Fuentes Landscape just completed a large job (front and backyard) on our new corner lot property and we are MORE than pleased. Fuentes Landscape is first rate. Their prices are fair and their work is excellent. From start to finish, Ralph and his crew were professional, responsive, flexible and dependable. He estimated that the job would take 2.5-3.5 weeks and they finished in 3. Ralph worked with us as we designed our own landscaping, helping us select & order particular trees and border shrubs that would thrive in our climate. The crew removed & replaced a 40+ year old irrigation system, removed tons of river rock that covered a large portion of the front yard and planted sod, trees, & shrubs. At each stage of the project, Ralph checked in to make sure we were happy with the progress, the work and the workers. He responded promptly to our calls. Balta, the foreman, had an artistic eye and paid close attention to detail. It was obvious that he wanted to do an excellent job on our property (rather than a rush job). The crew went above and beyond our expectations, making sure each aspect of the landscape was completed with care and excellence. I also appreciated that when they left each day, they cleaned up the space so that we could enter and exit our home without walking through dirt. When the job was finished, it was obvious that Balta and Ralph were proud of the end result. I highly recommend Fuentes Landscape and will be referring them to friends and neighbors in the future.
Fuentes Landscaping is PHENOMENAL. They not only cleaned up the leaves in my backyard, but they also used the hose to get the cobwebs out and made our backyard look brand new again! Honestly, better than when we moved in. So quick, so kind, so efficient, so organized, so clean, and the list goes on for days! Ralph Fuentes is very responsive and mindful of his customers wants, needs, time, expectations and experience. Every single one of the landscaping persons were just as mindful, sweet, efficient, etc etc etc. Would give 10 stars if I could! BOOK THEM, IT’S WORTH IT!!!!
Fuentes Landscaping does very good work at a reasonable price. Ours was a relatively small job but no problem. Owner Ralph was very communicative and worked around our schedule. Workers were polite, friendly and very efficient. Would definitely hire Fuentes Landscaping again and recommend them to anyone who needs a very good, responsible landscaping contractor. Thanks Ralph!
I am very grateful for Fuentes Landscape. I have gone back multiple times for work from them because the quality of service is excellent, the response time is exceptional, and the passion is palpable. I am a landscaping novice and feel very vulnerable when it comes to contractors. It speaks volumes that Ralph and his crew keep getting my business. Just recently, I had a problem with my sprinklers and texted Ralph like I would a friend. He came over and diagnosed the issue in a matter of 15 seconds. Couldn't recommend them more!
We decided to go with Fuentes Landscape because of the Google Reviews and Ralph's typed up itemized estimate. We have a new home and just had cement done and needed sod, sprinklers, river rock, and a few trees. Ralph told me they could start on May 9th, then it was changed to May 10th, then it was Saturday May 11th. We woke up early on our day off Saturday to feed our dogs and let them run around before they came. I get a call from Ralph around 9:00 on Saturday morning saying they can't make it and would be here Monday because they were finishing up another job. At this point I told my husband I want to cancel and go with another company that was going to do the same for a lot lower price. My husband said to just wait and see if they come on Monday. On Monday they arrived but it was only two men. I asked Ralph it there was only two guys and he said yes. The estimate says $8,400 just for labor so I would think there would be more employees. On Monday the first day they arrived at 10:51, one guy left at 2:12, came back at 2:59, then they both leave at 3:50 for the day. May 14th, they arrive at 8:42, one guy leaves at 11:00, comes back at 12:09, then they both leave at 3:46 for the day. Wednesday morning May 15th, I get a call after 9:00 from Ralph that one of the guys has to get an MRI from a previous car accident and they won't be able to make it. It just went on like this the whole time and we have cameras outside and can see when they come and go. Ralph told me they would be done on Tuesday the following week and they were not. Tuesday, he told me they would be done on Wednesday. Wednesday morning a crew came by from the new home builder unexpectedly and told me they wanted to remove four faulty pieces of cement by the side gate. I checked with Ralph to see if they can take a section out of the fence on the side to come in and out where the previous cement company we hired did since they hadn’t finished the job. He didn't sound happy and said they could, but it would be more labor. I told him I could just tell them to come back another time and Ralph said they would remove it. The home builder came on Thursday to pour cement. Ralph said that they could not finish the side where the river rock was supposed to go because of the fresh cement. I understand that but with how patient we have been and how long the job was dragging out, I would think he would offer to come back after it dried, since they were nowhere near finished on Tuesday when they were supposed to be, or on Wednesday. I had to ask Ralph myself to leave river rock that we paid for. They left some. I saw them leave with more and same with the decomposed granite. We got a thin layer of decomposed granite. They did not finish until after 6:00 on Friday the 24th. Without the last part where river rock by the side gate completed. Now we are left with a pile of river rock and have to hire someone else to finish it even though we paid Ralph for it. We also were supposed to get a fifteen-gallon lime and lemon tree and instead they only had five gallons. There were two fruitless trees, but we had miscommunication about the placement, so we only have one and the other was returned. Ralph did ask if we were sure about river rock all the way around the yard and I asked what else we could use, and he said decomposed granite and it would be $250 more so we went with that. In the end he charged $180 more on top of the $13,930. Note to self to ask how many people will be working, the exact times and days, and happens with the leftover product you pay for. I had a home before that needed sod, and sprinklers and it took a crew about three or four days. I assumed for a project like this there would be more people, start earlier in the day, and not drag on as long as it did, or not knowing until the last minute if they are coming. I am sure they are helpful for small projects. It also seemed like Ralph was more worried about us referring him, writing a review, and putting a sign in my yard.
Ralph and his team were amazing helping us bring our vision to life. They did a complete overhaul of our front yard. Complete demo, new irrigation and controller, new plants, ground cover, trim, and sod. He also coordinated amazing formed concrete steps…. Truly an amazing finished product. His pricing is extremely fair, they did the job quickly, and he coordinated with us closely every step of the way! Couldn’t recommend more
We highly recommend Fuentes Landscaping!! They transformed our sterile backyard with mulch that gave us splinters even stepping outdoors into a great place for our family to hangout. From the initial consultation to the final touches, their team displayed professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail. We are extremely pleased with the results of the landscaping that Ralph Fuentes and his crew did in our front yard. The new sod and plants were very high quality. Sprinklers and drip lines were placed precisely for maximum coverage and zero water waste. Ralph responded very quickly to our request for an estimate and he always kept us informed as to when the crew would be here. Very hard workers and not satisfied until everything was perfect. We are extremely satisfied with Ralph and Fuentes Landscape! I ve been on the fence about getting my yard redone for the last couple years, but we loved what they did with our neighbors yard. For our front and back yard, Ralph s team removed all old bark (mulch) and weeds, laid weed barrier fabric, cleaned up our drip line, laid river rock where the old mulch was, straightened a couple young trees, and laid decomposed granite to a portion of the back yard. The project took a couple weeks, and probably would have been done sooner if we weren t experiencing a heat wave. Ralph even helped fix a water leak in the front yard that was caused by a different lawn company. His communication was impeccable, checking in with us regularly and giving updates on the status of the project. His guys arrived every morning (during the week) by 6:30am and left by 2pm to avoid the extreme afternoon heats (100+ degree days). All work is guaranteed. Thank you for doing great work on our yard!

