Love our Tru Green Specialist! He keeps our lawn beautiful.

They do what they say, use the right qty and chemical to fully control weeds and truly changes your lawn from 0 to 10. Before I used to do myself but results were not comparable to what I see now after using their applications. Their prices are competitive but you can negotiate.

My specialist is thorough and respectful of property.

[Original post 8/2024] Been a customer of Trugreen for many years. Very unhappy that they decided to aerate and seed my lawn the third week of July. This is something that s normally done in early fall not in the middle of summer. Their system notifies you typically one day before any type of service, but I was out of town and it was Sunday. So I couldn t react in time to cancel. [Update 10/2024] I wanted to write a followup review that Trugreen contacted me after seeing this review to remedy the situation. Changing this from 2 stars to 4 stars.

The lawn service was done in a professional manner. Emanuel was very polite and pleasant to talk for detailed information.

We keep being told to raise our mower. It is up as high as it goes. Our lawn is thicker and greener than before. We have a few spots that look burnt. Hopefully next year they will green up.

This company has horrible customer service. I caught them several times skipping areas in my yard, with proof on camera. I called to complain only for them to send out another technician who sprayed so sporadically and missed over half my yard. They never cover the whole yard that I m paying for and they refused to walk my yard with me to talk about problem areas. The company promises a lot when you call and complain but still the terrible service continues. They just don t care.

My service person, Keith, was both personable with me and knowledgeable about the condition of my lawn. He also helped me to improve my watering practices.

A few days ago, I gave TruGreen one star because a notification from them said service was completed, but, in fact, they were a no-show. When I called the company, they apologized, and sent someone out this afternoon. I appreciate the response, thus Ive upped the one star to five stars! Thumbs up.

Truegreen is the worst company ever i have dealt with. No ethics, no rule, no record what they promised. Stay away at any cost. I wish i could give them -ve review. I purchased prepaid service for lawn and tree care in 2023 for 2024, for my 2 houses, but when they didnt show up in april, i called they said they needed more money as the amount you paid was not enough. I was like, but thats what you promised. Since then, so many calls and every time, the same story, someone new, will pick up the phone and say our computer is slow and i cant reach your account, and someone will reach out. But that never happened, and now i got a call that i have the amount due. For what? Pre paid means i have paid everything upfront, then why bill. Overall, if you want peace of mind, stay away from them.

Lawn came back very nicely after just one season. We are in season 2 now and can really see the effects of treatment. Always on time, quick, and thorough. Never try to sell us something we don t need. Very glad we started this!

I have had TruGreen now at two houses and both experiences have been great. With one to two treatments, all the weeds are gone and the grass starts to look green and lush. I do think they push mosquito treatment and grub control a little too much even after you say no, but overall the service is good and they re willing to negotiate the price a little bit each year.

Our work was done quietly without issue.

Today s lawn reservice was good ; he spent close to half hour to finish the application. Last time he hardly did 5 minutes and left; that s why we asked you to re do the application. Thanks for taking care of it s In future please make sure you send good technicians and have them do the application the full yard. Since ours is a big yard, technicians need at least 30 minutes for the full lawn application.

We have used TruGreen for over 20 years. We see obvious improvement in our lawn and the mosquito treatments are effective. We just signed up for some pest control and feeding for our shrubs. We continue to be very happy with TruGreens services and crew members!

She did a wonderful job and was very nice and I really like her work, & she wore her protective gear thank you true green I will keep using your service!!! The only problem is Im not sure if the product that you are using this year is any good. Why do you keep changing the stuff that works? Its to early to tell if this product works it seems to be watered down. Buyer beware!!!

So grateful for how thorough the gentlemen were who came by my home today. Granted there was one doing the spraying but the particular care of his associate who made sure my flowers and plants weren t harmed by the heavy hose was special to me. It doesn t go unnoticed, thank you team TruGreen!

