of wisdom to teach me how to prune plants correctly. The next day they were back and completed the job. They left my backyard spotless and looking great. I highly recommend using them. I have already scheduled a second job to be done, as I plan to be a repeat customer. I am happy to share their number with those who need it.

A L LANDSCAPING MAINTENANCE is great company! The Owners, operators are people of integrity. My husband and I have hired them for lawn care and tree removal. I recommended them to my family as well. My Sister, who became the HOA Treasurer at the condominium complex where she lived, replaced a poorly run, high priced landscaping company with the A L Landscaping Maintenance company. She and her neighbors were very happy with the excellent service by the talented hardworking crew that transformed the grounds! Sister passed away October of 2022. I don't know if the new HOA Treasurer continued with the A L Landscaping Maintenance company. I hope they did!

I waited for more than a week for AL to come out to give an estimate. I waited the morning they were supposed to arrive at 0900. I was at my front door waiting then noticed a call from them. The estimator said he came to my front door and got no response. I have three dogs that bark whenever any comes to our property this is why I was waiting at the front door. I called AL back and Ashley told me he was here and left (big lie) and then that his stick shift car was having trouble traversing my road. UPS and FedX come to my house on a regular basis. Plus 33 homes are on this hill we drive cars and can traverse the road. I pull a 4 horse trailer up and down the road!! For a company that lives in the country they are apparently not set up to do work in the country. I recommend skipping any appointment with this company and finding a company that truly does landscaping in the country. I would give zero stars if it was allowed.

We just had work done by Alex and his father and crew. They were great. Ashley kept in touch frequently- letting us know when the crew would arrive. Alex and his father did a great job designing our rock culvert above what we had asked for. We were very impressed! Would highly recommend them

These guys were fantastic ! A business that actually communicates , picks up the phone , returns emails, phone calls and is responsive throughout the entire process to answer any question we had. We called other local companies and never heard back from any of them . Yes , we left voicemails and nothing …. We weren’t able to be home while the work was performed ( family vacation ) and A L Landscape sent us pictures of the work after it was completed . We were able to conveniently pay online which was great ! We highly recommend them . Thank you for the great experience .

Alex was really nice before the job was done. Once the guys were finished and I was not satisfied with the job nor the service on my sprinkler system, I sent him a lengthy email explaining and asked for him to come do a walk through with me so I could show what I was talking about. I assumed they would come back and finish the job. I paid the invoice because I didn't want him claiming I hadn't paid him and I assumed he would get in touch with me right away considering how "nice" he was at the beginning...no such luck. No response whats so ever from him. I won't use them again nor recommend him to anyone.

A L Landscape Management vastly exceeded our expectations in every possible way. They came out to our home to provide once-annual landscaping and yard-cleanup support, and absolutely transformed our established garden beds, shrubs that had long needed pruning and reshaping, and the overall appearance of our yard. Alex was easily the most responsive and professional contact we've engaged with for landscaping support, and his team was efficient, thorough, and very detail-oriented. 10/10 highly recommend for all your yard, garden, and landscaping needs.

The service provided by A L Landscape Management has been quality, reliable, and responsive to needs that arise over time. I know that my yard will be done quickly and professionally, yet they will stop and talk to me personally or about concerns I have which aren’t always limited to the lawn, but extend to trees and fences/gates. They always remove all yard waste, including collections I may have made during the week. Top-notch work and friendly, I highly recommend their quality work.
