If it were possible to give ZERO stars I would. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! We called them out to do an inspection on our home and to start services for rodents and insects. I had to travel for work, so my wife was home to meet with them. They came in and after 2 hours began to tell my wife how horrible everything was and how bad our insulation was and we needed to hire them to replace our insulation. (Even though we just bought this house with a VA Loan and the inspection revealed exactly the opposite). After telling them no on that they came back with a price of over $3,100 JUST TO GET STARTED with them!!!! I run a company and we get the same services from a competitor of theirs on our Office, Property, and a 55,000 square foot warehouse for half of that price. We obviously will be using someone else for our services. There is no way I would recommend this unethical business. And after reading their reviews I stand by that even more.

Great service

I recently had an exterminator from Arrow pest control come to my home, to spray and exterminate my home for bugs. My pest control technician Danny Hernandez, went well above and beyond what I expected. I didnt know much about the insects that had invaded my home, but Danny walked me through the process step by step and explained to me what the bugs were and the habits of the bugs. Danny didnt just come in and spray, but he checked everything aspect of where the bugs were hiding and even in places that I didnt think the bugs wouldve been in my home. I was very concerned, but Danny gave me the confidence and reassurance that I needed to have a better peace of my mind that his training and expertise from Arrow pest control would remove the pesky bugs from my home. Im soo pleased and thankful that Danny Hernandez was my pest control technician and that Arrow has employees like Danny employed with their company. I would recommend Arrow pest control for any pest control extermination and I would definitely recommend Danny Hernandezs customer service to anyone who needs help with an pest control problem. Eric took over extermination on my property a few months ago. Ever since he took over, my bug problems are going away. He is taking great care of the property, explained the processes and timeline in a way I would understand, and never made me feel ashamed or embarrassed for my bug problem. I had been using Arrow Environmental Services for my lawn care and am going increase frustrated with the service. For months, I had been promised improvements. There is more weed than grass in lawn. Cory is the best and really cares about his work. I started with him servicing my lawn. It has been progressive worse since. There has been new technicians every other month. They are overloaded their routes with stops and the technicians are not able to do a good job. They were there for no more than a few minutes at a time. Not sure why anyone would use Arrow Environment Services for their lawn care if the lawn is a field of weeds. Follow up: Thank you, Scott, for personally coming out and addressing the weed issue that was going on for months. The lawn now looks significantly better.

Scam. They didnt show up for months. Had no response when I stated they skipped months. Charge $140 for 8 minutes of work. The last straw was them ignoring my note asking for help/tips for my plants on my screened porched that keep getting aphids/beetles/moths, they only sprayed my perimeter after I asked for the yard and specifically stated my concerns on the phone. Of course canceling their service isnt an option online. I called to cancel when I noticed they hadnt been by and got put on hold for longer than I had before. 2 stars since they wiped down the bugs at my entry way.

Great place if you need any type of post control

Absolute headache, finally canceling after the 5th mistake on billing/services. Don t expect anyone at this company to know what s going on. They were good a year ago, not sure what happened. When we started adding on additional services that s when things took a downward turn. We have many examples of poor communication and lack of customer service.

We were absorbed E-Rad customers and were a liitrle worried about a big company taking our little company over. You need tro know we have been pleasantly surprised. We have used Arrow for all our pest control needs for about 10 years now. We have absolutely loved them until about a year ago. Suddenly prices started increasing but service decreased. We are fine with the price increase but not sure why service would decrease. In addition we started seeing bugs in between service calls. The most annoying change they made is they put in a automated calling system to let you know of your upcoming appointment. This call lets us know they will be out the next day but no time is mentioned. In addition this automated call comes an hour before they close. We have animals they need to be locked up so this is extremely inconvenient since we have no clue when they are coming unless we call them (guess we work for them now at their convenience). Sadly, we are looking for a new pest control company.

