We were recommended Turf Bros from a family friend who had a great experience with them. We got a visit from our sales person Logan shortly after making first contact. The price was great but we kept changing our design of our backyard, no problem, they adjust the prices and gave us some help deciding on materials to use. We did this a few times. Never had an issue, were never pushed into anything and once we finally got it down. We scheduled install shortly after. The installation was very fast and they fielded all our concerning questions on site and throughout the process. The crew cleaned up and TB took pictures before and after. I cant say anything bad about the process and the quality of work. We have dogs and its over been over a year since we installed (Dec 2022). The turf did well with the crazy California rain we had this past year and the dogs havent even damaged it. Its doing better than I thought and it does not smell or stain from the dogs. We opted for the high end grass and Im glad we did. Thank you Turf Bros!

Amazing putting green!!

I was extremely happy that the Turf Bros were able to squeeze me in earlier than expected. My salesman Andrew was Top Notch and laid out the whole process for me. On the day scheduled a small army of workers came out to do a beautiful one-day installation job. It started raining a couple of days after for almost a month on and off. My turf has held up perfectly with excellent drainage. I had about 5 different quotes, but Turf Bros was my favorite by far. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Turf Bros did an excellent job with our backyard landscape design. We replaced our sod twice, because of the dogs urine burning up the real grass. The yard looked terrible. We wanted to match up with the lines and design of our house, so it wasnt just a simple patch of turf. It took awhile for us to finally have it installed due to our swimming pool remodel being completed. Everyone at Turf Bros. was very patience with our constant delays, questions and concerns. The install crew did a great job matching up with our ideas and the final results turned out perfect. Our doggies love it, it keeps the paws clean and we are so thrilled looking at our beautiful yard. Plus the water bill has gone down. We deal with a lot of contractors and the Turf Bros. are very professional.

We did both front and back yard. Turf Bros. gave us an installation window and came to do the job earlier than projected which pleased me. They were 25% less than the next lowest bid and 50% less than the Home Depot bid. The removal of existing sod and preparation took about 3 days. Turf installation took 1 to 2 days after that. Pleased with the look; so are all our neighbors. Four months since install; all good - a couple weeds making their was out on edge of front yard walkway, but we were told that was a possibility beforehand and can easily remedy. Overall a great company and product at a fair price.

We picked this company because they had the biggest selection, and most realistic looking turf. They had a large crew and finished the big job on schedule. They also showed up to take care of a minor problem, which was probably not their fault. After almost a year, the turf still looks great. I had a small backyard area adjacent to the pool & cabana, which some turf dealer/installers wouldnt estimate because of the small area. Turf Bros gave me a fair estimate & then a promo discount. The choice of turf was excellent & looks very natural...my dog likes it too! There was a small glitch on the install due to a language miscommunication, but I made one call to the project manager & it was amended the next day. A+ service.

I had my front yard (grass) replaced with artificial grass. Totally incredibly beautiful. We love it, and the crew was great, sales associate (Gary) was awesome. Beautiful job! The artificial turf was placed in an area where there was little sunlight and where we always had problems keeping the grass green and healthy. AT was the best solution.

The artificial turf is looking good but unfortunately, the workers weren t careful enough with a wall near by. I had to hire a handyman to fix the wall .

It was a very good experience. I was worried about changing to turf after the lawn had been manicured for years by my Dad. It looks beautiful and so natural that visitors touch the lawn checking if it s real. The blend is what makes the difference from other turf. My family loves the lawn!

Have been contemplating installing turf for several years now because I was concerned about the heat with my dogs. After getting multiple estimates with different companies I must say turf bros was the most thorough in explaining different options of turf that would be best for my dogs. They had the best drainage out of all options we saw along with cool technology that does not absorb as much heat. I waited a year or so to write this review because I truly wanted to see how things held up and how hot it got during the summer and all I can say is Im extremely happy. Front the first appointment to finishing the installation they were beyond great when it came to communication and support. Highly highly recommend. Dont wait two years like I did I promise it will be worth it.

