Terrible customer service, we consistently had weeds in between treatments. The final straw for cancelling for me was when they came and left my gate wide open resulting in my dog getting out and running away without our knowledge because we had no idea the gate was open.

My lawn has never looked better. Weed Man does a great job! A++

Worst service I ve ever experienced in my life. Lever one health blade of grass for 2 years. Lied and said would repair resead my property and eriate Multiple lies Then tried to sell me these services 4 months later. Property looks like total crap. Always have had services maintain. This company is the absolute worst No more chances here. Failed me every time.

I have changed 4 companies in the past 20 years and ended up dissatisfied. This is the first time I see my grass without weeds. I like thier communication with me and the fact that they recommend but not push for other services.

They have been taking care of my property for years . They keep you updated on when they will be at your house and if weather doesnt permit them from doing it one day they keep in touch on when they will be there

Weed Man provides a day-prior notification so I can meet and discuss issues with the service person, if needed. Had a particular weed problem which took 3 applications to fix but Weed Man was very responsive to solve the issue.

A good fertilizer company. I wanted someone to manage my lawn, not just fertilize it. I m not sure any lawn service does manage your lawn, but that s what I wanted and they were just a fertilizer company. Customer service was good too

I cannot get anyone to respond to my emails regarding scheduling my service. We paid 2 weeks ago. Have sent 5 emails and called 3 times. Nobody will give me a date or advise on who i need to talk to. Every communication is i don t handle that and i will have someone contact you for service. But nobody ever calls back. Very poor service and bad business to take someone s money and do this. I would not recommend this company. You get what you pay for i guess. Should have went with the brand name service to start.

When I signed up for services I went over details with Dave who explained the service would control the weeds around my pines. The weeds continued to grow. The office back peddled and tried to sell me additional services including additional weed control and grub control. Just an overall bad experience.

My grass was terrible and I needed help so I reached out to Weed Man and they were very helpful. They offered me a good package. Since they started, I can see a big change in my grass. Its fuller, greener and is looking more like a lawn. Last night I received a call to let me know that there were Grubs near my house. They offered me a great discount to protect my lawn. I definitely recommend them They are very professional and call to let you know when they will be coming.

Much more professional than my last service to start, they communicate with you when service has been rendered, not just a bill on your door. And my cameras show them servicing my yard.

I m a new customer this year and am very satisfied. The fertilizer was applied timely and the weeds are controlled regularly. Easier and more cost effective than doing it myself.

First time using weed man and very satisfied our tech explains anything we need to know on our questions and he explains what applications he is applying and what it does.

I have had poor results over the years with other lawn care companies, but once I switched to Weed Man I have been extremely happy with the results and personal service. Additionally, other lawn care companies tend to put on high pressure upsells for additional services which may not be needed. This has not been the case with Weed Man. Highly recommended!

This is my first time hiring a company to spray my lawn, I ve always used the Scott s or other brands including Sunday, and done it myself. I have seen my neighbors hire companies to do their lawns and my was as good if not better than theirs. But so far this year, my lawn is better than it s been the past few years! I m hoping it continues! Definitely not as cheap as you can get if you do it yourself, but the result is better! Then you have to ask yourself is an outstanding looking lawn worth the extra money you could have saved? I m outside all the time and love to live in my yard when it s not too cold to be outside!

Started using Weed Man this year for lawn fertilization, weed control, and mosquito control. My lawn looks better than it has in many years. We can use patio at night without getting swarmed by mosquitos too. Would definitely recommend Weed Man for your lawn service needs.

Total waste of money. They apply weed killer and fertilizer at the same time during a rainstorm. I had to pay $94 for nothing as I have a ton of weeds so everything obviously washed away. They wont reapply because I canceled the contract for personal reasons. I was not told that both substances were being applied. I wad told the weed killer would be first and fertilizer weeks later and charged in this order. No, sorry I do not recommend due to lack of transparency, poor quality of product and application in a rainstorm, and overall experience. Truly underwhelmed.

I called customer service regarding an application I Didn t realize that it was auto renewal, myfault. I was in Florida did not get messages. I tried to tell customer service rep that I couldn t afford $60 an application. She didn t seem to care, so I told her to cancel the service. It s too bad they won t try to work with you. She was very rude. I even offered to pay the services in full for the year for a discount. She didn t seem to want to listen to that. She said I was a reoccurring prescriber so I wasn t entitled to a discount.

