Pretty disappointed in the snow removal service, so I can t recommend it to Minneapolis residents. I just moved into a new house in Minneapolis last week, right before the first big snow of the season, so I emailed looking for an estimate. To their credit they were pretty responsive via email and sent a truck out the same day of the storm to clear the driveway. Unfortunately they didn t clear the sidewalks, which I had noted in my original email and even re-confirmed with them before ordering the service. I contacted them the next day and they assured me that somebody would be out as soon as possible that day to take care of it, but nobody ever showed up. It also snowed a bit more the night after they came, and the city plows came afterwards as well leaving a lot of snow still on the driveway, so even that was still difficult to drive on. I ended up having to buy some snow removal equipment and clear it myself over the weekend, so that I could get in my garage and also not worry about being fined by the city for the uncleared sidewalks, even though I really shouldn t be doing this work in my condition. I sent them a text about all of this over the weekend, although they were closed, but this Monday morning I saw the text was read at 11AM and still received no reply. I guess I will be looking for alternative service for snow removal and my future landscaping needs since I am not seeing any interest in resolving this from them.

Had a paver patio and gazebo put in our back yard. Brad the sales guy was excellent to deal with. Responsive and thorough. Jason, Cal, Gary and Dave were the ones doing the work. The attention to detail and their ability to put up with me and my micro-managing is incredible. We will be using Warner s for all of our outdoor work going forward. The back yard is beautiful!! Good service but poor tracking and invoicing. You need to monitor and document the actual service dates because there will be discrepancy when they claimed that their mowing frequency changes from weekly to bi-weekly in late summer. They will still charge weekly despite missing service. Also, communication between their office and operations is poor. Response to owner post: You do change frequency so pls check with your staff. Your refund mechanism is a check not credit back to original payment method. Last update: Kudos to the team for reaching out multiple times to resolve the issue and hence updated the ratings

Have used for all irrigation maintenance with great success. Willing to chat through problems, tips for better performance, etc. Recently, I started up on their lawn care fertilization program. During one of the first services, we unfortunately had a misapplication that burned/stressed spots of our yard. I gave a quick call and email, and was pleasantly greeted with a thorough response and plan to correct the lawn issue and make right with the cost and future services. Patricia Swendiman handled the request and was great to work with - highly recommend her services! Biggest kudos to Warner is when something isnt correct, they make it right - on their dime, not yours. Will continue to use their services and recommend to family and friends!

Mole service did not work for us. They came out a couple of times, and we still have mounds everywhere. Let me be clear this is only for the Mole Service. They may do a great job with everything else they do. They did communicate well when I called and when they were going to come out, except for the last time I called, they never called back until I called back over a week later. I also feel I was misled about the price. They said they warranty the results. But I found out that was only for 1 month. After that you need to pay another fee. Update to review They came back out and did another treatment for No Charge,

Warners outdoors solutions came out to where i live. the whole crew (eddie, megan, matt, jedidiah, jonas, elijah, tyler, the polite african man and abraham) that was Sent out were great they did the best i have EVER seen. they were very polite and the way it seems is that the lady and eddie were very knowledgeable about everything i had questions about. They were all around the BEST crew we have ever had sent out and truly ran how a crew should run. I will recommend them to anyone who needs their outdoor solutions handled PROPERLY! I have been bouncing around companies in this industry for a while and nothing comes close to Warner s as far as customer service. I spoke with Max on the phone and he was very helpful with diagnosing my lawn.

Wilton helped me over the phone this past week and he answered all my lawn care questions! Warner s customer service is top notch.

I just wanted to pass along my thanks to the crew, Eddie, Justin, and Quinten for doing such a wonderful job with my trimming. I wasnt home when they arrived but got home just after they finished and were about to leave. The crew did everything that theyd done and that we talked about during past visits, even though I didnt have you out last year. I have been struggling to figure out what was wrong with my lawn for the longest time. When I called and sent in pictures to Warner s Wilton gave me some great suggestions. I highly recommend and am so happy!

Thank you, Warners team of Dustin (account Manager), Will, Brian, Ryan and Ben (installation) and their yellow trucks on the great job of installing our sprinkler system! We received multiple quotes and went with Warners due to their competitive price and Dustins friendly personality. We had a large tree fall across the lawn the night before installation and they were able to work around the debris, and our clean up efforts, and still get the job done as scheduled. As expected, the lawn had some dirt spots from digging during the job. They added seed but I noticed a few missed areas. No problem... Dustin returned with more seed and made sure all was to our expectations. We added the Rachio controller which proved itself immediately by skipping a day as a large rainfall was forecasted for our scheduled day (it did rain...a lot). The Rachio app can also be entertaining as the quick run feature allows you to squirt unwanted critters at the feeder and surprise your spouse in the yard. No more moving hoses to cut the grass! Check eBay as you may find some deals on hundreds of feet of used garden hose. Thank you Warners.

Brian was great. Fixed all the problems, double checked the rest of the system and back to working properly.