Both representatives Ron & Justin were very friendly and professional. They were very knowledgeable about all your products and services that you provide. They arrived on time and took there time and did a good job. I would definitely refer Arrow EPA to all my friends and family.

Called these guys out for rodents. Was supposed to be a 2 week trapping and then once monthly to make sure of no more rodents. Out of the 2 weeks of being here 2 mice were caught. I have caught more mice on my own than they have and they are supposed to be the professionals. Asked the technicians about the situation he said he would speak to his supervisor about it and follow up. This has been a week ago and no follow up from either one of them.

I cancelled my service and have received several invoices still despite being owed a refund. I have called numerous times to get this corrected and the issues has not been resolved. The service was not good, I had to have extra visits from technicians because pests kept popping up, as quickly as a week after the last appointment. I have since switched to another company that charges less and I have not seen a single pest since they took over.

Cory was super friendly and informative. There was a small confusion/delay on the scheduling side but nonetheless, Arrow came through. Jonathan the exterminator was very helpful and kind! He made sure every inch of my home (inside/outside) was treated. So far so good... it s been 3 days and we have not seen a roach, PRAYING it stays this way!

I just relocated here from Phoenix.. I can not say enough about the service I have received from this company especially my bug guy Ron.. I have never lived with any kind of bugs.. anyway.. I rented a uhaul trailer and I guess it had German roaches in it from the last renter.. Yes they got into all my boxes but ONE call to this company and they were so understanding and sent Ron out right away.. he inspected my whole house.. a new house I just purchased.. and he did his magic.. sprayed all in and outside my house.. set bait and traps and I will say.. it s been 4 months since I moved here and not 1 single bug actually he just came for my schedule spray maintenance yesterday and asked how everything was .. not to mention ARROW staff has called me on numerous occasions to check on the situation this company is well worth the money I m soo happy I went with them..

I do NOT recommend Arrow. I cannot emphasize that enough. I was billed multiple months in a row and realized that service was not being completed on the house. The service technician was submitting reports of completion when no one actually performed service. It took multiple calls and a large effort on my part, the customer, to reach a manager to discuss the issue. They told me they would credit my account for the months of service I had paid for and not received. That however did not happen and they continued to bill. I have been exceedingly patient and done my best to work with them on a resolution. Unfortunately, that effort was one sided. This is one of 3 major issues that have happened as a customer, which I wont bore you with. However, I would NOT recommend hiring them for service.

Very professional and efficient company!

I just had an inspection done on my house for termites. John was very precise and knowledgeable. He didn t find any active termites but pointed out areas that might be of concern in the future. He offered to give me a proposal, which I turned down, but I am now reconsidering. I will call him tomorrow so we can talk some more. There was no high pressure sales pitch or scare tactics, that s what I love about dealing with Arrow. I also use Arrow for my outside pest control and am completely satisfied. I had a recurring ant problem which they came out and treated again and were very courteous, not annoyed because I called again. What I like about Arrow is that guys have varied knowledge when it comes to lawn care. My problem with Arrow is that I never got my two services that where promise at the start of the care plan. Also, The pay every two month plan is a joke because your still paying monthly for service even when no one shows up, Your bill will come on a bi monthly bases. You would think a service with a startup fee would be more flexible on billing because your paying a lot up front, when compared to other companies that would not charge a start up fee. I would more than likely go with the company with no start up fee and only pay once the person does the job. I will be going to another company on grounds, no money back, no one never showed up to finish the lawn care and $74 bi-monthly for lawn care.

My Experience with Arrow was phenomenal! I rented out my mothers house in Lake Wales and when the tenants left the roaches were so bad they were crawling on the ceiling! Setting off bombs only made them mad!! I was recommend to Arrow by a friend. They came out within 24 hours after I called them, did an inspection, explained everything that needed to be done and treated my home within 48 hours after the inspection. They had to come again in 2 weeks and had to retreat - which was at no charge. The roach problem is gone and they did everything they said they would do. I recommend them without hesitation!