Update: 4/26/2024 @1pm EDT Service itself has been better the last 2 years. I stuck it out because they assured me Id get better service. Fast forward to this year. They came out (without my approval) to apply the first application. I never got a bill, never got an email they were billing me. So I went on the website a few weeks later to pay. Nothing on their website said they charged me for the first application yet, and it still allowed me to prepay for the year for a 5% discount. So I did that. A few days later I got my credit card bill and noticed they charged my credit card for the first service, and took my money for the full year of prepayment. Called customer service. First person Briana hung up on me. Second person Anessa was nice, worked with me. But when it came down to refunding the $65 for my first application, it was like pulling teeth. They wanted to offer me $50 refund instead. It was ridiculous! I argued for 15 minutes, finally she got her supervisor Miss Sherry to authorize a full refund for the $65. But then Miss Sherry made sure that Anessa threw some jabs in there saying this is a one time thing, make sure you pre pay next year. Then I said Oh no, I want to be clear you are NOT authorized to apply any applications next year without my approval. And you are NOT authorized to bill my card automatically anymore. Anessa told me that I was removed from autobilling and wont receive service automatically next year. Then she submitted the refund request. Some conversation later, she then said make sure you prepay next year before they do service, and I repeated me concerns theres no reason they should do service before I pay next year, you told me you took me off the autobilling and automatic service, right? (something I never agreed to be on in the first place) if you didnt, please do so now. Theres no reason I should encounter this next year if you do this. Fairly certain this is going to happen again next year, and theyre going to do the first application without my approval. The customer service center is a joke. Miss Sherry needs to learn how to appeal to customers. --- Ive been with Trugreen for 12 years now. Service is good when they come out - thats been the problem, but only for the last couple of years. Ive had to call several times at various points throughout the spring and summer in the past two years because they simply forget to schedule my service. Ive even prepaid for the year of service again this year, which makes it that much worse. Im not sure why its gotten so bad. I prepaid again just a week or two ago and was told my first service would be within a couple of days. Nothing. I tried calling, and apparently you simply CANNOT get hold of a customer service agent right now for existing customers. The wait time is reported by their service as 2 HOURS. Tried another day. Same. Tried a third day. Same. So now they are sitting on my money, Im not getting service, and theres no way to contact their customer service. Great. Buyer beware. Next year Im going with a local mom & pop fertilizing company, if I dont do it myself.

My tech did a great job. Avoid the area in the lawn that were too wet due to recent heavy rains. Was also careful around our in ground electric dog fence. Happy that fence is still working after the aeration.

My lawn went from last year as a C- to this year a solid A . 3/7/2024 update: Keith, the specialist from Tru Green was here today for ouw 1st application and was the most Courteous young man with plenty of knowledge of his profession. Used in 2022 for fertilizing lawn and mosquito control. Mosquitoes were well controlled, though I think they killed a lot of bees too. In 30 years, my lawn was NEVER as bad as it was last year. I called multiple times...the first time I called...the guy said we have to make your lawn worse, before it gets better . I would NEVER use again.

Too expensive for the service provided.

I ve waited for 3 months for a supervisor to call me regarding my services I ve received. I ve called numerous times. Voiced my concerns and waited for it to be rectified before making this review. (All voice calls are monitored so feel free to listen up) I received care from jaylen multiple times and he is the absolute worst. Within 30 secs of arriving I get notifications stated that my lawn has been serviced. This has happen on 4 FOUR different occasions. It takes more than 30 secs to properly treat my lawn. My lawn is now in shambles. Due to negligence on truegreen and their techno part. I will never and I mean never spend another dollar on true green. Absolutely unacceptable. They do not care about their customers or satisfaction. Do yourself a favor and go with another company. This review comes after months and months of talking to customer service agents and hearing nothing back. Do better true green. If I could give zero stars I truly would. After reading these reviews I should ve known better. KNOW BETTER YALL KNOW BETTER UPDATE!!!! They also charged my account for the new year of 2023 which I NEVER CONFIRMED TruGreen is AWFUL!

Very professional excellent quality product and respectful of property

TruGreen customer service is absolutely horrendous. I have been a customer for 10 years and have always been able to talk with my local representative here in Michigan when I had questions. Now everything is automated and when I do get through to a person after several minutes, I talked to a person in Dallas, Tampa, the Caribbean all from calling my local number. I asked to be transferred to my local office and I get disconnected. I will no longer be using TruGreen and will cancel my service.

My gate was left propped open after service done and a large heavy outdoor rocking chair moved and not put back . Im 84 years old and difficult for me to put chair back . Would appreciate putting furniture back where found and shutting my gate. Thought I d give them a try last year and time ticket said they sprayed my whole yard within 3 to 4 minutes impossible. Always had weeds . Called to have a supervisor come out and look at it. Never got a phone call back never saw someone cancel. do not use his service.