Dustin from Warner s was amazing! he turned my yellow grass in my new home to a beautiful thick beautiful grass within 2 weeks. I had so much trouble last year when it was hay and no one did a thing except excuses, weather, bad soil and I felt as though I needed to have all new sod put in. Our sprinkler system was having a problem it was leaking. We couldn t figure it out. We ve always used Warner s for our service as long as we ve had this house. When we called, They sent someone out the same week. Will Figured out the problem immediately, and had it fixed quickly. I was impressed with his thinking and his ability to also put us at ease. if you re looking for a good company to help you with your needs I strongly recommend warners-Will even told me that they do snow removal and so I m going be checking that out next year. I think that would be great. I d love to give them more business!

I had them come out to get my neglected irrigation system back in good shape. (I had recently bought the house, and the previous owners neglected it for years.) They did a great job getting everything in order, and took the time to explain everything to me, including how to work the control box in my garage. Some days later, I noticed that one of the sprinkler heads wasnt coming out of the ground properly. I dont know if they missed it the first time, or if it failed after the initial visit, but they came back to replace it, at no additional cost. Old-school professionalism there, and I appreciate it!

Ive used Warners both for fertilizing/weed control of my lawn, as well as for tree trimming/removal and stump grinding. Ive been extremely pleased with their service, always pleasant, pricing is competitive/better than competition, and their quality is top notch. Brian came out today to start our irrigation system for the season and we were totally impressed with him and the work he did! We just signed up with Warners as this is a new house for us so he came in blind, never having worked with our system before. He had a smile on his face and was most knowledgeable, always giving answers for our questions and offering tips for lawn care and proper watering. It was a cold and rainy morning but Brian performed his tasks despite getting wet, cold and muddy! We used Warners for our winter plowing needs and now are VERY glad we chose them for our summer chores as well thanks in large part to Brian who knows irrigation and who knows how to treat customers! Brian is a major asset for Warners!

We ve used Warners Outdoor Solutions for sprinkler startup and blowout for a few years and have been *very* happy with their level of service and expertise. As one example, our irrigation technician this year (Ryan) not only did the usual inspection and adjustment of sprinkler heads (and replacement if required), but he spotted a problem with the pressure vacuum breaker on our system. He was able to locate parts and completed a full repair/rebuild on the same day. I think many techs may have overlooked the problem, but his attention to detail saved us from the potential of bigger problems (backflow, cross contamination, etc.) in the future! Great work Ryan!

First time customer and amazing experience. Our yard needed de-thatching bad. The tech Jake, did an amazing and thorough job, I have to say that, Thank You Jake, kudos to him. I thought it was above and beyond what I ve seen from other companies. Also their timelines were convenient and quick, other places I called were either completely booked, or outrageously priced. Anyways, I don t usually leave reviews, but had to for them and am looking forward to their Xmas light service, Ufta, so glad I won t have to worrry about that too! I can t overstate how pleased I am with the service Warner s provided in getting my lawn irrigation system up and running this spring! The company who installed my system is no longer in business, so I called Warner s to do my spring irrigation startup. I was quickly given an appointment time by the customer service staff, and the technician showed up promptly at the scheduled time. My irrigation system is a bit tricky: I have one zone to water the boulevard that is split across two valves because of my driveway. The spray heads on half of this zone popped on but wouldn t shut off when other zones were running, reducing the water pressure (which is already low in my area of the city) so other zones weren t functioning properly. Thanks to the expertise of my technician, Ben (and his tenacity in problem-solving), he was able to resolve the problem and get everything up and running properly. He took the time to explain to me what caused the issue, and answered all of my questions. I was pleasantly surprised to find a company so focused on customer satisfaction. Warner s just won over another loyal customer I will definitely continue to use them in the future!

I want to thank Dustin for coordinating my yard cleanup this spring! And Megan, Eli and Rodin for the wonderful job they did cutting back my perennials and cleaning out my gardens and yard of all leaves and debris. Absolutely worth it and saved my back!

Warners Outdoor Services removed several trees on our property that had died due to Emerald Ash Borer, and Oak Wilt. The crew members did great work and were respectful and professional. They cleaned up the work site before they left, and we could not be more pleased.

The work was high quality, the workers were professional and the entire team was great at communicating. I would recommend them!

Horrible snow removal service! Never scrapped down to pavement so left with snow and ice packed driveway! 2-3 inches thick! They were going to charge me to come back and do a touch up on their own poor job. Will not be using them again for winter snow removal.

Great place everyone is really friendly

I am using Warners for first time this spring, and I am very happy with the customer service I received. I dealt with Marty, and he was awesome in helping me pick what services I needed and there was no pressure, excited to get started with them

Late August/September, we had a large landscaping project done by Warners. The plants were guaranteed for a year. In May, we contacted our sales rep. to let them know that some of the plants didnt come back and to also inquire about having them do some additional landscaping. After many calls, texts and emails, we still havent heard from anyone at Warners. The plants they used came from Gertens. We offered to send them pictures and a list of the plants that didnt come up, pick the plants up at Gertens and even plant them, so that they didnt have to come out just to do the replant. Again, nothing! Their customer service is horrific. We experienced this when doing the original project also. Once you connect, they work with you, but getting them to respond is the worst! After spending a lot of money with them, we are VERY disappointed in their follow-up and just want to get the plants replaced and this project with them over! They do how to communicate when it comes to sending out emails advertising to use their lawn/weed services.

