Difficult to communicate with and ghosted me after he got his final payment when he verbally expressed needing to return to finish the job. Work was severely delayed from time of purchase to time of completion. Overall happy with what was done but disappointed he took money and didn t supply remaining product.

I can not speak highly enough about their service and product, they were timely, professional and the price was very good. We would use them again, and recommend without hesitation.

UPDATE 3/13/21: I am updating my review to 1 star because 2.5 years after the paver installation I have found additional problems from the installation. The paver job was performed with inadequate sub-base that was too thin, not packed enough, and did not extend far enough from the patio and walkway. The concrete edging to hold in the pavers was also too thin in many areas. As a result, the corners of the patio have sunk, the edging has broken and the pavers have all separating. Likewise, the walkway also separated in many areas. I have a previous house with much more hardscaping from a different contractor that is flawless 12 years later. Very disappointed. This will cost me as much to fix and re-do than it cost to install. Talk about cutting corners - literally! UPDATE 9/3/18: I am updating this review to lower my rating to 3 stars because my long-term experience was the same as the other reviewers: The initial service is great and price is fair, but follow up to address any issues is non-existent, which renders any promised warranty period pointless. Communication is not good as there are long delays between responses, endless promises, and you will have to stay on top of things. If you expect a contractor to respect your time, you will be disappointed here. Its a shame because Chris is a polite and likeable guy, so you want to give him the benefit of the doubt but he keeps letting you down. He just doesnt seem to value his customers business after the main job is done. Keep that in mind when you consider this contractor. Ive been trying to resolve a drainage issue with the retaining wall he installed and after 2 months of promises that hed address it, I gave up and will hire someone else. My experience is based on: Installation of 80 ft retaining wall to fix an erosion issue, 50 ft paver walkway, 18 ft x 14 ft paver patio, and gazebo install between 2017-2018. I also sent him business by referral to my neighbor who hired him for a hardscape job.

Chris was a great guy and nice to work with in the beginning. I had a pool put in and had him do all of the irrigation and landscaping and widened my driveway. After the work was done I had some irrigation issues and plants dying and French drain backing up. He did not set the sprinklers up correctly and setup the zones wrong which cause hedges to die. The drainage got clogged because his workers covered the end drainage when extending the driveways instead of moving it like any ethical person would. Chris no longer responds at all once you paid him. I do not recommend using his services due to his unresponsiveness and ownership of his work.

Chris is very friendly and does a great job. He offers a great price too.

Chris Bell was extremely professional and nice, but do not use this business for drainage in yard. Chris installed a 24 catch basin with a 4 corrugated solid drain pipe near my patio and pool porch. The first rain my porch was flooded. Chris came back and placed a sump pump in a catch basin. The next rain my porch flooded. I noticed that water had tunneled back from the pipe back to the catch basin. Chris returned and dug up approx. 12 from basin and discovered the pipe joint was leaking. Chris used duck tape to fix the problem - need I say more. When Chris installed pump he did not put a back flow or check valve on it. The next rain caused my porch and back yard to flood. I had to hire another company to do the job correctly. The second company placed a sump pump basin with a Zoeller m53 pump, connected a 1 1/2 PVC pipe and added three 4 catch basin for surface water. I text Chris and told him I had to hire another company to do the job correctly and I was upset about paying twice for this job. Chris responded Which project is this . I responded Maria in Oviedo. This communication was on June 26 2018. I have not heard back! Save your self some money and hire a company that knows how to do the job correctly.

Chris and the team at Immaculate Images have done a great job thus far redoing our driveway with beautiful pavers and pressure washing our house, especially the patio. I recommend them for all your outdoor household needs regarding items like these. I look forward to working with him on our upcoming re-landscaping project.

The quote and install process was fantastic. The follow-up has been non-existent. Ive contacted the company via text, email, and phone with concerns about a visible difference in quality from one side of my lawn to the other. (Half of the lawn appears to be a different type of sod.) Ive had no responses. Ive been trying for just over 2 months. I get it...busy season..but no responses. Unless theres been a family tragedy preventing a response, I dont understand this level of customer service.

Chris and his team have done a great job for me as I put in a pool. First, he handled both the initial relocation of my sprinklers, then finalized the re-routing of the sprinklers after the pool was done. In addition, he also replaced the sod that was destroyed while the pool was being built. There was a bit of a delay due to the hurricane, but Chris didnt let me down! Very reasonable cost.
