Happy New Year MOL We ve been wanting to remodel our pool/backyard since we moved in almost 25yrs ago! I ve been referring to this picture of a waterfall for almost 7yrs. Homeowners know you gotta take care of all the integrals first! Finally we got to it! We met with at least 5 different companies and decided to go with Moda Outdoor Living because of Elan Benor. Having definite ideas of what you want may make a project a little more challenging for any outfit but Elan seemed to understand with enthusiasm what I was hoping for. We moved forward and of course as renovations go,things arise that you have to work out and this is why I would go with MOL again. Elan genuinely wants you to be happy with the outcome. He s willing to compromise and find solutions for your satisfaction! We love our new backyard with the remodeled pool and new jacuzzi! Especially the double feature waterfall I designed. MOL made it happen! Hats off to Montanez brothers for building it to my satisfaction and to Abe Sandoval for all the plumbing that provides the crazy light show when the sun goes down and puts everything in motion. Essentially bringing it to life! The hot water comes through the waterfall and lands on my shoulders/back as requested! That s what I m talking about! We are loving the spa life in our own home! Moda installed turf down in my backyard and I absolutely love it, my kids can go out and play they can run around and not fall on concrete. I most definitely will be doing work with them in the future.

Moda Outdoor Living installed pavers in our driveway. Ilan was very good at answering all our questions. His crew came in on time and demod the driveway and placed base rock the first day. They began placing the pavers the second day and completed the border (on concrete) the third day. They applied the seal coat on the fourth day. The project was completed in just four days. The crew was very efficient and professional. They cleaned up the work site after each day. The project was completed on time and we are very happy with the result. I would recommend Ilan and his crew for your paver projects.

I was needing my front and back yard completely redone but I didnt have any ideas of what I wanted done exactly. They came out to assess the property, figure out what I was looking for and provided me with some mock up ideas. They even altered the plan for my budget when I mentioned that my budget was a bit lower than was quoted. They changed some things around and my budget was met and the work was fantastic. We had a medium size area in our side yard that we wanted to make more usable. After deciding on pavers I proceeded to meet with about 8 different landscaping companies. Prices ranged quite substantially. After meeting with Ilan, his professionalism and expertise really impressed me. He also moved some irrigation lines and electrical lines that were already In ground. Him and his crew are very good, extremely fast and I would highly recommend them. I highly recommend this business. Elan came out to my home and was very thorough. He explained how the work would be performed and he was very knowledgeable about the driveway and walkway replacement using paver stones. He did a short presentation on different options for my driveway and walkway and he answered all my questions. When Elan was done he sent me a very thorough estimate detailing the work and every aspect of the job as well as costs . I was impressed with the warranty, which he discussed with me. The consultation was very low pressure and very informative.

We decided to pave what was left of our grass area, Ilan came over with great suggestions being it was a small area, we scheduled a date his crew came on time, they where friendly and never left without cleaning up, and the job was completed a day before it was to be done, we are so happy with the results.

We reached out to Elan a couple years ago for a quote on our backyard to replace some very old concrete pool decking and to install some artificial turf. He was extremely responsive and quick to come out and chat with us. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we decided to postpone the project for a year. When we circled back to Elan a year later to pick back up on the project, he was just as prompt and professional as our previous interaction. We moved forward with the project and his crew worked quickly and efficiently. We encountered a few obstacles and even changed the backyard design half way through the project. He handled the change seamlessly and professionally without making us feel problematic. Throughout the entire project he was communicative, always easy to reach and professional.

Ilan showed up on time for the estimate, took the measurements of our patio, then sat with us to show different paver options. Came back same day with sample of 3 colors of pavers. Were so glad that he brought the samples, the color we picked from the catalog would have been too dark and we ended up selecting a different color. Crew showed up on time, Ilan walked the job and marked the area. Crew did an excellent job, finished ahead of schedule. Cleaned up the site every day. He came out on the last day to check the work, answer questions and applied the sealer. Team was prompt responding to my inquiries/messages, took the time to answer my questions. Highly recommend this company.

We wanted to extend the paver work that was already done for our driveway to include an unused side yard and front door walk way. From start to finish, this company exceeded our expectations. Ilan met with us on time and provided excellent knowledge and an overview of the project. He also lead the team were onsite on every day that the installers were here. They even showed us how to maintain the pavers properly (we had no idea!) NOTE: These guys were not the cheapest bid. We just had a good feeling about them and we dont regret it one bit!

i contracted with Moda to upgrade our front walk with pavers to be wheelchair friendly and to replace our decrepit wooden deck with a pavers patio (also wheelchair friendly) as well as adding a putting green. Elan at Moda was able to help me complete a 865sqft concrete slab rebar project during our ADU build. He was very professional and gave us a great value for the work that was completed. It was difficult because of rainy weather, time, and labor needed, but we were able to pull it off, pass our inspections, and complete the work within the promised amount of time. I would recommend Moda for any construction needs. They are definitely one of the better guys out there doing quality work as promised. Would definitely rehire again for more work or other projects. Moda Outdoor Living did a good job converting my 90 year old moms shower and tub combo to a shower. They were able to design the new shower that met her safety needs. They included grab bars and a bench. Their team was skilled and a pleasure to work with. They can be relied on to get the job done. I had previously used them to remodel my own two bathrooms. Moda was fantastic in building a backyard basketball court for my kids. They came and provided a reasonable estimate, began working shortly thereafter, kept me informed every step of the way, and were highly responsive via text. They also really cared about the result. They checked in throughout the process to see if I was happy and when the basketball hoop was off-center do to issues in where the holes were drilled in the actual product, they offered to re-drill the holes and fix it. I had never done any kind of renovation or home improvement project before but this was such a simple and pleasant experience Im already planning on working with them again.