Just had a call from this company. I submitted online for a quote a couple of days ago. Got another company since they called late. I just told them I got with another company, I m sorry they just hung up on me. Needless to say, I am very much happy I didn t go with this guys. If they are this rude, I can t imagine being a customer and having a problem and having to call them. Most for sure they will have same treatment.

I have used all the major companies when it comes to lawn care, and none of them compare to the results I got from Weed Man. On top of that, they offer better pricing and are easier to deal with.

I signed up services last year and specifically asked for notification before lawn or tree service is scheduled. However they auto renewed plus they didn t notify before starting service this year until service was done. After talking to customer care, they keep mentioning their own system notes doesn t reflect such option selected. Not sure how customers can review and check if customers care rep did their job well. This is pretty lame and inefficient reasons to treat customers. I wouldn t recommend this company

I have been with this company for many years and also as trustee over landscaping have used them for our church and recommend them to family and friends who also use them. In the past an employee who is no longer there was very approachable, personable and professional in meeting our needs but sadly I was told that she passed away. We had noted that there seems to ge a decline in excellence over the past few years. When we first started we had a consistent tech , they were accommodating, customer oriented and good field staff. We would have given a 5 stars for them. But they seem to have forgotten the reason that the customer is the reason why they exist. When I called late afternoon to voice my concern that the technician they scheduled did not show up today I was blown away by being told it had been rescheduled for April 24. I would have had no idea if I had not called to inquire! I need to provide entry as we have access issues for the technician so I have to know when they are scheduled to work out these details. This is frustrating for their techs to come and not be able to do their work. I have been doing this for years and previously the company has been accommodating but not sympathetic to this difficulty now. The employee/customer service rep s explanation made me feel that there was disorganization and no great interest in working with customers in scheduling to help with special circumstances. I was very surprised to learn that the managers are unreachable and do not take phone calls. They have no email contact either. Then I checked with the church secretary and learned that it took 3 attempts to send a corrected contract to the church office despite the fact that the church secretary has been doing this with Weedman for years. We have continued because of the previous excellant customer service, responsiveness to concerns and questions, nice grass results and available manager to talk to if needed but we have seen a decline in service over the past few years in our area of coverage. So, we will watch out this year to see if the good care we have known makes a return. .As no manager had a phone number or email for my concerns I chose a google review to express them.. I do not like that the employee answering the customer service calls phones are not particularly sympathetic or well trained to work with a frustrated customer. But they are not the ones responsible for or able to resolve the deeper infrastructure problems that may be present. I will do another google report at the end of this season and hope that I can say the issue of management availability, customer service skills and scheduling coordination and feedback are improved. I give 3 stars today as this company seems to be declining. I am still trying to decide if I should go elsewhere or give them another chance to work back up to the 5 stars that they were when I first started with them.

Reason being..I paid n Full up front and service was lousy! Not only once but twice a technician came with prior instructions given which was I own GUARD DOGS please be advise to go to door first .! Ok to make a long story short he left thr gate open. My dog isnt any longer in his yard and this situation may have been advoided with a different tech. Also I didnt recieve all apppications. So NEVER PAY IN ADVANCE PERIOD!!! Thankyou Goodbye

I got my front yard cleared of weeds & most of the back....but they didnt get beside my garage the weeds are 3 feet tall. I hired them because I cant do the weeding any more but I have had to step it up & pull a lot of weeds....wont be having them back next year!!!

First season with the Weed Man and so far, so good! Lawn has come back nicely from a bad 2022 season, and the crab grass throughout my yard is noticeably reduced. A neighbor and I each got a discount for going in together on new services. Overall I am very pleased with the experience so far!

This is the ONLY company that I have found that actually has a treatment program that WORKS. My lawn was horrifyingly ignored when I moved in this year. Weed Man came out and promised me a great looking lawn in 30 days. Heard that before, although the promise is usually 7-10 days. They were absolutely right. My lawn went from visibly offensive to gorgeous within those 30 days and continued to improve right through the summer. They have been professional, courteous, on-time, accommodating to my schedule, super responsive and very much worth every dollar. I will continue to use them and brag about them to anyone that asks. Truly better than all of the others (believe me, Ive tried many competitors)!

I send this company 87 pictures at least over 100 weed on my lawn this summer after all weed control services with extra 4 times weed control done of this year 2023. this company saying they did not see those weed and they may missing some part of my yard, however, its all over my yard, you can not miss all my yard if you really doing your job on my lawn. I send email to ask refund, they only refund my leftover service fee only. when I ask if you charged all weed control services without refund, then you have to come to do weed control as you said at beginning when I pay this service. the person who talk to me just ignored my request. Do not use this company, they may cheaper few dollars, you will get more weeds than last year.