We used Turf Bros for the front of our home 2 years ago and then to do our front lawn a couple of months ago. Got 2 bids each time and both were a few hundred $ apart. We went with Turf Bros based on Yelp reviews and could not have been happier, seriously. They re truly artists as they rolled our lawn to meet the natural slope and then some You re wasting your time shopping around. My neighbor s loved it and are going to use them also as the water situation is only going to get worse here in SoCal. Our water portion of our DWP bill went fromTier 4 to Tier 2 in a couple of cycles, no lie

This team was quick and efficient and did high quality work. Not the cheapest or the most expensive, a good middle ground that multiple bids arent meant to show. They gave me a better turf than the other 3 i had quoted at a price that didnt feel like they were cutting corners or overcharging me. The seam looks great and 6 months later, no complaints!

They are artists and worked around the stepping stones so beautifully. My dog loves the turf too and her tennis balls bounce and roll so much nicer... We recently did our backyard we went with artificial grass well because water is becoming more expensive then gas . Kevin was wonderful to work with answered all questions made us feel very taken care, which we were. Ethan was on top of thing sending us emails qoutes and explanations. Consultation was excellent, professional and didnt waste time. Much appreciated exact knowledge of placing artificial turf onto wood decking. Expect about 3weeks in-between placing the order and having it installed. Installers were on time and got it done correct. I would most defiantly refer and use again.

I worked with Turf Bros team remotely to select and install about 5,000 sq ft. of turf, at one of my tenants townhomes. They have good selection and it was easy to schedule the work. They kept everyone involved informed and did exceptional work, at a competitive price. I would use their services again. When I visited the property a few months later, I was impressed with the result.

From the first meeting to discuss our needs Turf Bros demonstrated they are a topnotch company that cares about their customer and their product. Totally professions from bid through installation. And friendly to boot. Even after everything was done they came back at no cost a couple weeks later after our dog dug up some of the turf; they fixed it at no charge. Perfect installation, the turf looks amazing.

Initially impressed that on arrival the foreman introduced himself, inviting any questions throughout the day. I chose the top grade, which is gorgeous. Everyone comments on it and cant believe its artificial until they touch it. My dogs took to it immediately since its not stiff or sharp. Also easy cleanup. One friend is already in line for her own installation. High marks to Turf Bros!

I was extremely unhappy with the installation of the artificial turf. Seams were very noticeable and weeds are growing. They came back and attempted to reinstall, but the turf was installed with very visible seams again. Theyre answer was non responsive when I inquired about the installation. They will not return my phone calls

Every step in this process was great. The initial discussion of the project, estimate, selection of turf and contract. The crew of six arrived on time and reviewed the scope of the project with me. Other companies did not even want to provide a quote since our job was under 300 sq. ft. Andrew came by to give us an estimate on a Saturday. Not on his original route nor in his usual area. He took his time to explain the different products and price points available. He left a couple of sample pieces so we could decide between shades and drainage designs. He gave us ample time to ask questions and prepared a quote. Once we agreed to the contract, he gave us a window of time for the installation. Once installation day arrived, the first crew dropped off the products. The install crew came in shortly after and got busy. They did a great job and cleaned up not only the work area but the street, sidewalk and curb where they had parked. We were turning the dogs loose in the back and enjoying our upgrade by dinner. Luis is the man. His guys did a great job. They showed up when they said they would, did amazing work, and charged a fair price. After my yard was done i had Painters come and paint the house. They pulled up the turf to paint the fence and then tried to put it back. Luis and his guys came and fixed their mess. Turf Bros installed artificial turf in an area in my back yard. This company was very easy to work with from the sales team to the project manager and the install team was on time and did a great job. I would highly recommend this company.

Quote was reasonable ...lower than many...which initially concerned me but they were on top of things. Quotes and payments via email, communication was top notch. Installation and final product is amazing...see pics. No dimples in the grass and no evidence of seams.