Anytime I call into Warners, the staff is friendly and willing to help me with whatever my issue may be. The importance they place on communication and customer service is the best weve had over our years of working with various providers in the Twin Cities area. This company clearly values me as a customer which can be hard to find in todays world. Thanks for keeping my yard top notch!

I have never done a review of a company until now. Last Fall I paid for slit seeding. The person who came out manually added seed with a rake and rotary spreader, not using a slit seeding machine. I was told if the seed did not grow, to contact them in the Spring. I did in March of this Spring and it took almost three months to get them to respond, connecting with rude office personnel. Two individuals came out, neither had ever used the slit seeder machine before. One started their machine and dumped seed all over my driveway as he went to my backyard. He also ran the machine while texting on his cell phone, not realizing there was no seed, and the blades were not entering the ground. The other could not get his machine to start, so he spread seed with a rotary spreader. One individual, who was very professional throughout, came to the door to say they were done. I pointed out no slit seeding was done, so they called the office. A mechanic came out and got one of the machines to work. He then proceeded to use that machine with no seed in it. I went out there to point out there was no seed coming out. He said that is what the office instructed him to do in one of the many calls he made to his boss. He told me to call the office and I did many times with no answer. He called his boss and put it on speaker phone. His boss proceeded to speak unprofessionally about me, not knowing he was on speaker phone. I was told to call again. The manager was annoyed to have to speak with me and said that is how he spread seed on his property and the guys used up all the seed allowed for my job. Then accused me of trying to get my whole yard seeded after I had sent pictures of the areas and walked the guys to show the same areas from last Fall, later he rescinded this comment. I was told to give it time to see if the seed would grow. After running my irrigation continually for new seed again, there is nothing but a dirt patch and weeds. They did offer to come out if the seed did not take, but a I am finished with working with this company. Or offered me a free sprinkler blow out this Fall. I used them last Fall for my sprinkler blow out and the guy broke two caps of the values and just taped them on the pipe and left.

We got a flyer in the mail and decided to include them in our bids to redo our backyard after taking out an inground pool. As soon as we met Brad we knew this was the company for us. Thank you Brad for all of the planning help and suggestions and patience as we crafted the perfect plan, sometimes on the fly! The guys who came to do the work were perfectionists about everything and it shows. The usual crew led by Tanner and Cal (Lawson, Ethan, Joaquin and many others that helped through the 7 days) were always friendly, patient when answering our questions or keeping us updated on the timeline, and did all kinds of little extras. We used boulders/rocks as edging for hundreds of feet that they hand placed and it looks amazing! and complements the natural look we were going for. It was oppressively hot doing this backbreaking hard work and they had to contend with a swarm of dirt bees and yet they were always smiling. They even did a little project for our elderly neighbor while they were here. She finally got it done right after two other companies failed to do what was needed. They were a joy to have around and I cant believe how they cleaned up our area and street every night for 7 nights before they left. Kind of miss seeing them this morning! The new sprinkler system gives everything a great start thanks to Shane and his crew who set up 8 zones and 40 heads tailored to each area, loaded our initial schedule and patiently taught us everything we need to know. We LOVE our new backyard oasis and firepit. The overall look has enhanced our little lakeview beyond our wildest dreams. Whatever size project or lawn maintenance needs you have - this is the company you want and can trust for a reasonable and fair price.

Warner s built a large boulder retaining wall and installed a rain garden designed by the local watershed district. In the course of doing this highly visible front yard project, they were very responsive to my aesthetic concerns as well as to the structural and functional concerns of the watershed district. The final project is beautiful and an asset to the neighborhood. One final thing, the work team were always on-time, competent, and hard-working. The site leader, Tanner, was very skilled and also had very high standards; Brad was my reasonable, responsive go-to guy when I had questions. Good team, good work.

This outfit came and raked yard left pile of leaves on front yard and left winds20to30 mph.suppose to cut grass never did very bad service, would not use or recommend them for anything.

I have used Warners for services for many, many years. During the last few, I tried switching to another company for my Spring cleanup. Unfortunately, I was not too happy with them so I decided to try Warners again this year. I was glad I did. The crew showed up on a Saturday and I stepped out to give them specific instructions about a few areas in the yard. They spent a couple of hours doing the cleanup, and their vacuum truck showed up less than an hour later to get rid of the pile of debris. The yard looked fabulous! The crew took care to get all the leaves out from under the shrubs and did a great job on the mulched areas. This is the best Spring cleanup Ive ever had. My compliments to the crew and the rest of the staff at Warners!

We hired them to do 4 buildings snow removal! The worst company we have ever had. They sub out all the work to several smaller companies so nobody is on the same page. Several times they left large areas undone or just did a very bad job! Their accounting is no better emailing that we had over paid one account and not paid another, stating we had 5 accounts which we did not. After I called to tell them that all the accounts were paid and they had cashed the checks, the accountant stated that Oh yes all was fixed , however she never bothered to email that to us and we spent time looking through our accounts to get the facts. This company is managed very poorly!

The team at Warner Outdoor services are great to work with. We were able to work out acceptable terms for installing Christmas lights on one of our evergreen trees at MapleRidge Church in Maple Grove. They did an excellent job in a reasonable amount of time! We have had many favorable comments from members of our church and the surrounding community.

Had Warner do a fall cleanup - due to some early snow the conditions were bad - but the Warner did great. The yard looks great!

