It's hard to believe that Slade landscapers have any skills because all they do is do is blow the leaf blowers, and they don't even know how to properly use them. They blow dirt and rocks in right into people's faces, because there are no leaves. Then they gather piles of twigs and block sidewalks, and they leave them overnight to show everyone they found something. There aren't really any leaves, but there are layers of pine needles they refuse to touch. It's obvious there is no one in charge, and no supervision. They look like beachcombers searching for leaves.

We are a fairly large HOA with 276 homes and a lot of landscaping needs in addition to tennis court facilities. We completely went to drip irrigation last year and replanted our slopes with drought tolerant plants. While the fruits of their labor will take a few years to be fully realized, Slade also maintains our grounds daily. I have found them to be a good partner in problem solving as challenges arise; as well as being flexible and responsive. I seldom hear "no" without an alternative offering. We both intend on making this a long term partnership and both work at making that happen.

I've been a property Manager for over 20 years and have never had a landscaping vendor as responsive and professional as Slade. When we first bid the service, they were not the lowest priced. I can say nearly a decade later that we made a great choice deciding on quality over price. The actual worker has made our property look like a work of art. We're in great hands with Slade!

Slade has the experience that is required for proper management of association landscape and irrigation. They provide a high level of service, have great communication to their crews, have respected ethics and strive to make common sense decisions that have major impacts on the communities that they service. With the drought restrictions in place Slade has found a way to lower the water consumption significantly while still keeping the landscape alive through these restricted times.