Ive only had it for about a month but the installation was smooth, the turf looks great (I used a blend), and the Sales and Finance teams were very easy to work with. My backyard need help! I originally hired Green Planet Builders on Nov. 2020 to install artificial turf and they did a terrible job No weed barrier was used, poor drainage, and inferior turf was installed improperly. This general contractor claims to know how to install artificial turf properly. Many general contractors/remodelers that dont have a D12 license arent knowledgeable and/or do inferior work on the installation. I was tired of this eyesore in my backyard, so I contacted several landscape companies that specialize in artificial turf. Several companies gave me estimates while Keystone Remodeling gave me the highest estimate by several thousand dollars. When I set an appt. with Turf Bros., I was impressed by Gary Galvezs presentation and reasonable price options. They were able to schedule me within a week after I signed the contract. Both Gary and Kevin, the Project Manager, were great at communicating before and after the project. On February 10, 2022, Keven with his crew came approximately at 8:30 am and completed everything by 5 p.m. The old cheap turf was removed with trash left underneath by the previous company. Turf Bros. transformed this ugly small putting green into a beautiful, lush lawn. They prepared the soil by removing several inches to install a road base and infill. Landscape fabric was used for weed prevention. They used a power broom to lift the blades of turf. The outer border was prepped by them so I could add decorative rock. They did an amazing job in one day! Gary and Kevin are great to work with, knowledgeable, professional, and provide the best customer service. I am extremely happy with the end result and HIGHLY recommend them!

Most importantly, the turf looks beautiful and helps create a calming, peaceful feeling in our yard. Jake, the estimator worked with me to find the best solution as we were covering a previously grassy area and a 500 foot slab that was partially cracked. The solution of breaking up some cracked concrete and gluing onto the rest saved us at least $2000. Amir, Juan and the crew were very courteous and efficient, completing the project in one day and cleaning up when they were done. Were very happy with the turf and highly recommend Turf Bros for the job.

We had Turf Bros replace our old putting green and add fringe around the green and sand traps and it turned out beautifully. These guys know what they re doing and they work hard. Jason was helpful in the design process and to ensure that what I envisioned became a reality. I have had theTurf Bros do two different spaces and they did an excellent job on both spaces. They were easy to get in contact with and communicated very well with updates and changes. On the first space they did I got several quotes and the Turf Bros were the least expensive quote by almost 2000$ and the turf looked amazing!!! Andrew who does the on site management is amazing he keeps things moving and is not afraid to get his hands dirty in order to get things done. I also needed the second space done by a certain date and I hadnt given them much notice..... Jake worked with me and was able to make it happen by the date I requested he was so helpful and patient. If and when we ever need turf put in again they will always be who we use. They do an amazing job and are all wonderful to work with.

These guys are amazing! They just installed turf in our backyard over the weekend and the place looks completely new. Our dogs absolutely love it and we love that they arent tracking dirt into the house and digging up the yard all day. Andrew was our project manager and did a fantastic job of keeping us informed on the process from start to finish. We loved working with Turf Bros. Our space wasnt that big but the artificial grass made it functionally better. Its been 6 months since the installation and we couldnt be happier. It still looks as good as when it was first installed. It took them only one day to do the installation. They arrived on time, did the work as promised and where the best price we could find. A friend of ours recommended Eco Artificial Grass to us and I couldnt be happier with the work they did on both my front and backyard. Having two dogs and kids it was so hard to maintain our grass especially throughout the summer months. Dave came out and gave me a great quote and was extremely easy to work with even though we kept making changes and had issues with our HOA. Victor came out and took care of the installation. He was quick and left a clean work area. I am very satisfied with the work they did specially since it s my front yard. They. Installed over 1,000 sq ft in turf.

David came out very eager for the work. Promised a lot. But when it came to the job he stated he didn t agree to things that we said were a deal breaker. He kept changing things up. Agreed to one artificial grass but then changed it, which was okay because it looked good. Kept saying guarantee work but when there was a problem he didn t take care of it. Installers were terrific. I wouldn t recommend David. He is too young and lacks experience and professionalism. He also pushed me off to someone else instead of dealing with me directly. We wanted to give a young guy a chance to prove himself but that was my mistake.

I would highly recommend Eco Artificial Grass - Dave Swartz was professional throughout the process. We were purchasing turf as a gift for our kids in California. I googled a turf companies and immediately called and spoke with Dave. Never having turf he explained the process from start to finish. The company had an opening for install within a weeks time. Our kids have a dog and that was one of the main reasons we wanted to get them turf. It will keep the house so much cleaner having the turf and easier to keep after the dog and his business.