We got stuck in the snow tonight on our street and a driver of a plow truck stopped to help us get out. He didn t need to stop and we really appreciated the help. Above and beyond, super thankful.

I never thought I would need to beg a company to come out and do a start up for my irrigation system. I responded to their email in March requesting spring service and it said someone would contact me, I called them 10 days ago since I never heard anything and they said they were just finalizing the schedule and someone would be in contact with me soon. I called them again today and they said that the work order was created but I hadnt been scheduled yet, the earliest they could get me in was next week. What a joke. The reason I used them was because they were easy to work with, even though you paid a premium for that flexibility, do not use them.

We have Warner s Outdoor Solutions spray weed control at both our commercial & residential properties each year. They do a quick & efficient job for a reasonable price. Definitely recommend!

Warners installed 2 Serviceberrys and 4 Technito Arborvitaes in our back yard. We cant say enough good things about Abe and Marco who did the work. They were friendly, professional, excellent work, etc. We are planning on having more trees planted in our front yard and will definitely use Warners and hope to have Abe and Marco do the work for us.

Our most recent experience with Warners was the construction of a Chilton Edger Stone wall along our rear lot line. The workers did an excellent job and were very pleasant to have on site. The end result truly exceeded our expectations. We have used Warners for a lot of different outdoor chores and projects over the years and keep bringing them back - enough said.

After leaving my initial review (below), Warners contacted me and came out to the house again at no charge to investigate the pooling water. The service tech dug up the ground around the box to check all of the pipes and valves and tightened everything up, but again found no obvious signs of leaks. After some discussion with the tech, we came to the conclusion that the water pooling could be due to a combination of newly installed gutters that drain down the hill and less than ideal box placement (which Warners did place 15 years ago when putting the system in, but oh well). In any case, their commitment to ensuring that things were ok was very much appreciated - updating to 5 stars. I called Warners to check out a leak in our sprinkler control box. The service tech came out and spent about 10 minutes looking around and said there didnt seem to be any issue. I told him the issue I had been seeing (water pooling in and downhill from the box and a very large water bill), but he claimed it was due to a head that had been trapped under the grass (which he cleared). Today I received a bill for $190 for their service call, and my box is still flooding over, so Ill need to call someone else who will take the time to actually look at and diagnose the problem - an expensive lesson.

Good and timely service. It seems like a rarity these days, but I called, someone answered, and they were actually helpful and informative. They answered the questions I had, helped me choose the right product, and scheduled the lawn care visit all over the phone. Then, amazingly, the person showed up on time and got the work done quickly. I plan on using Warner s for more lawn care services in the future. Definitely recommend.

Worst customer service we ever had for our yard. We cancelled and they still put us on their schedule for irrigation blowout. They could never explain our invoices, either. prices were always different. After we cancelled them, we had to call and cancel again! Also, they always forgot to close our gate and then our dog would get out. Terrible service! Naturally one of their incompetent representatives tried to debate our comments with details and facts conveniently omitted and skewed to make it seem like they tried to be professional. Weve hired a different service that is always on time, provides transparent invoicing and was HALF the price of Warners! Since we discontinued using Warners, our yard has never looked better.

The fall clean-up was thorough and although there were a couple hiccups with the waste removal due to extraordinary circumstances, the Warners team was very responsive in my requests regarding the clean-up and my concerns with the waste removal taking a bit longer than expected. I would definitely work with Warners again primarily because they do thorough, high-quality work and are focused on customer service and building long-term relationships with customers. *** update *** We did the fall clean-up again this year (2021) and the quality of the work has definitely maintained (my yard is amazingly clean, no debris left behind!) while being very cost competitive with other estimates. Also, Warners really knows their plants and have provided us advice on ways that we can take care of our landscaping. Really enjoy working with these guys.

I used them to fix my irrigation system in the summer and they did a great job. They scheduled a time to winterize my system didnt show up and now keep bugging for invoice. Would find a more organized company to deal with.

I booked Warner s Outdoor Solutions to take care of my snow removal this winter season, and I m disappointed with the lack of consistency with the service. They are incredibly overpriced for what they provide. I have to watch the crews to make sure they actually complete the job. During an 8+ inch snow event, the crew neglected to clear my back path from my back door to my garage. This is my primary entrance/exit, so it s really inconvenient when this isn t cleared. They said they would send the crew back but after waiting most of the day, I ultimately decided to clear the snow myself so that I could get in and out of my home. They did provide a discount when I called and complained. This happened again a second time, at which point it became clear that they are not doing proper follow-up with their crews to hold them accountable to completing jobs. Then last night s crew didn t even bother to clear my sidewalks all the way to the stakes they use to mark my property lines, so I ll be clearing that myself. I do not recommend Warner s for snow removal. EDIT: Updating this review from 2 stars to 3 stars. Warners was quick to address the concerns I raised above and came out to spread complimentary ice melt and do touch ups to completely clear my sidewalk to down to the concrete. I ll see how the remainder of the season goes and whether quality and consistency improves.

First season using their service for snow removal. I chose them due to their high rating online. I was very disappointed. Very poor job. Truck with shovel would just come and drag the snow off the driveway leaving a inch or two layer of packed snow. Complained. Not much improvement. Each trip was $60+. One month we paid them over $450 to have an icy packed driveway. We cancelled. Our kind neighbor offered to take over for only $30 per snowfall using his snowblower. Bare pavement now!

