Massey Services GreenUP Lawn Care Service in Winter Park

I am becoming very concerned with Massey. I have been a customer for a very long time and I ve always been very pleased, but this past year has been very difficult with getting a response when I have concerns.

My lawn & shrubs have never looked better since Massey & technician Micheal Walter started servicing my property. Micheal diagnosed my issues and developed a plan to bring my yard back to excellent health. I could not be happier.

Used for a year - cancelled. Had a well-rehearsed sales pitch at the start - the visits started to slow down, and sometimes they would show up for 5-10 minutes, spray weeds and leave a bill for 90$. Tried to cancel, but they wanted another months bills even though we cancelled 3.5 weeks before. TRUST REVIEWS - Dont use them

Excellent inspection of irrigation system. Effective corrections and changes made. Nelson was very professional in all aspects of servicing. He did his job well.

We had a lot of irrigation issues going on and John the irritation tech who came out was very knowledgeable. He took his time to explain what was going on and was able to make the repairs in a timely manner.

Mike Walter was my technician and he was excellent!! I highly recommend him.

The worst service ever , do not use them, they killed our grass then cancelled the contract.

Horrible sod install / lawn care experience with Massey in Winter Park, FL. Poor customer service and non-responsive management. Go elsewhere.

Irrigation work - John was great!

A few weeks ago, an inspector from the water company found a leak in the backflow inlet pipe. I asked him if the city would fix this or if I had to do it myself. He said he wasnt sure and that I should call the water department. I called later in the week and the lady at the water company said she hadnt received the inspectors report so she didnt know if the city would fix the issue, and to call back the following week. I called the following week and the lady said she still hadnt received the report so she still didnt know if the city would fix the issue. I called Massey, told them about the issue, they said the next available appointment was the following Monday, which was fine. The tech came out, found a broken elbow pipe and fixed it. Then he came out the next day and tested the irrigation system to make sure the fixed pipe worked. (It did.) So after getting nowhere with the water company, Massey fixed the pipe immediately.

John, was very responsive to my needs and very customer friendly!

Many thanks and gratitude to Herb, Dale, John, and Deondre. They are team players. They all worked together. Everything worked out beautifully. I m very pleased with the final results. The job included repairing the irrigation system, as well as, removing and replacing sod. It took extensive and tedious planning and entailed a lot of time for them to bring it all together. It turned out perfectly. It was a pleasure to work with these gentlemen. Massey should be very proud.

Irrigation service was excellent. While it took far too long to get on their schedule. The service representative who took care of the service was kind and thorough. Repaired, explained, adjusted and thanked. Very well done Massey.

My lawn is a mess !!!!!!! This has been going on for several years. At first I was totally ignored and the past couple months I have gotten their attention, but everybody tells me something different I really like the last visit, you will have to pull all the weeds by hand because our spray wont kill them !!!!!!!!! I am 77 years old.I cant check most of the boxes below because weed control and lawn pest control dont seem to be performed !!!!!!!! Tru Green is looking better every day !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Cant believe Ive been a long time customer !!!!!!!!!!!

John Abrams was my irrigation technician and he did a great job. Took the time to help me get my irrigation as close to perfect as we could even in the August heat. If I need irrigation help in the future I ll be requesting hus help. Thanks John!

Mike Walter continually gives excellent service. Have been using Massey for lawn and landscape for 7 years.

Both the Management team and the service team took time to explain my problem, why it occurred and the proper solution. Then the technician completed the repairs to my complete satisfaction.

A few years ago this Massey service brought back my bushes from a caterpillar invasion. they were just sticks and they came back beautifully with Masseys help. The excessive heat has been hard on them and my plants and Im hoping they can do another amazing job. What I didnt like about the first service was I was home and unaware that the Massey service man was there. I was unaware until the next day when I got a service report.

Nelson came out and made the necessary repairs to my system. Nelson was knowledgeable and professional and checked the entire system while on property. Job well done.

Michael Walter has been our service tech for a number of years. He is always professional, knowledgeable and thorough when performing his duties. Our yard and shrubs always look great because if an issue does arise, Michael responds quickly to resolve the problem.

Mike Walters always calls a day ahead of time to confirm his arrival . He always shows up on time and is always eager to check on my lawn and prepares for what he feels it needs. He always takes the time to explain what the condition of the lawn currently is and explains what he will be doing to guarantee the lawn stays healthy. Mike has been taking care of my lawn for the last two years and it has never looked better. Thank you for always doing a great job Mike and the whole Massey company for the professional service

Nelson from Massey is excellent! He repaired our sprinkler system after a new fence and driveway installion broke a pipe and a sprinkler head. Nelson was considerate, communicated very well and completed the work perfectly,

Nelson was amazing! He came right away and adjusted all my sprinkler heads and replaced multiple heads to better cover the grass and my newly planted plants! Highly recommend Nelson with Massey for your irrigation needs!!! I ve been with Massey for years and they always assist as soon as I need them to.

Nelson was the best technician. He was so thorough and came out multiple times over the course of two days to make sure our difficult problem was resolved. He was also very polite to me and my wife.

Watched my tech today apply furtelizer to the front yard . He took two trips back and forth on my front lawn w the spreader . I questioned him why only 2 trips . Because my machine reached 5 feet . Great but my lawn is 20 feet wide . Two trips is 10 feet . Typical lousy service . No wonder I have so many weeds . Theyve been taking care of my lawn for a year now

They didn t try to oversell me. They listened to my needs, made the repairs promptly and were very polite and professional. I use them for pest control for my home too.

This is the worst service ever. They promise to install grass and take care of your lawn as long as you have a service contract for fertilzation and weed prevention. We have had their service for years. My yard has never looked good. They always have excuses. Avoid this service.

I had the opportunity recently to spend a few days with them touring their facility and meeting with their staff. They are a fantastic company that values the customer above all else. I would highly recommend their service to anyone.

Last week, I was extremely fortunate to spend four full days learning from the Massey Services team! The generosity we experienced from the Massey executives to the managers to the technicians was overwhelming! What we learned very quickly was Massey Services cares about providing World Class Customer Service! Every aspect of the Massey Service business model is built around taking care of their customer! The impression they have left on us is everlasting! The impeccable standards they have made, make Massey Services a great role model to aspire to be!

Overpriced. Did not come on the agreed scheduled appointment time. And because they did not come, Ive called another company to clean up my weeds in the backyard for less than $40. But GreenUp suddenly came the next week and did the work (obviously no more weeds to pull), with a receipt for $250 on my front door and cant be refunded because the work has already been done. I dont recommend GreenUp to anyone who wants to save their money and not pay for something not worth of it.