Robert S took the time to talk with us about our lawn and the problems. In addition, he couldn t have been nicer or more professional.

They arrive on time, perform the job and leave a detailed note of what was performed. If I am not happy, for any reason, they come out and take care of the problem. Only has happened twice. Once they forgot the crabgrass control-came out the same week and reapplied. Once, when I first started, there was a certain weed that kept creeping in my lawn. I sent them a picture, they came out and adjusted the formula and took care of it.

Our lawn looks very good once True Green started working on it. They are very professional and courteous.

We live on a partially wooded lot. Cant be assessed by satellite. A salesman came out to make notes. The people who came out to spray have been very friendly and did a good job spraying the grassy areas.

Shady business model, prepaid for the entire season for the service guy coming over, sitting the entire time in his truck and leaving a service ticket for the stuff he never done.. I have cameras and i see him doing NOTHING at his two visits, and this the shadiest business ever! Avoid!

If I could give zero stars I would !!!!!!The divison that services the Redford Livonia area are horrible! We have had a representative that has come out left receipts but indeed did not render service. We have reviewed our cameras and notice they have not sprayed our grass multiple times. We have called the company and asked them to send out a different representative and they continue to send the same person out. I spoke with the guy after he attempted to put another bill on door stating he performed service AND HE DIDNT . he literally looked at me and told me he sprayed our grass and Ive told him repeatedly, You did not because we did not see you on our cameras spraying neither the front side back or the patio area and also again on this day I was home and you didnt spray. The guy then tells me well, Ill call my company and let them know that youre requesting to have your grass sprayed again even though I did so your grass is going to die (our grass didnt die). The representatives sprayed the grass and then upon my review still didnt spray completely in the backyard or by my patio. We contacted them again and asked them to not send him back out to our home. The next time that we had service guess who appears ,He Did! Partially spraying our grass AGAIduring rain pour. He only sprayed one section of our side and one section in our front and again did not spray backyard or patio area. This is Unacceptable and truegreen will not take responsibility and believe that their clients are telling them the truth when we have cameras that shows the proof that their services are not being provided as they are constantly billing us. I do not recommend and servise will be discontinued. I dont understand how this can go unnoticed, is the product not weighed or measured at beginning and end of shift? I know we cant be the only ones experiencing this .

Performance Is Awesome

Would have given 5 stars but a small portion of my lawn is torn up due to the buggy wheels. I feel the lawn personnel hurry through the application and dont care about the damage fertilizer carts are capable of doing. I will continue with tru green for this year but reserve thoughts on future contracts.

The service provider was very careful to make sure the work was done to meet my expressed concerns. I really appreciated the very professional way she addressed all my questions and explained what was being done. Both of them have been excellent.

I love the customer service they are very helpful and understanding. I was having issues with calipers in my front yard eating grass and turning it brown in one spot after calling customer service they sent someone out the next day who knew exactly what was happening. They will be back out tomorrow it took a few calls after a few people came out and told us two separate things, but finally we feel like the issue is going to be resolved thank you TrueGreen!!!

My lawn has improved dramatically since using Tru green. They are the first lawn care company that actually balanced the ph , and got rid of all the moss in my lawn. Finally, I found a company that really knows their stuff. I recommend them to others with confidence.

Don t work with Truegreen and save your money They worked on my lawn for the whole season and my lawn is worse than when they started Weed and shrubs exploded in my yard Called them couple of time to ask for a spot treatment as they suppose guarantee their job No one showed up and when the guy showed up 4 weeks later i thought he is coming for spot treatment. He said i am not for here for spot treatment and they people in the office have the tendadency to lie on when you getting next

Yesterday was my scheduled lawn service day. There were two guys taking care of business. Then I had a knock on my door. It was one of them telling me he noticed holes in my lawn (the dreaded GRUBS!!!!) Acting on his own they took care of it and put some stuff down and told me to water. I was so freaking happy they did this, on their OWN as well. They saw the problem and took care of it. I will always use your company. This is the 2nd time one of your employees has noticed something wrong and taken care of business. My lawn us important to ME, and I found that its important to you. THANK YOU. Tom Berry

Overall not very satisfied with the quality of service that was provided. We had I believe 3-4 treatments for weeds and crabgrass with nothing coming out of them. We still have a major crabgrass problem. When they show up to do a treatment they do not bother spraying under furniture in the yard nor do they insure that all parts of the lawn are getting sprayed. I understand that they are a large company and most likely have a lot of properties to do in a day, but we just don t appreciate how non thorough they were with the applications. Especially for the price we paid. Another problem I found to be quite annoying were the CONSTANT sales calls trying to convince me to add on more things to my account. I was receiving about 2 per week. Customer service tended to be quite responsive and polite so they have that going for them which is why i gave 2 stars instead of 1. I dont like to give out poor reviews but I thought that this should be said for future potential customers.