Let me first say their product works. Now let me get into it. I had told them that I have two dogs, They were not supposed to come into my backyard unless they knocked on the door and made my wife aware that theyre here.! Well back in october Seventeen Theyre employee did not do this. He went into my backyard AND DID not tell my wife he was here! Left my gate wide open But thats not the bad part. The bad part is my wife let my german shepherd out in his own backyard! Yes, he is very protective of my home and my family. So what do you think he did? Yes he went after the fertilizer guy! And he did bite him not that bad. Because the guy told us that he was a veteran and that he is a dog lover and that he understood that he did wrong by coming in our backyard and that letting anyone know.!! As a result of this My insurance company is getting sued and now I have to put my dog down. So would I recommend them no way on this side of HELL

No difference in weeds after a full summer of treatment. They auto renew your service even when you tell them you dont want to auto renew. Older lady at the company is rude when addressing questions of payment related to auto renewal. Would not recommend.

I signed up with this service when I first moved into my home last year I paid up front for the year. Not month to month. This year after my lawn got worse throughout the year and they never called to ask about satisfaction, they called to renew, offering for me to pay up front as I had last year. I declined. I went with TruGreen instead. I always pay upfront because it s a better value. Meanwhile I am traveling for work and WeedMan decides to come fertilize my lawn. I come home to a bill. They say they never spoke to me and it just auto renewed. Well, I know that s a lie. They force me to pay for a service I never asked for. I pay and I tell them to NEVER come back. In no uncertain terms, I wanted to ensure that they would remember speaking to me since they were dishonest about speaking to me the first time this year. Today I receive a bill again. For a service rendered yesterday. My dogs didn t even bark yesterday, lol no I didn t leave the house . I call them and remind them of me. I tell them they were trespassing and they are not welcome here. She says she will comp it, like I m being done a favor. I make it very clear that I am not paying for their services and not a customer, she say Oh My Gawwdd I just told you I d comp it! (As if their word means anything, not even once after setting up my account initially have they done their job correctly.) This business is manipulative and dishonest. Most of the time they didn t even go in my backyard, which was part of what I paid for up front. Do not use them.

No answer for any calls and voicemails. They did not service our lawn for two months then come back after that and charged us. Sales people were calling for promotion but we told them that we need to cancel it, they said they will assist and take care of it and they never did. It was the same person who called us twice! I need someone to reach us out as we are NOT GETTING ANY CALL BACKS OR THE RIGHT PERSON TO TALK TO AND RESOLVE THIS ISSUE! Phone number that you are giving me is the same phone number that i talked too and said that they will take care of it. Are you serious?

I told them three times I could not afford their services last year. They kept coming anyway and billing me. I refused to pay them so they finally quit. But they continue to call me. So one day I answered the phone and the man said to me, so have you been able to get rid of the weeds. Its not so easy is it. At that point I hung up. They still continue to call me almost everyday.

Enrolled in Full Program start of the season that promises unlimited service calls - changed from another company on the promise that WeedMan has best customer service. First 2 applications were good but saw more weeds than last season so called them out for service start of summer. They came one time and the technician apparently spot treated each area with weeds. But weeds kept increasing as the months pass by, I sent them multiple emails with images of weeds in the lawn and requested for more service calls and expressing the concerns that weeds were growing everywhere. First response was full of excuses (there are different types of weeds, different seasons, rain, blah blah blah). Well its the same case every year and for all the people in the area. My lawn has never been worse before and my neighbors have great lawns. How is their weed control working great then? Anyway, I respond to that email and no response for 2 weeks. I reach back out and I am told that a service call has been scheduled. No one shows up for 2 more weeks. I follow up 2 more times on weekly basis. No response!! Finally I decided to pull the plug and emailed them to cancel the service for remainder of the year and refund my balance. Guess what? No one contacts me to even get to know my concerns. Thats because of the great customer service they promise I guess. Only good thing about this whole experience, my refund was processed within a week! Fastest response from them on anything that I requested for.