Warner s provide good services. Their technicians do a great job. Their customer service and follow thru needs to be shored up quite a bit. Have had several issues in this area, and felt that the last person I engaged with was condescending. While I will give credit that they eventually made things right, it took over a year spearheaded by me completing a not so great review citing the issue. After the service was completed, I had to call about the pricing, as they did not honor the discount they had agreed too. It seems that accounting and sales staff do not engage. I was very glad that I had kept all the emails.

Always prompt, friendly, and open to feedback! I assume their workers are paid well because services are pretty pricey.

We had a small number of snakes living around the foundation of our house. We had Warners come over to spread a snake repellent; Warners sent a technician named Dylan, who went above and beyond our expectations. While spreading the repellent, Dylan saw one of the snakes, and grabbed it. He then was able to locate and grab three more snakes and take them all away. This service--which was not officially part of what we contracted for-- was beyond what we expected, and made our daughter who is quite afraid of snakes very happy. We are very impressed and pleased by the dedication shown Dylan, and would recommend Warners.

This is an update to my original rating. I removed what I originally posted as I felt it could be between Warner s and me. I was unsatisfied with the way we started out with this company and expressed a detailed opinion on some things that went wrong. Very shortly after I posted my review, I received a call from Matt at Warner s. I was treated with respect and concern, and Matt wanted to make sure our issues were addressed. They have stepped up to the plate, and taken care of every issue we had. We are very pleased with our yard now. Further there has been much better communication with us, and we now feel like valued customers. I recommend if anyone has an issue with Warner s that they call the company. They have demonstrated that they care about their work, and will take care of any problem that is encountered.

We have used Warners in the past for lawn care and tree care, but this time we were in need of Pest Control. We had an issue with a mouse in our rental property, so we had Warners come out who not only took care of the issue, but also diagnosed what the problem could be and took preventative measures for future issues.

Unlike the previous company we used, Warners show up when they say they will, treat my entire lawn, and always leave signage up letting me know theyve been. Their office staff have always been a pleasure to work with at renewal time. In summary, they do what they say they will, when they say they will, and they do it well.

In my opinion, Warners is the standard for lawn care. I messed around with other services over the years but not anymore. I highly recommend them. So do my neighbors. They noticed the difference in my lawn to theres. Now I see Warners in front of there house. What else can I say? Thanks Warners! Its money well spent!

Warners has been great to work with the last few summers. I contacted multiple pest control companies about mosquito control and Warners prices were the best, they didnt hound me to sign up with them but nicely gave me the quotes and let me make my decision (as opposed to some places that called DAILY for weeks!). One technician went above and beyond when he came to spray for mosquitoes. I warned him Id just gotten stung by a wasp in a ground hive and my husband would take care of it that evening. He told me not to worry and took care of it right away. That was a relief with little kids running around the yard! We highly recommend them!

save your time and money. Asked for a valve to be replaced this summer. They told me they replaced the whole valve but only replaced part of it. The first technician could not fix the right valve the first time and spent 1.5hrs out there to tell me he cannot find it. The second technician found it in 15 minutes- billed for the whole time the first guy was there doing nothing. I offered to pay for the services rendered right away but was told no and that I will receive a bill. Never received a bill or anything close to an invoice just their spam emails. Then they call with a threat to send my information to a collection agency. they never mentioned late fees until after I received the copy of the receipt of payment after it was paid. Overall a very shady company and untrustworthy.

Be careful with this company. Ive had two touch points with them, the first a few years ago, then 2019. Both had poor results. Most recent - November, and I decided to order a Fall cleanup for myself, and gift one to my neighbor (they just had a baby and Dad is not sleeping). Call and ask about the Fall Cleanup. Tell them Id just like the lawn mowed and a decent sized (10x3) pile of sticks and leaves taken away. They say they bill hourly and the lady cant tell give me an accurate quote until they see the property. So I ask, what are we talking about...a couple hundred bucks? to which she says thats about right. To their credit, they arrived in a day or two with a truck and three workers. Work got done quickly, they were polite. Then I get a bill for $610 or so. Not bad, I think...I could get used to this. Then I get another bill for $610 for my neighbors yard. $1200 to mow the lawns, remove the leaves (I had very little on my yard, maybe one and half bags worth) and take away the pile of branches. I live on .75 acres and my neighbors lot is the same. So I call to see what else they did...did you punch the lawn, fertilize, weed control...put new tires on my minivan? Nope. Just picking up sticks and mowing a lawn. MAKE SURE YOU ARE CLEAR WITH THEIR PRICING BEFORE TRYING THESE FOLKS. Next year Im back to DIY...theres no excuse for charging that much. I may be wrong, maybe they did a bad job of explaining exactly the services that were completed, but thats just as bad as overcharging. Again, make sure youre clear. **** UPDATED*** Matt from Warners reached out. Theyve zeroed out my neighbors bill, zero balance, cutting the overall bill in half. Nice gesture, but payment has already been made in full. Not to look a gift horse in the mouth, but when a business does that Im always wondering if theyre so quick to refund b/c they know they overcharged in the first place. Im upping the stars to two for the nice gesture and response, but still would prefer a more transparent price quote process before I try again.