I have a challenging lawn to maintain - I live directly next to a run-off area that is full of weeds and was being choked out by the weeds from the other side of the fence. We have tried to personally take care of the weeds and we also tried several local lawn and landscape companies over the years but have not been successful. TruGreen was the only company to get our lawn back in shape and in only 1 season. They were courteous, thorough and the best lawn company we have encountered. I have had only positive experiences and highly recommend!

They are spraying chemicals on lawns that are near livestock(less than 150 feet) that are the same components of agent orange. Why would you spray someone s lawn over 10 times in less than 5 month time frame. When they have been requested to notify due to legal reasons with chemicals names and they have not followed through nor as well as the chemicals they use cause low birth weights in animals and people as well as it is toxic to fish. It killed off over 4 million honey bees on the Adjacent property just last month! The chemicals they use are slowly Killing people as well as killed a family of sand hill cranes from grub control.

THEY KILLED 4 MILLION OF MY BEES!! They cannot follow the law regarding their repeated (9+) applications this past summer to my neighbors lawn. Formal complaint in to the EPA, Department of Agriculture and our township. Do not hire these people to contaminate your property and kill our pollinators.

ONE OF THE BEST WORST SERVICES!!! Technician comes in does my neighbor lawn instead of mine and bills me for that service. I was offered a free service, another technician comes in inspects my lawn and just leaves leaving a service done receipt at my door. Now this is called TRUGREEN

i signed up for lawn fertilization and mosquito control in March. To date, they have not applied any applications to my lawn. Over a 30 day period: Visit #1 - Dave, the service technician, goes to wrong address. Then cancelled my service because its the wrong address. Called office to see where Dave was. Give detailed directions to my house. They sent him back for Visit #2. Visit #2 - Dave, the service technician, pulls in my driveway and sits for 5 minutes, does nothing, then leaves. Call the office to complain. They reschedule for Visit #3. Visit #3 - Dave, the service technician, No show. Call the office to complain. Reschedule for Visit #4. Visit # 4 - Dave, the service technician, Blows by my house at high speed, does not stop, goes around the block, leaves the neighborhood. Call the office to complain, reschedule Visit #5 Visit # 5 -Dave, the service technician, blows by my house, at high speed, backs up, pulls in my driveway, backs out and leaves. Call the office, they cant call Dave on the phone and send him back. Reschedule Visit #6 Visit # 6 - Dave, the service technician, never shows up. I cancelled the service. Do not use the Wixom office for Trugreen service. They never answer the phone, you get routed to corporate and nothing ever gets resolved. According to them, they cant contact Dave, the service technician, to see whats going on, they can only reschedule and hope that Dave, the service technician, shows up. I have asked to speak with the area Manager, well see if I ever even get a phone call. Hope other customers have had better service if they have Dave, the service technician, as their route representative.

scammers! I ve scheduled year long service for my lawn. They re supposed to come out every 6 weeks, the first time they showed up and serviced my lawn. The second time, I look at my ring doorbell to see a man putting a receipt on my porch. I look back at the footage to see that he didn t even service my lawn! Also my fence was locked and he never even knocked on the door! My parents had the same issue with them and caught them on her ring doorbell as well. Do NOT use this company

Today Aisha Sanders stopped by and was supposed to spray my yard for mosquitos. I happened to be home today so I watched Aisha sit in the truck, put a stick in my yard, and eventually put a note on my door. He/She did not get any equipment out or spray anything and I am now concerned that my first two sprays (mosquitos and weeds) were also not provided. I have written in online, I have texted Tim (the person who convinced me to sign up with TrueGreen), and I have now written into their review team too. Heard back from corporate promptly but they sent the same technician out and I wasn t home this time. I am not sure if it got sprayed and a porch sign on my front porch was broken (had 12 nail gun nails in it) so they stomped on my sign and broke it. The company has refunded me a portion of what I paid to make up for the broken sign and has said they will send out a different technician for all of my services. So far I can report that I was indeed given a refund and that for my lawn service a different technician was dispatched. I am still waiting on the re-spray for the mosquitos.

