Massey Irrigation Services - Great Customer Service from the beginning! Called customer service – very pleasant, knowledgeable of service requested and quick to get me on the schedule within a week time frame. The Irrigation Inspector, Abdiel, was on time and easy to speak with – very nice personality. He is knowledgeable of what was needed to move 2 of my irrigation rotation sprinklers and adjust the rotation of 2 other sprinklers. He did a complete inspection of the irrigation system and answered all questions (Suggestion - do your research and have your questions ready). I decided to join their irrigation services program. Day of irrigation services: Abdiel and the General Manager, Eddie, (office: 2105 Dundee Road, Winter Haven, FL) came out a week later and completed the service needed. Eddie is also very nice. Thank you, Massey, to the entire team for all-round great customer service!

When we moved into our new home the sod had been placed in our yard about 3 weeks prior. Our grass looked like a calico cat-- splotches of different colors. Since using the Massey GreenUp service we now have a lush green yard. We have very few weeds, especially compared to our neighbors. We will continue with the service. The staff is super friendly and helpful as well.

He was the first person we met as we were searching for the best lawn care in town. On that initial day and all other days in which we’ve interacted with him, he has been not only extremely knowledgeable about the products and services which Massey offers, but his courtesy, patience, friendliness, respect and overall demeanor in answering questions and offering solutions to the sometimes quirky points of Florida lawncare and pest control has cemented our relationship with this fine company. We trust Massey’s Winter Haven office because of Justin’s example and because of the service provided by all other Massey employees with whom we’ve interacted. These people are ALL awesome!