This company has always done a great job clearing our driveway and sidewalks each winter weve lived at our duplex. The plow drivers always have everything clear after a big snow before I have to leave for work in the morning, with nice clear pathways to my front and back doors and a clear driveway so I can get into my garage. Every interaction Ive had with the plow drivers has been very pleasant; theyve always been cheerful and polite, and have asked if theres anything else they can do to help me out,even offering to bring in a large package that had been delivered to my house one day. Whenever Ive needed to speak with someone in the offices of Warners, the responses have been very prompt and very thorough. One of the best qualities of this company is their commitment to high quality customer service and satisfaction. Any issue Ive ever had has been resolved quickly and very satisfactorily. You wont be sorry hiring Warners Outdoor Solutions. I wish more companies took as much pride in their business and cared so much for their customers.

Our experience with Warners Outdoor Solutions far exceeded any weve had with other companies over the past seventeen years! We only recently discovered Warners, and Im sad to say that we were only able to use them once before we sold our house and moved. Our new home doesnt have a sprinkler system but if it did, wed be calling Warners!! They scheduled us in a timely manner, even though it was the busy part of the fall blowout season. The employee showed up on time, was very friendly and did exactly what we expected would be done. I only wish he would have had a business card (or maybe stickers, magnets, anything with their phone number on it) to attach to the sprinkler system box. I would love to have the new owners of our previous home experience the professionalism and great service that Warners Outdoor Solutions provides! I also liked the fact that they sent us an invoice, instead of having to pay on the spot. This is really convenient if youre not going to be home when the service is going to be provided. I never really liked the idea of having a check sitting around waiting to be picked up. Id highly recommend Warners for your sprinkler system needs! =) We were 100% satisfied with every aspect of service!

We had had a previous snow removal company service our driveway and they were very unpredictable. For the past 2 winter seasons weve had Warners outdoor Solutions and they have gone above and beyond to be punctual to communicate with emails and they show up every time. One thing I was surprised with is after plowing they shovel your sidewalk as well. The previous people did not do that. These guys offer a lot of accommodations for for handicapped or elderly as well to make quality of life easier to get in and out of your home. Love Warners outdoor Solutions I recommend and refer them to anybody who needs snow plowing are outdoor lawn maintenance.

This isnt how youd normally start out a positive review, but we had used Warners for 2 years, and our yard looked just as bad if not worse from when we started. Because I prefer to use small businesses when I can I decided to give them an opportunity to make things right. I called them and explained the situation, citing that my expectation for a lawn service is that they partner with us on our yard, acting as both service providers and consultants. To their credit, they completely rose to the challenge. The sent one of the senior managers out to look at our yard, and he agreed that it was not up snuff for having used their service for 2 years. He did some research and discovered what the issue may have been, and made things right financially for the service we had been paying for. He also advised us of the right service level that we needed to get things back in shape, which we said, lets do it! Because of the great response we got when we put in the call for help, we actually used them for a landscape and sprinkler project which they did a great job on and after a year with the appropriate level of service our yard has never looked better since we purchased 4 years ago. I would definitely recommend using them and if youre not seeing the results you expect, dont be afraid to call and talk to them. I wish I had done so sooner.

Been using them for snow shoveling for few years now. Service was great first few years, but it has been on the decline though. I had to shovel 4 times this season as they never showed up. Great rip off scheme, take the money without providing the service. Don t waste your money, find another company.

Warners was a great outfit to do business with until this year. I was buying the gold package at roughly $5XX.00 per year - this year they raised the same service to over $9XX.00 per year. The reason I was given is that remeasured my yard. This was also done a year or two ago and the price went up - understandably. I realize costs increase. But, to almost double the cost?

I called Warners in the middle of April to do a aeration and over seed on my lawn in Monticello. The gentleman told me they would be out to do the project in the middle of April. I called on May 23rd to just check on the timing and was told they would talk to the scheduler and call me back. I was then called and told they wont be able to do my job because they arent working in my area this year which was befuddling to say the least. You either work in an area or you dont. I then asked why no one had contacted me to inform me of that and then she said they tried to reach me which they didnt. I asked how they contacted me and then she backtracked and admitted that they never tried to contact me. Unbelievable!! I operate a home improvement company and when you commit to do a project, you do the project. *** Update*** The manager at Warners called me an apologized for not following through with the project and offered to make it right by offering to do the earlier promised work at no charge. I offered to pay if they would come do it and he said they wanted to do it for FREE. Dakota showed up, fought through extreme heat with some equipment issues and did an outstanding job. Warners stepped up and made it right with me!

Wow! Professional, fast and a job well done. The young man who did my job was courteous and very knowledgable about irrigation systems. He worked hard and he got the job done quickley. I do not give reviews but I just had to for this company. If your system is down, leaky heads or just isnt working the way you think it should, you need to call this company. You wont be sorry!