Scam alert, stay FAR away from this company. They will charge you for services and never actually show up at your house. I have the Trugreen app on my phone. I received a notification yesterday Your Trugreen specialist just arrived at your property at 3:28pm (which is a lie) and then Your TruGreen TruComplete Lawn Service is complete at 3:29pm. And then they charged my card for $100+. Aside from me being home at the time and not seeing any TruGreen specialist, I also have security cameras proving they never actually came. Sounds like their specialist was just marking jobs as complete, especially considering the fact they somehow finished my service less than a minute after arriving which is impossible. Their customer support is also completely useless. Ill be contacting my credit card company today to dispute their fraudulent charge and highly suggest any others experiencing this same issue to do the same. I should have read the other reviews before signing up with this fraudulent company.

I tried them two years ago and it was a nightmare. I foolishly let them talk me into coming back to them for this season. Huge mistake! Terribly ran company. Sales guys get you on the phone and make all these great promises that the rest of the company dont live up to. Yesterday was the last straw for me. Supposed to be out for a mosquito application. They literally sprayed one little spot of my lawn that was about 10x10 foot. We had tons of dandelions this year, called two times to have them come back out and spray, they never came. Use Lush Lawn, much much better company!!!!

Im currently having the same issue as stated below. Last two services never happened and they keep rescheduling and then never showing up. Ive put in multiple calls and have not gotten a call back from anybody local that can help. Ive been with them for years and never had a problem until this year.

THIS YEAR IT HAS CHANGED WE HAVE GRASS GROWING PLACES GRASS SHOULDNT BE GROWING WHEN I CALL I GET NO HELP NO ONE IS THERE TO HELP THE BOX IS ALWAYS FULL. THEN IF I GET LUCKY ENOUGH TO TALK TO SOMEONE THE SUPERVISORS ARE NEVER THERE TO HELP WITH ANYTHING. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN AFTER THIS YEAR...

Horrible experience with TruGreen. We feel HUSTLED by this company and strongly do not recommend. TruGreen is quiet about their calendar year and services/rounds definitions. Their failure to explain leaves customers (WHO HAD CANCELLED SERVICES) receiving ongoing invoices. Their products/services did not improve the health of our shrubs - we even had them out for a review of why nothing was improving. There are other companies who provide quality products/services & are upfront on pricing - search them out and do not use TruGreen.

Good quality. I am confident that my trees and bushes will look great all spring and summer.

I had Trugreen 7 years and had different issues with them. One time a rep said he did my lawn but he could not have since my back yard was locked. I canceled with them and they kept begging me back. I did go back to them and they have really let me down Again. Had a seeding and aeration scheduled and they did not show up even though got the message the day before they were coming. They then rescheduled it and Again did not show up or call. I am really unhappy with them and wish I never agreed to go back to them. Plus the Wixom manager has not called me back. The manager dropped the ball many times and did not follow thru on things promised to us.

The absolute worst customer service. Having to call and wait 2 to 3 hours for a customer representative is far from okay. Then when I finally do get in contact, I have to wait for the manager to call me back. When I missed the call, I had to start the process all over again. The woman I had to talk to was extremely rude and had a very bad attitude. They ve still yet to call me back and lost my service, which they seem to not care about at all. TruGreen Wixom or in general have gone down in quality over the years and I do not recommend them for anyone wanting a decent service. We had them for a whole year last year and our lawn does not look any better and the weeds are thriving more than the grass.

Worst experience trying to get this company to spray my yard for mosquitoes. When I called to set up the spray I was promised a date that was apparently not available. Spray was delayed one more time after that (3 phone calls later). The tech finally showed up and told me she wouldnt walk around my whole yard (spraying shrubs and trees), just around the house. During the encounter she also saw a deer in my back yard and was startled/scared by it...a very strange interaction. After the tech left (without spraying) she apparently recorded the transaction as if she did spray, so my card was charged (Ive called and they do plan to issue a refund). Ive been asking to speak to a general manager at trugreen about the bizzare experience, but as of yet a manager wont call me back. Update: While a manager still wont call me back, a TruGreen Rep informed me that the manager stated the reason they wont spray my property is because it borders a wooded area.

