Lawn looks good Even in the winter

After having this company for three months I fired them. The first service was not performed completely. I called the company and spoke to John Barcero, the manager. I explained to him that the service was not performed completely. He apologized and told me that he will be sending a different technician which he did. The second service was the same issue the service was not performed completely. Again I called and spoke to John Barcero, he apologized again, my response was apologies was not going to solve this problem. I told him that I will give him another chance to correct these issues, and that it will be the one to strike out if not corrected. Well it was a strike out. The monthly service was $75.00 and the only way they will do it, is by setting it up automatically withdrawal. My lawn is covered with weeds which went out of control because they didnt do the service that I paid for. I told John Barcero that I didnt have to be home, to see what services were performed. I explained to him that I had cameras all over my house and even sent him clips of the videos showing him. So for those of you that are not home to verify that you are getting the service that you are paying for, you better have cameras so you can verify the service. So be aware of this company not performing the services that you are paying for. PS: Im pretty sure that they are not the only company that does this, so do your research before hiring any company for services.

This company has great, dependable and very caring employees. John the manager and Jose Guzman are an asset and love what they bring to my lawn. 5 star plus for these two .Very deserving

My indoor and outdoor garden is completely free of pests and the grass is very green and different from other houses. I recommend Luv-A-Lawn service

We used them as our bi-monthly service and I noticed two large brown spots in our yard, I called and asked them to check it out. They came and said it just needed water. The technician was in such a hurry, his truck leaked iron solution on our paved driveway and left a stain. I called another company out and they said the spots were chinchbugs. We called the company to complain but the customer service rep was no help and acting like we were bothering her. Very poor customer service and training for technicians.

I have an issue with a fungus taking control but John the field manager has reached out to me and is working hard to remedy the situation. I look forward to seeing my new sod come back to life and getting rid of this fungus. I appreciate the thorough follow up with my concerns and continued work to make it right

Horrible service. Ive had them for over six months and my lawn is now worse since they started. No consistency in techs either.

Totally dishonest business i had bad experience with my lawn they offered 2 free services nothing changed contact was due but they wanted that i pay for seven services to be able to cancel so they charged penalty .the manager was going to called never call me totally dishonest

John gave me excellent customer service. He was able to get my irrigation system to work perfectly. My lawn is looking better because of his expert advice.

Service is ok, they don t go the extra mile, my lawn died a couple of times and I had to save it myself as they wouldn t even try to see what the issue was. Also be very careful when you sign with them as they will not verbally specify the auto renewal. It s listed in the contract but in my case they ignored to mention it and they didn t even get my required initials next to that information. After they auto renewed and I complained, they sent me a forged copy of my contract with some sketchy initials. Luckily I had the original with no initials. When I sent it to them, they waved all the charges they wanted to impose on me after my contract had ended.

My parents used to have massey that ultimately ruined my their lawn. They searched for a new and reliable company and was referred here. Started service and had met carlos who was great at explaining how the services worked and got started right away trying to fix what they had ruined. His professional manner and knowledge is something that can really go a long way for the company. So far so good!

My friend recommended this company to me so I called and got an appointment a few days later. I had the pleasure of having a young man named Assamee, aka sam, come out to my home. He came in very respectfully, he answered every question and worked very quickly.