Fuentes Landscape helped convert part of my lawn from grass to a low maintenance rock scape. They timely responded to my inquiry for a quote and drove out to meet me and look at the area. Overall communication was excellent and we made a plan for the work together. The work was completed only a few days later. In addition, they went above and beyond and landscaped the entire front yard. The rock scape looks excellent and was exactly what I was looking for. The owner drove out so we could look over the work together and was just extremely professional and friendly. Excellent experience overall!

Ralph was quick to respond and schedule sprinkler valve replacements for our very old and leaking valves. Balta replaced and set up our system to our satisfaction within a couple of days. He capped off some lines since we just installed artificial turf and installed 3 new valves. to replace ancient leaking ones. Ralph also checked back to see that everything went well. Highly recommend them for their efficient and quality work.

We had prep work and new lawn previously put in by another company and it died very quickly because the sprinklers hardly worked and the dirt was compacted. We called Fuentes Landscaping and they came out and re-did all of our sprinkler lines, prepped the dirt correctly, and laid new sod. Our lawn and yard has never looked better!! Its very level and the roots are sinking into the soil! They took their time to prep it and make sure all sprinklers were functioning and that everything ran smoothly! They were able to get the job done in a few days and we couldnt be happier with the customer service!! Ive already passed their info on to 3 of my clients! HIGHLY recommend their services!

No surprise charges, my final invoice was nearly identical to the quote I received earlier. Fuentes Landscape did fantastic work on my yard. I had 3 projects: A low point in my yard flooded with heavy rain and needed a drain, a weedy narrow strip needed ground granite, and low voltage lighting for the garden. They completed all three jobs quickly, efficiently, and meticulously. The drain was dug with care to provide the proper angle for water flow. Ground cover was dug up where necessary and replaced carefully. My garden was picture perfect when the work was finished. The pricing was very reasonable Response and communication were great. I got an immediate call back, and Ralph stayed in touch throughout. Customer care was excellent. Ralph listened carefully and asked often Do you have any question, any concerns? Are you happy with the work? Wow. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
I have tried calling Several times NO ANSWER and your mailbox is FULL! Your driver today (6/06/19) at @ 2pm came out of Rain for Rent off of Kentucky. He Did not use the entrance but plowed through the small ditch and cut off the pick up truck behind me. He then speeded up and drove on the right side as if to Turn right on Cottonwood. Whe the lights turned green he Sped up cutting of a Semi truck and continued to speed down Kentucky. IF the Semi slammed on his breaks, several cars would have been in an accident. TALK TO YOUR DRIVER. I AM SURE YOU CAN PIN DOWN WHO THIS WAS.
