Their communication was very good. They showed up on time and did an very good job of cleaning up after they they finished cutting up and hauling away the trees. Highly recommended.

Our huge Douglas fir toppled over our fence and went into our neighbors home during the bomb cyclone this past week. I was not on the organizing or hiring side of getting this great team to expertly extract the tree in Bellevue, but I witnessed care, patience, and hard work every step of the way. Our root ball did not cooperate in popping back into the hole, but John and Todd spent time with my husband and me and explained possible solutions before and after the process. The extraction was an amazing to witness. I watched Todd, the aerialist, from a distance, and he made it appear as if it was no big deal to chain saw limbs away from the 2 story roof then disappear into the hole in the house by rope to continue cutting portions of the tree trunk into segments. The crane operator had incredible skill in raising the tree, twisting and turning it to avoid more damage to the house and trees. The crew on the ground swiftly worked on the delivered limbs and trunk segments, chipping and getting ready for the next delivery. They cleaned up the area before leaving the site. Thanks for a job well done! It was truly impressive.

Highly recommend these guys! I had John give me a consultation on a scary looking tree that I was worried about and he was incredibly responsive and was able to make a visit within the hour. They are honest and have actual arborists so they will not use scare tactics to get you to prune or remove a tree.

Our arborist seemed very knowledgable and experienced about tree health and gave good recommendations. He had answers to all of our questions. That gave us confidence in the suggested plans. And the crew that did the actual pruning did a great job!

John Huddleston of Saveatree came out today to trim and shape my two prized dogwood trees and did a magnificent job! Both trees look beautiful. I had a lot of questions for John and he patiently answered them and walked me through the whole process. As a professional arborist, he is a perfectionist and carefully eyed each branch before making any cuts. I highly recommend John - and Saveatree. They appear to live up to their name and will take care of your trees.

Arborist Olivia Leseman called in advance to let me know she was on her way, arrived on time, assessed my ailing Dogwood tree, described in depth some possible cures, and within the same day emailed two estimates, one for aggressive medicinal treatment, one for tree removal and stump grinding. She also offered to coach me on pruning the overgrown tree, as a conservative initial treatment. And she patiently guided me through the pruning process. I highly recommend SavATree and Olivia for great communication, expertise, empathy, and willingness to try alternative remedies. BTW, I contacted three other Aborists. The first man asked me to email pictures and then never got back to me, despite my follow up email and phone call. The second, whom I reached via phone, diagnosed it remotely and named a high price to see it in person. The third, a local Arborist consortium, offered a complimentary appointment a month out with a 3-hour window of possible arrival. But SavATree came out within the week and at a single appointed time.

The tree trimming service was excellent, John the arborist was very helpful in suggesting options and keeping within a budget. The actual trimming and cleanup were performed to my expectations. I am now using SavATree for Fall lawn care as well.

My cat got itself stuck up a tree, and I didn t have a ladder or any way to get him down. In a panic I ran across the street to one member of this team. Out of pure kindness he helped, understanding my stress and climbed the tree at risk to his own safety to help get my cat unstuck. No words describe my appreciation, Mike thank you man! I recently had a storm damaged maple, in my back yard. The debris was so bad, we had trouble walking from on end to the other. A limb even holed my roof. I had some previous positive experience with SavATree. Their estimator Michelle, was here the same day. Not saying that would be possible in everyones case - but I sure appreciated it in mine. The next day, Bladans crew showed up (again no promises). They were courteous, professional and thorough. This was all done at, what I would consider to be, a rational cost. I would use them again with confidence. The same crew removed that huge (three trunk) maple three months later (out of necessity). Again, no damage, no issues, same result. Bladan and crew did well. I would encourage anyone needing tree work to consider (long & hard) who they hire. The guys who tell you that permits arent necessary (depending on municipality), and/or low ball the whole thing should be a red flag.

I had the pleasure of working with Danielle to coordinate a large-scale tree pruning project for a large HOA. Throughout the process, Danielle was incredibly patient, thorough, and always quick to respond. Had a tied up lilac tree fall over into my yard obscuring access. Arborist advised we cut the tree down as the roots were partially compromised. The process was really simple and the crew did a great job! They were mindful of our potted plants and cleaned up the remaining debris. Would happily use this service again!

Our experience with SavATree was wonderful. The estimator was an arborist with great knowledge about our trees and rhodys. He knows his bugs! The crew showed up with a spider lift, bucket truck, chipper and all the equipment needed, all in great condition. The crew knew what was on the estimate, and were patient, friendly and professional when listening to me. We are very happy with the results.

