Kirkland Landscapes LLC in Woodinville

Our HOA has been very happy with Kirkland Landscapes LLC for their work in improving and maintaining the landscaping for our small residential condominium. Mauricio is easy to work with and very responsive. The crews are diligent and first rate. Highly recommended.

Kirkland Land Care is a great company to work with. They did an amazing job on my lawn, excellent communication and very trustworthy. We will definitely be working with this company again in the future. 5 stars across the board!

Would not recommend them for commercial landscaping. They reached out looking for our business and to provide us a proposal and when we accepted their invite, they replied “actually we can’t service you you’re out of service area at the moment”.

Our HOA community was in dire need of landcare services. Kirkland Land Care has done a great job with the initial cleanup and routine maintenance compared to the previous provider we were working with. The grass has been immediately healthier and now our community can finally enjoy our community areas more.

This has been the worst company to work with. Just take a look at the work they do or lack there of!!!! Very poor communication. And we pay good money for this!!! See for yourself!!! YES, WE ARE YOUR CLIENT AND YOU ARE NON-RESPONSIVE THE ESTATES AT SNOQUALMIE VALLEY TRAILS.

I called his place more than 7 times trying to schedule them to come over. Not once did I recieve a call back over a 3 month period of time. I was told every time, that someone needed to come out and look at my place, but they weren't there that day and I would be called back. 7 phone calls later, and me informing them they are losing my business, and a snappy reply from whoever was on the phone like they could give a F. Ok then!

We are extremely pleased with work performed by Kirkland Land Care. Our recent project included fencing that posed some challenges because of difficult slopes and thick shrubbery, installing new sod, clean-up of planted areas, lots of hedge pruning to make way for fencing and gates, new steps, gates, and more. All of the work was meticulously fulfilled and exceeded our expectations. From our first communications to assess the project and establish the plan, communication with Mauricio was easy, and the bid submitted was thorough and competitively priced. Mauricio carefully listened to our requests and concerns, and was very accommodating and patient in responding to our questions and additional requests for upgrades and modifications to the scope of work. His follow-through and status updates were timely, the work was completed efficiently, and the the site was left secure and in good order at the end of each day. Both Mauricio and his father are very knowledgeable, reasonable, accommodating to the customer, and talented in finding solutions both technical and aesthetic. We are so pleased with the outcome of our project that we intend to continue with Kirkland Land Care for the next phase of landscaping needs, as well as seasonal maintenance.

Mauricio and his crew are great! I found Mauricio during the summer of 2013 when I was in need of having a sprinkler system installed for our home in Kirkland. We no longer live locally, so it was important to me to feel I could trust who I was inviting to the property to do the best job possible without me hovering nearby. Mauricio was quick in his response to my voicemails (if he didn't answer the call the moment it came in). His pricing was very competitive, and as far as I can tell, his crew did a fantastic job on the installation of the sprinkler system. I was so impressed, that I requested that Mauricio be the one turn blow the system out each fall, and return each spring to get it back up and running. Additionally, I stopped the yard crew I was using for lawn care every two weeks and had Mauricio's crew start up. I have been happy with their service and I appreciate their honest pricing. A year after starting with Kirkland Land Care we put our house up for sale. I gave Mauricio no notice when I requested that get mulch down in our beds when his crew was coming the next day for lawn care. I also requested that he begin coming each week instead of every two weeks, while the house was on the market. The mulch was in right away, and I didn't have to ask twice to up the service. Thanks for everything Mauricio! You've been great!