Lawn looks terrible after full season use of trugreen. Manager was to come out to evaluate lawn problems... he did not show. A regular service tech came out to apply fertilizer and short walked the yard.

Do not use this branch of True green for any service. They are unresponsive will not show up and when they do they will damage your yard. Didnt even make it a year with them. Had to call corporate to cancel and refund my service.

This refers to the Wixom, Michigan location: They had the nerve to add a special treatment to my lawn package, without asking or telling me, but did go ahead and charge me $235 for it! When I called customer service, I was told the only way I can speak to a manager is if a form is submitted and then they would call me back within 24-48 hours. The last time they were supposed to be out, they cancelled last minute and when I called to find out why, they said a manager would be calling me back.... which never happened. Done, done, done with them. Cancelled all services. They were great when I started with them in 2018, but service has gone downhill since.

Similar to other customers feedback. Not reliable and poor customer service. They keep rescheduling and when the new date/time comes, they do not show. However, they re very good at sending a text notifying you that the service has been completed. TrueGreen, we work from home and have cameras around the entire property. We know when/if you ever show to get the job done and well. We can see you (or not if you don t show up). Unfortunately, we will not be renewing our services. Very disappointed!

HORRIBLE! IVE HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE! I SIGNED UP FOR FLEA AND TICK PREVENTION ON 6/17/20. THEY APPARENTLY SIGNED ME UP FOR MOSQUITO DEFENSE. A TECH COMES OUT AND DOES THE WRONG JOB. I CALLED AND THEY FIXED THE SITUATION AND CAME OUT TO RE-SERVICE. YET AGAIN, FOR MOSQUITO DEFENSE. CALLED AGAIN AND THEY SWITCHED IT TO PERIMETER PEST (WHICH DOES NOT COVER FLEA AND TICK). THEY CAME OUT TO RE-SERVICE. FOR MOSQUITO!! I THEN CALLED AGAIN AND THEY MADE SURE TO PUT NOTES IN MY ORDER SO NOT HAVE THE SAME ISSUE. SO IM ON THE 4TH VISIT AND STILL NOT DONE CORRECTLY. THEY CANCELED THIS IN THEIR SYSTEM AND WERE SUPPOSED TO PUT IT IN FOR THE FLEA AND TICK, HOWEVER MY PROFILE ON THERE SITE IS BLANK. SOMEONE IS SUPPOSED TO CALL AND STILL NOTHING! if I could do negative stars I would. I had an account with Truegreen for 2.5 years. this year I did not get what I wanted. Complained 3 times but no show always shows to other house and mentioned everything is good, I dont know how they do this type mistake in this computer era. They did 2 applications within 15 days, burnt the lawn completely (chemical burn). Once they did wrong house service on my lawn as well and for that no sorry also. After that only I decided to stop the service and get my money back , which was also horrible experience. They wont come fix it nor call me back to do anything about it. wouldnt recommend this place at ALL, its better to go with other landscape business which are doing really great in my neighborhood.

Absolutely the worst!! Had someone out on Tuesday to aerate and have tire marks on our front lawn then said he did the backyard but we have cameras and are working from home and NO work was done in the backyard. My husband called 3 times today after setting up for them to complete the job (that was paid in full on Tuesday) and the app said coming today, then it changed. Then on one of the calls was told the technician turned off the GPS so they have no idea where he is. 6 p.m. and he still didnt show. Then at 7:10 p.m. we get an trugreen alert that they arrived, went outside and checked the cameras no one to be found. Says work was completed at 7:11 p.m.?! So someone aerate the backyard in 1 minute and somehow managed to not get picked up by our cameras?! We have asked for a refund and to cancel the service. This isnt the first issue weve had with them this season.

Consistent applications. Willing to work with my schedule so as not to conflict with lawn mowing. No weeds with the exception of a couple areas on the edge of where they stop control. Control is only in front yard and side yards. To much acreage behind to be cost effective for us.

Scheduled twice. Always get the notifications for appt, then that are on the way. No one ever was. After to no shows, no one really cares on the phone. Not wasting anymore time with the company. Update: On 4th attempt someone showed up and aerated lawn. No complaints with this portion. I upgraded this from a 1 star to a 3 star.