I have edited my review due to the management has reached out to me and have made things right and cleared things up. They cut my lawn right away and bagged the clippings. This is the customer service that makes me want to keep doing business with them. I am now looking to forward to enjoying my yard. I wish my grass would be cut in a timely manner. My wife signed up for weekly cuttings and seasonal fertilization and Japanese beetle control for a fathers day gift for me. In the three weeks we have been signed up with them they have cut the grass only one time. And every time they have been call we are just given excuses. Now I under stand if its rainy and they are push back a day or two but almost two weeks (and still not cut) is ridiculous. When called and asked if they will now clean up the lawn clippings due to the grass being so long we are told that it is good to have the clipping left (yea- but not when the grass is this long nor does grass like having that much cut off it. As a lawn company you think they would know that) and when asked if they would at least pick up the clipping left behind we are told they as a lawn company dont do that and told that a 3rd party cuts the grass. I also have not seen any beetle treatment and we are just starting summer when the are usally bad. I would not recommend them to anyone ever at this time. Hopefully they can change my mind soon or we will be canceling.

Our business needed blue lights in 4 large trees in 24 hours. I called and spoke to Nick. He came right out, checked out the situation and assured us he could get the job done. From finding all blue lights in March, to working with only one outlet, Warners Outdoor Solutions was amazing and made it happen. The lights were installed by the end of the next day by hardworking, very conscientious workers. You dont find this level of customer service very often. Definitely 5 stars! 6/29/18 editing my review to say that although the service from Nick was amazing, he is no longer with the company and the billing from Warner s has been sub par.

I had my lawn mowed yesterday, I came out and found cut grasses all over my driveway and landscape area. I called back to let them know but they said driveway and landscape area were wet at the time but it wasn t, it was my off day with sprinklers. It was a terrible lie.

I am a new homeowner, and the previous owner was a plumber who built his own irrigation system from scratch. As much as we love the fact that the homeowner left us with a fully functional irrigation system, it isnt the most user-friendly or intuitive system. Warners (particularly Jeff Rostberg) did an amazing job of troubleshooting and learning exactly how our complicated plumbing structure functions, and he spent a good amount of time explaining to me how it works as well as giving detailed maintenance recommendations. Ill happily be paying to have him come back to help me this spring!

My lawn was a work in progress when I lived in. After a couple years of TLC from warners its super green, its super soft, and all for a reasonable price.

Ive used Warners Outdoor Solutions for numerous services. They handle my lawn care, a landscape project that turned out perfect, and were even able to save one of my evergreen trees from a fungus! I highly recommend them as they are professional, quality workmanship, and always get it done in a timely manner! You cant go wrong with Warners!

Ive never met a business owner who is so dedicated to customer service. Why go through the hassle of working in the yard or pushing snow when you can have a company who will do it for you with aplomb. 5 stars for Ryan and the crew! They did a great job for our power raking and spring cleanup. They were out soon after I called for service, made sure the lawn and sidewalks were clear of debris and extra clippings. We also had them come out to start up our sprinklers and check each of the heads. Two of the heads had cracks in them so they replaced them. We also had a fence put in last fall after the sprinklers were already winterized. This year, it turns out three of the heads were hitting the fence so they moved them a few inches inside the fence line. This all took about an hour and everything is great. Hats off to Warners for their hard work and making everything run smoothly!

Warner s just completed a backyard landscaping project for us. They transformed a very boring suburban new construction flatland into a beautiful backyard paradise. Nick and his crew were awesome to work with - all very professional, knowledgable, and highly skilled. We have very high expectations for contractors we hire to improve our home, both in communication style and in the finished product. They exceeded that, and also made the project a lot of fun. The investment was worth every penny.

We were very impressed with Ryan and his team and their willingness to take extra steps to make our lawn beautiful for our daughters graduation party. They battled relentless unfortunate weather but fulfilled their promise to make our yard look great. We received many compliments from our guests!

We worked with Warners to landscape around the house, plant 3 trees, and install uplights. Great to work with. Aaron was our project manager and was extremely responsive and knowledgable. Dana was the foreman and was very friendly and hard working, staying late each night to finish by the weekend. They were responsive to our small requests to move things as the project proceeded. We would definitely work with them again.

The end product is very nice, the workers that completed the work were easy to work with and worked their backsides off to adjust on the fly when an issue came up. My issue is on the administration side of my project. The person who came to provide an estimate did not seem to know what she was doing. There were issues - my fault too as I should have asked a lot more questions. Those issues led to numerous phone calls and stops on my project. I started with the end results in god review as that is the bottom line. And Warners did complete the project as I expected even though I am certain that a portion of my product was missed on the estimate. Both the onsite manager (Aaron) and especially Ryan Warner did everything possible to correct issues/miscommunications and make me smile in the end. If I were rating on the end product. I would easily give a 5. But he whole process has to be considered too. I would call Warners again in the future.

Nick and the entire Warners Outdoor Solution team did a fantastic job on redoing all of the landscaping at our property. They put in a beautiful outdoor patio along with mulch and planting beds along with outdoor lights to accent the work. Not only was the work done with high quality, we greatly appreciated how organized the entire process was - this was a really big project and they got in and out in less than two weeks. I had numerous questions along the way and Nick was always available and made several trips out to meet with me in person to walk through the questions. Id highly recommend working with Warners Outdoor Solutions.

I would highly recommend Warners Outdoor Solutions for landscaping, lawn care and snow removal. I have used them for various projects (and continue to use them for my ongoing lawn care) and I have been extremely happy with their outstanding attention to detail and high level of professional service.

