These folks are expert. They were able to find and fix 2 broken sprinkers that were buried. They answer the phone, arrive on time, do excellent work, and are priced reasonably.

Showed up earlier but advised us in advance which is so appreciated. Was very helpful explaining our system and answering questions for future work we need. Will definitely be calling them again.

Very disappointed in the results I received on my irrigation system. I was told I would virtually have a new system when they were done. Instead, I have at least 30% of my sprinklers that aren t working properly. When I brought this to their attention the next day they said they would take care of it. They came out and wanted more money over the $1500 I already gave them.

I called yesterday to set up an appointment. Very pleasant person answered and set up a time for today around 10am. Their rep was here at 9:50am! He went right to work and had the broken pipe fixed in 15 minutes. He then took the time to check all the sprinkler heads AND my contrller/timer. This company was such a pleasure to work with. They just came out to replace and repair our sprinklers. We noticed after the serviceman left, that there were a few issues with the rotation on some of the heads. I just got helped by Sam with my irrigation. New to my home and between one of the sprinkler heads broken and the lawn going off at weird times at night, he explained it all and helped fix everything too, quickly as well. Plus, he was cool and a nice guy! Ill definitely be calling on them again when I need more help. Knowledgeable, local, small business, and cool. Plus, Sam looked a bit like a Viking as he has a top-tier level beard.

They answered the phone on a Saturday afternoon ready to go which was respectable. I needed irrigation done and it was $75 for an inspection that would go to the overall costs if you agreed to the price. I found another company a few scrolls down the Google and they came out in 20 minutes and gave me a free estimate which I went with. Im sure they do great work, but $75 for an estimate is a no go for me.

Viking has been maintaining some of the common area in my community for several years. The services they provide are more than adequate and their fees have always been very reasonable. The owner is professional, cordial, and responsive to inquiries and special requests. If you are looking for a local and reputable lawn care provider, I would definitely put Viking at the top of my list.

Mom needed someone to fix her irrigation system. Called her usual company last week and they said they would call back. Nothing days later. Viking came out the very same morning we called. Very nice and professional. Will be calling them from now on.

Arrived on time. Checked my system and coverage, capped my broken sprinkler head and moved one sprinkler head to give me full coverage in that same zone. Very professional and knowledgeable. Using drinking water for my lawn was expensive. Jacob at Viking visited & quoted a pump & filter from the canal/ lake and two options as requested. I chose the cheapest option. When they started, we decided to do it all. My electrician wasnt available to compete the fuse box 220 circuit, then everything was completed to our satisfaction and as promised. Great job!

I hired Viking to fix the irrigation system at my house and install landscape lighting. From the beginning Jacob and his team were very professional and knowledgeable. I called Viking because my irrigation system was not working properly. Sam was our tech. He actually called and asked if he could show up earlier than appointment time which was fine for us. He was greeted by our French Bulldog Meatball and was very friendly to him. Looked at system pinpointed the problem (operator error) then we looked at the sprinklers that werent getting the water we thought it should be getting. He gave us a simple solution. Since we are new to an irrigation system, he could have said we needed to replace relays and sprinkler heads, I wouldnt have known the difference. He was honest and spoke to me in terms I could understand. Highly recommend Viking and our Tech Sam!

I bought my house in WinterHaven 2019. My yard was brown in color. I called Viking Lawn Care and Irrigation. Jacob the owner came out and investigated the yard and recommended we try fixing it first. I was impressed with the very helpful and polite staff. Plus Viking did not want to charge me a large amount and do a big job. I am very happy with Viking Lawn care and Irrigation. They currently take care of my yard and sprinkler system. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

I have used them two times so far for my irrigation system. The first time they repaired a leak and did a great job, on time and at a good price. They told me then I needed some repair work. I found my system was not working correctly and called them again. Sam arrived on time, took time to review all the issues and provide me a good idea of what the cost would be and how long it would take. Noticed sprinkler system wasn t working, so I gave them a call. He talked me through a few steps, and still nothing. Came out with in two hours called before they came out, friendly explained the kind of unit was being installed. an gave a great price Will recommend them to others thats what I call good service Positive

When we arrived home today we found out that water had been leaking out through one of the valves in our irrigation system allowing water to flow through our sprinkler heads all day long. The water company had to come out and shut off the main water supply to our home. We called Jake and he was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He came out assessed our issue swapped the valve and had the water back on to our home in less than an hour. Not only did he take care of the issue with top quality parts he also did it for a great price. He also made recommendations for future upgrades that had long term savings potential. I would recommend Jake to anyone having issues or wanting to upgrade their irrigation equipment. Thanks Jake.

I work for the National Guard Armory in Winter Haven and I called Viking for irrigation Service. My lawn guy and the city couldnt figure out what was wrong but after about 10 minutes after Jacob arrived he found the issue. They were extremely professional and actually showed up when they said they would unlike most service providers these days. Being in the military I pride myself on being disciplined and so does Viking as they have veterans who work for their organization in which it shows. Irrigation problems. Called 3 companies to get estimates. Jacob answered right away and came right out. Viking was the only company that was professional and they also were the only company that didnt tell me I needed a new system. He had parts on his truck and fixed it in about 20 minutes on the spot. Two days after returning from Vermont, I found I had an irrigation leak at the junction box. The main water line had to be shut off. No water in the house! Monday morning we found Viking Lawn Care on line. Jacob answered his phone immediately. He said he could be out here in the early afternoon. I dug up the junction box to save some time. The problem was found in about 5 minutes, and fixed in another 20 minutes. Instead of $400+ which another company would have charged, for unnecessary repairs, we were charged his initial rate and time. We were very happy with his professional knowledge of irrigation systems. I would highly recommend Jacob to anyone who is in need of installing or fixing their system. It was a pleasure dealing with Jacob knowing the horrors that could have been. You have a new customer if anything ever happens again. Thanks so much for your help.

I can not say enough about the service from this company. These guys are prompt and courteous. Very professional. Will call you back the same day you call them and are out giving you a quote the same day. I have used this company twice. They laid sod at our new home and then two years later, moved some sprinklers for me.

Had problem with my sprinkler system. Jacob and his team came out immediately, went through my entire system made some minor repairs and got me back up and running. Was quick to respond. Quality work on the yard led me to paying 6 months in advance. I believe they got my neighbor signed up as well from her seeing how well they did. Give them a call, you wont be disappointed