Even though I have grub control my yard is so tunneled up it really upset me so I called them and I was told that the moles are after the night crawlers, well everyone has night crawlers so everyone will get moles too

I had the service for one year, wasn t planning on asking it for this year. The problem is I didn t read the ad letter they sent saying if you don t call to tell us you don t want the service we will give you the service even if you don t want it! So When i called to ask about this bill I was told we told you about this I m not going to argue ... I don t believe this is the way to do business people! Don t want to know about this company again and for whoever chooses to get the service make sure you cancel if you don t want to renew for another year...

Weedman was great! Always called ahead so I could make sure the dogs were in. Came out extra times when the weeds didnt seem to be dying at no extra charge! Even closed the gate behind them and made sure it was fastened! Even the person who answers the phone is very nice and courteous! Kind of rare in a business nowadays.

We had used them for one season when they called the next season during the COVID shut down, we informed them we would not be using their services. We arrived home to their truck in our drive, called right away to confirm we had not authorized their service. They said that we would not be charged, since then we have received several calls stating we have pasted due charges. I have no problem paying for services that we requested but refuse to be bullied into paying for something that we had stated we did not want. I am still receiving bills and not getting any resolve from the owner Bob Walker. This was a lawn service done during the shut down when none was to be preformed 5/4/20.

I prepaid for aeration services. I was told August or September. I confirmed prior to paying that it would be completed by the end of September as I need to reseed my grass and dont wanna do it anywhere near the first frost. That was beginning of August. I called back a week into September and was again assured that it would be completed by end of September. I was called on September 26 by Weedman. They inquired about the health of my yard. I advised them that the end of September was approaching and they guaranteed it would be completed by the end of September. I asked if they were still going to hit that deadline and was again assured they would have no problem aerating my yard by the end of the month. I called on October 1 as my yard was not done and was told nobody can make promises as to when it gets done and i shouldnt have asked for a completed by date.The said she will put a rush order on the work but could only tell me it may be done by the end of October. It seems like they were misleading me and may not ever complete the work. Ill update the review if anything changes but its starting to look a lot more like fraud with every passing day.

Attention to detail. Adam is our technician. He uses a broadcast spreader. I am used to one of those ride on carts, like a Segway - or a hose. Inquired about a one-off service (aeration). I was explicit in that I wanted this aeration to coincide with over-seeding; to be performed in September. This was even noted in the technicians work order. The technician aerated Aug 21st and didnt provide notification (call or knock on door) even though specific instruction were given in which I was to schedule aeration in September. I called and cancelled the service and thankfully was told I would not be charged.

After switching to Weed Man, i noticed a substantial difference, and the sales rep i dealt with was more than helpful in explaining the applications and product. My lawn was in top shape until I switched to Weed Man because a neighbor did. We both are no longer with them. My lawn suffered badly and now I am trying to get rid of crab grass which was never an issue before WeedMan. I called and they said they would come out and fix it but my concern is that they put down an application (summer fertilizer) and the worker could have obviously seen the huge spots of crab grass and did nothing when he was at my house. I would expect a company to treat any issues without a concerned call from the homeowner. They call you constantly trying to sell you things such as extra applications/grub control/insect control, literally at least once a week expect a call from someone from Weedman, they are relentless. If you dont know any better they are the place for you, if you want a nice green lush lawn choose someone else....believe me their prices are high than most others who will do a much better job.

The past years I have used other lawn care companys but was never really satisfied with the results. Weed Man sales team called me listened to my frustrations and explained what they can do to help. When they came out to apply the first application the next week I notice a big difference in my lawn!! I never have seen my grass so green. So far so good! I started with Weed Man this spring and my yard looks great. I live in a wooded subdivision and we had a lot of weeds. In particular, we had chickweed and wild violets in large quantities in some parts of the lawn. Of course they also took care of the dandelions, but they werent terrible. The first application didnt knock out all of the chickweed and violets, so I called them and they came out right away with another application. They were very responsive. The fertilizer treatments have kept the yard looking good so far!

Horrible. My yard wasn t even bad Had the first service and it killed my entire lawn. And I had to call non stop to get my refund. I have to water my grass everyday now because of this. And Sarah was really rude with me for no reason on the phone when I was asking about a refund and she said.. been one of them days in her response. Kim took care of me greatly for my refund calling the following week. I wouldn t recommend them to anyone. Just a shame.

I was referred to Weedman by a neighbor. We previously had a different company, that I was not happy with. Weedman always had suggestions left on their bill for me, whether that be to water more or cut the grass higher. I noticed after the first 2 treatments that we still had some weeds in our grass. I sent an email to them, and the next day they sent someone out. Within a week or so the weeds were gone. I highly recommend this company.