I had the best experience and wonderful service from Warners. The team at my house, Dana and Jordan, were experts and took their time to understand the job exactly. The results are great. Retaining wall was just what I wanted, and pop up drain installed perfectly to solve my drainage gutter problem.

Our patio paver walkway connects to our driveway in two places. We recently had our asphalt driveway replaced. The new driveway is higher than the previous one. The job was to raise the walkway and reconnect it to the new driveway. In addition, the walkway is 27 years old and had become uneven in places. This required rebuilding a large section of the walkway. Finally, the walkway flairs out to meet the driveway. This required cutting many pavers which needed to fit together like a giant jigsaw puzzle. Warners Outdoor Solutions was hired to rebuild the walkway. The rebuilt walkway is stunning (see attached photos). The men clearly know what they are doing. They are professional and highly skilled. I couldn t be happier.

I had a beautiful experience with Nick and the crew! This fall I replaced my small rear cement patio with an enlarged stone patio. and updated the front of my home by removing bushes and sidewalk and replacing it with a matching stone patio and sitting wall. It is all AMAZING! Everything enhances my home and certainly enhances the value. Nick was extremely responsive to my calls and questions. The hardworking crew were efficient and patient with me as I oversaw the progression. I cant wait to fully enjoy my nook starting next spring. Thanks Warners!

My dad and I removed my 20X40 in-ground pool this past Summer which left me with a mud backyard. I needed grading, decorative rock, and sod installed in a hurry. I called around and finally chose Warners to do the work. They not only gave me a favorable estimate, they squeezed me in during a very busy time of the season. All the work was completed in a single day and I couldnt be more happy with the outcome.

The ice/salt application of 1/11/2018 was done late in the evening after a typically unpredictable day of Minnesota winter. The communication from Warner was outstanding and their response at a late hour under short notice was exceptional. The workers worked quickly but thoroughly and were careful to remove as much snow and ice from walkways. I would highly recommend Warners Outdoor Solutions! We were in a difficult situation where we had to have two trees removed because of construction for a deck. Our original landscape company backed out at the last minute and we had less than a week to have the trees moved! Ryan came to our rescue and moved the two trees within a couple days of the request. We worked with Nick Fogle on a backyard landscaping project. He was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. Nick listened to our ideas and put together a great plan that worked well with our home and our lot. He was patient and thoughtful as we made material selections and minor adjustments. I used Warners to install an irrigation system at our new home. Their prices were competitive with other quotes that I received, but I ultimately decided to contract them because of the professionalism display by Ryan in the consultation. I had to push my install date a few times as my landscaping schedule kept changing due to a rainy stretch, and each time there were no issues in getting it scheduled. The install crew did a fantastic job and while they were toughing it out on the hottest days of the year, they accommodated my requests with grace despite meaning they had to brave the heat even longer. I highly recommend them!

Warners scammed us by sending us an invoice for work they never did. But since it was only $130, we didnt take them to court. But we couldnt ignore it or they would wreck our credit rating by submitting to collections! So we paid the scammers. So frustrating. Stay far away from this fraudulent company.

Horrible. I moved to CA in August and hired them (monthly subscription stating in Dec.) to remove snow until my house sold. Imagine my surprise when at 8pm on a sub-zero Jan. night, I arrive in Cottage Grove, MN to find my driveway covered in several inches of snow. The movers were scheduled to arrive the following morning. I called WOS and left several messages. I was promised someone would come to remove snow before the movers arrived at 10am. Ha! What a joke! I didnt even get a call back, and worse, no snow removal. I finally found another, more reliable company to help me. Warners Outdoor Solution is completely unreliable. They did finally respond to my urgent calls on Monday... too little, too late. Save yourself a lot of stress and frustration, and just go elsewhere.

A couple winters ago Id hired them to plow my driveway...one time, and the charged me 3 times the amount quoted. After receiving letters that they were taking me to court for not paying their bill I got a hold of them and they agreed to the original amount. I would go elsewhere if I were you.

Great people to work with. Besides their great work with landscaping they also do holiday lighting! All around Warners Outdoor Solutions is the ONLY SOLUTION!

I have contracted Warners for full lawn care 3 years in a row and had them install a sprinkler system. They are unreliable and never do what they say they will do on time. I had to call routinely to remind them to do their work. It has been incredibly frustrating, especially when they always had excuses for their shortcomings. Needless to say, this will be the last year we use them. I regret staying with them as long as I did.

When I cancelled my other lawn service it was because I am a new widow and money is a concern. I thought they were pricey so I checked out Warners. I thought the price they quoted was more reasonable, so went with them. My old lawn service included weed and feed at one price. Not so here at Warners. When I got my bill only to see that they charge separate for each, my bill was thirty dollars more than what I had been paying. If you go with this company be VERY SURE you understand this. EVERYTHING they do has a added charge. It was very deceptive for me, not to mention my lawn looked worse although the weeds sure liked what they put down, not so much the grass.

Dont even bother with this company. I asked for a quote for 3 weeks. Their answer was they were always to busy. And that was just to give a quote.

This completes our 2nd year with Warners Outdoor solutions and we are very happy with their service and the results the applications have had on our lawn! Thank you Warners and we look forward to doing business with you again next year!
