Our cabinet project was small but EcoSmart and his team took on our project and they were very professional and quick. The finished result looked amazing and we will be using his services again for another project.

The crew redid our attic several years ago, and based on that experience, we used them again for some much more extensive work. They completely redid our front porch, rebuilt our bedroom closet, put in a new ceiling with recessed lighting, and new insulation. Re-painted our bedroom and bathroom. They do excellent work!

Hands down amazing ! I recently finished a project with EcoSmart in regards to my roof, I had a 30+ year old roof which needed to be replaced ASAP. I did my research and contacted multiple company s in which they were all good. I received a lot of estimates but EcoSmart was the one that caught my eye ! A contractor came by for an estimate a few months back. I immediately felt as if he thought I was a gullible target, because I m a woman. I wanted a few simple upgrades to the home, but instead he kept repeatedly suggesting very expensive, excessive, and unnecessary work. The biggest red flag was when he said, You can always finance. Hahaha. If you have to finance, you shouldn t proceed with a project unless needed and none of what was pushed was needed. When the estimate came back for just ONE thing I had wanted fixed, it was close to 10k. A local company (EcoSmart is not local) that is trusted quoted me ~$2500, and the result was wonderful. They actually listened to me and didn t cut me off to push a sales pitch. Go with your gut.

So reliable, found my leak and fixed it with no issues, very professional. I highly, highly recommend.

Ecosmart Development and Construction did an excellent work on repairing our roof. Elijah help me out to make it happened. Our house have solar panel and this company did all together. They remove the solar panel, repair the roof then put back the solar panels. Some contractor wants to find another company to remove and reinstall the panel and it is a hazel. Working with Elijah is stress free and very professional. He always make sure that the work finish according to schedule. He always update me even during his off hours. I highly recommend this company and work with Elijah. If I have another project, I will get this company.

A couple months ago I finally decided to remodel the master bedroom and bathroom, which I had been putting off for a while. I read positive reviews about Ecosmart Development & Construction, so I called them. They sent over Ben, who would be the project manager. i knew upgrades were needed but wasn t sure what specific design I wanted. Ben walked me through the process and helped to create my vision. Communication with him and the Ecosmart Development staff was five stars from start to finish. Next year I am getting more work done and will definitely use Ecosmart again.

I highly recommend working with Ecosmart Development & Construction! We used them for the end-to-end, ground-up design and installation for our front and back yards, which included a new pool, paver installation (walkways, front and back patios and driveway), landscaping (including artificial turf) and outdoor lighting. Elija was able to come out the following day. He was professional, knowledgeable and reassuring that a section of the roof can be repaired to address the current leak in our roof. In addition, they were able to add our project into an opening in the schedule the following week, in lieu of waiting until the next opening in October! That was very much appreciated! Hanan provided me with a detailed estimate for replacing the roof on our home and the final price was consistent with the estimate. We never felt pressured or rushed even when we haulted construction to make design changes. Ori worked tirelessly to modify the construction schedule to accommodate our demands. We chose to remain at the house even while over 50% of the house was under construction. Ori made sure that the site was kept clean at all times and that we knew the planned scope of work each day. This was not a quick process but the finished product was well worth the inconvenience. We are in love with the our new kitchen, dining room and family room, and have Ecosmart Development & Construction to thank.

We got three bids for the job and one of them was so ridiculously high, it s unbelievable! Elija was honest and gave us an estimate that was fair. The roofers, were so fast and efficient that they finished the job ahead of schedule in time for the rain the following day. Ecosmart is professional, responsive, and transparent. They mobilized within a few days on contract signature and kept me informed throughout the whole process. If you need a new roof ask for Elijah, he made sure that I was getting the skylights and rain gutters I wanted. Elijah handled the whole permitted process and made replacing my roof stress-free. EcoSmart Development just completed work on our roof. They removed old shingles, put on new and also replaced our old gutters. They were very professional to work with and they did an excellent job. The work was done in a timely manner and clean-up was thorough.

This was our first experience doing a remodel. Choosing a contractor felt like Russian Roulette, as we were not familiar with any local construction businesses and had heard horror stories from various sources. We contacted Ecosmart Development & Construction as they had very good customer reviews on the web. They responded quickly and Alan was sent to manage our bathroom remodel. He was extraordinary! I called and texted that poor man morning, noon and night with my worries and he answered back quickly in a kind, knowledgeable and level-headed way. His clear intention was to make us happy with the remodel and it turned out very nicely. For the client, it is best to go in to remodeling with a clear idea of what you want, so there is little confusion, but there are always a few bumps in the road. Alan never faced an issue with the remodel of our older home that he couldnt solve. He is a super representative of a company that keeps its word on customer satisfaction. I am already thinking of house additions and will be using him when the time comes.

Ben was so helpful to me when picking out the finishes and materials. His advice was invaluable, both for style and price. The electricians gave me advice that was spot-on. Ben has been right on when finishing up the little last items. The employees were skilled, did excellent work and made time to keep us fully informed on their daily activity. The head contractor routinely check-in with us to make sure we felt confident on the progress being made. The end result of this project exceeded our expectations. We now have a stunning kitchen. And, believe it or not, we are going to miss having them around. We highly recommend this company and their designer. My next project will definitely be with Ecosmart Development & Construction .

We met with three contractors before starting our kitchen remodel. They were all very professional, but Kanan from Ecosmart Development & Construction stood out from all the rest. He created a 3-D digital design for our kitchen to make the most out of our space and was very careful in keeping our budget in mind. He has great ideas and designs and understood what we needed, standing by us throughout the whole project. I love the fact that the whole crew was always friendly and cleaned up every single day after the job!! My new kitchen & floor is definitely a dream come true as we could finally afford what we wanted and found something that fit our budget. While construction can be stressful at times (ours was no exception!) we were always able to get in touch with him whenever we had questions and he provided updates to us via text, phone calls, pictures and videos which made things much easier and helped put us at ease. The final product is beautiful and everything we hoped it would be. Picking a contractor for my adu was tough, everyone sounded the same with prices all over the place, some to low to be true, and some ridiculously high! Until I had one last estimate with Ecosmart Development & Construction. Kanan came out to look at our garage, he walked us through the entire process (almost 2 hours) with such detail and confidence it was very reassuring. He truly knows what adu is from top to bottom. Thank you Ecosmart Development for amazing work! Its now been several months and I couldn t be happier. I spent months considering if solar was for me. I really like the environmental aspect but I needed to be sure that it also made sense for me and my family financially. Looking to retire in a few years I wanted to ensure that I could reasonably get the system paid off before retirement in order to reap the benefits of not having an electric bill every month. Now im sure I ve made the right decision!