Just a rip off business. I asked them for an estimate on two dead trees. Their quote was not hundreds but thousands more than the other quotes that I got. They also asked for half of the money before the service which is ridiculous. I ve never heard of it from any other company. I don t know if it was because I was a woman or they are just jerks in general. Oh by the way, they will give you 2% off if you pay in full before the job. so gracious!

Excellent service! I had work done on many areas of my yard and it was completed very well with a thorough cleanup. The arborist, John, gave me a lot of information about the trees. He shared information freely and educated me so I am prepared to keep things in good shape in the future. I will use their services in the future whenever I need to.

SavATree came out to treat our Birch trees for a beetle bore problem. Bladon and his team were here to cut back the infected branches of our trees. I have nothing but good things to say about this group. I had a very knowledgeable free initial consultation where I got lots of great information about the health of my trees and help prioritizing which trees need to be dealt with and which ones can wait. (I live on five very wooded acres) I ended up following their recommendation to put cables on some large branches so that if they were to fall, they would not be able to cause any damage. Two thoughtful and professional tree climbers came to do the work several weeks later. It was fun to watch. They stayed most of the day and completed all the work. I would recommend them to anyone.

We hired SavATree after Elle came to give me a second opinion on some pruning work, which alleviated some of the concerns I had about trees on my property. I found SavATree on a Google search for tree service and asked them to provide a quote for thinning some branches on a huge maple tree on an adjoining property that dumps a ton of leaves in the fall. The price was quite reasonable and the crew was very professional and left no traces that theyd been there. Michelle Chu is a certified arborist and great to work with. Ive used a couple of different tree service contractors over the years, but Ill be going back to SavATree. Highly recommend.

We have worked with SavATree several times to prune trees in our yard. Recently, they reduced a large hazardous tree on our property. They did a tremendous job understanding our needs and making sure that our property was protected throughout the project. The tree is in a difficult access point and needed to be reduced by 30 feet, lowered manually piece by piece, and then transporting the pieces manually over 200 feet to the disposal area. The crew was professional, communicative, and very skilled. We highly recommend SavATree for anyones tree pruning and removal needs.

Thomas and Georgia were wonderful! Not only did they squeeze us in last minute to address an urgent maple tree problem, they were both very courteous and easy to work with. Thomas did a beautiful job trimming back our pine tree and maples. He also overcame a minor equipment issue while applying arbor kelp treatment. Georgia was kind enough to walk our yard with us and provide pointers on tree/garden care and explain the other services SavATree offers. We are planning on having them back this Fall to trim back Leyland Cypress trees. If you are in the process of getting bids, make sure SavATree is on your list!

Fantastic company! John who came out and did my consultation was patient and super flexible, my schedule was all over the place but he adjusted to make it happen. He was very informative and helpful, even with things that didnt have to do with my trees.. I had a less than healthy willow tree trimmed, and canopy lightened and a very overgrown apple tree cleaned up. Pricing was great, they werent pushy with making the sale, just informed me of my choices and didnt try to force me into something that wasnt in my budget. Once there, they took care not to damage my lawn with the equipment, and cleaned up everything, there wasnt even sawdust in my grass. Would recommend to anyone.

Our experience with SavAtree Woodinville was very positive. After using another tree service and not feeling good about the service, we came across SavAtree and decided to get an estimate. From the very first contact connection the VIP service began. I was told John would be our arborist and from the start he was friendly, punctual, communicative, respectful, and knowledgeable. He came when he said he would. John walked us through our questions and concerns about a leaning fir tree and over arching maple. We loved how he wanted to geek out about tree behavior while teaching and explaining to us in a comprehensive way the ways in which to remedy the concerns with our trees. We decided to go with the project and John kept in contact with us along the way. He said his crew would arrive at 8:30am and like clockwork the trucks drove in at 8:30! John arrived with the crew and went over everything with them before they got started which was very reassuring. Antoine, Nate, and Thomas worked together on the project. All three were exceptionally friendly, respectful of the property, efficient, kept to the word of SavAtree that our surrounding plants would not be affected as they did their work. Once the crew had left we got a follow up call from John to check in on how it went. Like I said, it felt like we got the VIP treatment, although reading through the other reviews I found that other customers shared in our experience with the Woodinville SavAtree. I live on the top of Queen Anne hill where a neighbor referred me to Georgia. She was able to provide me and my neighbor with excellent tree healthcare plans and great habitat planting recommendations. Unprofessional employees did not seem to know what they were doing. They were not at all following safety standards, screamed at each other for hours disturbing the entire neighborhood, and left huge chunks of the tree limb everywhere and a huge mess. These are definitely not trained licensed arborist doing the work.
