I was also a happy customer until Matt, a new supervisor came along. Yard has gone to pot under his watch and the thing I was sold on was their level of customer service. It took 3 weeks to get a return phone call and the only thing I was told was there was no excuse. I have been with them for over 5 years and this is the worst service I have received.
We had two treatments and we didn’t see any weeds wilting. They told us we could get our money back but we keep calling and we have spoke with the general manager, but it’s been two months and we’re still waiting for a refund. I would not recommend this company.
We had to stop our service with Massey, they literally killed our yard! Our yard looks so bad that we are going to have to replace the sod! We never had any issues like this with the other companies we had used in the past. Would not recommend them to anyone. Well - just to let you know that I did send an email to the address you provided. And guess what!!!! THEY NEVER RESPONED, so guess that just goes to show you that they don't care that they ruined our yard and now we have to replace the sod. Just putting out there.
I was a happy customer for years... until I wasn't. I communicated with my tech and the office about my concerns. It progressively got worse. I started with a zoysia lawn and ended with one full of sedge on the highly visible street side of my property. I already had to resod one large section prior to needing this part done. One of my ornamental trees were infected with an insect and it went to crap under their watch. I wanted to give them a chance to save the acct, so I called the office to explain that I was considering canceling the service. A manager returned my call and made an appt for the following Tuesday. He didn't show up or call! I canceled last week. The lady on the phone asked, I explained, and she said that he manager would like to hear why. They never called either. Like any relationship, it's all hot in the beginning. They're on their A-game, then you're just paying for them to show up and barely complete a service. They are pleasant to talk to, but actions truly speak. Find a different company.

This is for the Winter Garden FL branch. I was Massey customer for several years (termites, lawn, etc). When I needed help, I called. The representative instead of schedule to somebody to come to see me and evaluate the sitatation, stated that my problem was irrigation and they have the service to help. How come a person by the phone state what the problem is and that they have the perfect solution? Unbelievable. Massey just want to sell new services and keep the ones they have. After this situation, I cancelled my all my services. Massey continues to bother me with calls trying to schedule the next round of services and charging for services not provided. Do not trust this company.
We needed a lawn care service after we bought our house in Winter Garden on October 18, 2023. We were referred to Massey Services and Jim Ferro was our saving grace! He salvaged the front yard and backyard by turning the irrigation system on, changed the old sprinkler heads, aerated the yard and conditioned the whole yard with fresh top soil. He updated us with the progress of the job while we were still Living in MD. Jim was available 24/7 and was very responsive whenever I call him for updates. He inspected the yard frequently to check on the status of the Zoysia grass. Jim spent a great deal educating us and giving us advice on how to maintain the yard and bring life to the Zoysia grass. I would definitely recommend Jim Ferro to my family and friends! The pictures I have added here is the current condition of our yard. The yard was all brown on October 18, 2023 when Jim took over of resuscitating the entire yard! Thank you Jim for an excellent job you have done and excellent customer relation skills set!
Had sod installed. Very poor quality, half the sod was dead, had weeds, crabgrass and grubs. Gonna cost more now to have another company come in and fix this bigger problem. The tech would lie and say he is treating the new sod but considering our back gates lock I knew it was a lie. The company just kept stating it was on the paperwork he did the treatment. Got tired of paying for services never received . They give ypu the run around and keep charging you and never return phone calls.
I had an issue and had their technician out, he said I cut my grass to low . I don t think this is a cutting issue, it continues to spread.
Terrible service. Fraud in the inducement when they sign you up. They sell you one thing and give you another. Do not use them. Completely unprofessional sales staff. Rude, condescending, and unethical. Avoid at all costs. You can do better.

Not good communications about the work to be performed. No notification of arrival or what is to be done. Quality of work is questionable - so far nothing that has been done is showing a difference in The work performed. Someone needs to monitor the work and communicate with the customer.

*DO NOT* use Massey for lawn care. They have completely screwed up our lawn for months and have cost us HUNDREDS of dollars. We even cancelled service days ago, signed up with TruGreen, and they STILL SHOWED UP to service the lawn, spraying the entire front and side yard before we could stop them! Then, the worker ran off into his truck, but not before saying This is the second time this has happened to me as though its somehow our problem. Now, we cant have anyone service the yard or else risk additional damage/burning. When we called customer service, we were told that there wasnt even supposed to be a lawn person in our area today, we are due for pest service. They asked if it was a tanker truck or pickup, and it was most definitely a tanker. We have cameras on our house showing what was done! They have completely screwed us over and are the absolute most unprofessional lawn care business in Orlando. NEVER again. Were even canceling our pest service with them. They have lost ALL our business because they just cant do anything right. A complete mess.

Everyone at Massey has been very nice and extremely responsive. We are brand new pest and lawn customers and am quite happy!
