Great company! Austin came out and serviced my yard on a day it was 95 degrees. He took no short cuts to escape the heat. He throughly briefed me on what he was going to do and throughly completed all the tasks. He is always thoughtful to call ahead of time and give me a ETA. I saw amazing looking yards in my neighborhood and I just couldnt get rid of all my weeds! How are they doing it? Well, one day I saw Natures Select treating their lawn and I knew I had to sign up. Living in the Sand Hills of NC is new for me and I could NOT get my lawn healthy no matter what I applied to it. Well, then I met Roy T from NS and I am on my way to a beautiful lawn. He takes the time to explain what all the non-grass stuff is in my lawn and how hes going to help. I also signed up for the shrub and tree program as I have lots of Crepe Myrtle and Azalea in my yard and they werent blooming. These guys get it right and I am so happy I saw them and signed up. HIGHLY recommend.

I ve had good service with Nature s Select over the years. Service has definitely declined since I first became a customer. I had scheduled my lawn to be aerated when they send out the annual notices (months ago). On the day it was scheduled, a crew came out, seeded, but did not aerate. I called customer service who told me they showed it complete, and sent out a supervisor. The supervisor explained they had a change in policy due to an employee getting hurt last year, and could no longer get an aerator into my lawn. I have a difficult lawn - I get that, but don t mark the service complete if it wasn t. I definitely don t want their employees to get hurt either, but not being able to do it should have been communicated earlier as I would ve hired someone else. The supervisor didn t charge me for the services, but it still should ve been handled better. They ve now lost a customer.

The best. I have been dealing with them for over 22 years. My Account manager is Jason and I have been working with him since they started my new lawn at my new house.

My lawn was the one on the street that everyone else winced at as they drove by. Frankly, I was embarrassed to have Natures Select come look at it because I had let it get so bad. 12 months in to a reasonably-priced contract, and it looks great: uniformly green and healthy. They even helped me identify other contractors to get some heavier landscaping work done. From the beginning, they have been kind, generous, and helpful.

Our lawn looks fantastic, thick and green. My wife and I did not believe the gentleman when he told us last year- in a year you will have a beautiful lawn and we do.

Ive used Natures Select Premium Turf Services for several years at 3 different locations with excellent results. Our lawns are the best looking in each of the neighborhoods where located. Im especially pleased with our technician, Darian, who Ive developed a good working relationship with.

Price is right. Technitions are patient and knowlegable in answering my questions about lawn care.

Real Deal here folks. Chris is my go to. Super knowledgeable. My lawn got destroyed by brown patch(talk to your lawn guy) but they gave me a break on price to re-seed and aeriate. These folks stand behind their product and great customer service!

For some reason, their weed control has not been working. I called and spoke to the technician two week ago. Problem solved!

I had always heard Nature Select was really a great lawn service so I started using them this year. However, I had terrible service with the weed control, aeration and seeding. I still have weeds and the aeration was horrible and only about 50% of the grass seed has come up. I called and complained but got no response from the technician or his supervisor.

Ive seen some work they have done, and its actually quite good, thick green lawns!

We chose Natures Select Premium Turf Services last year after an unsatisfactory experience with one of the large nationwide lawn care companies. We have not been disappointed since making the change, and our lawn has never looked better. Our technician, Jack Rumsey, is a knowledgeable professional who consistently provides outstanding service. This locally owned company deserves the highest marks for it products, services and staff.

Things started off really well when we signed an annual contract with Natures Select in Spring of 2015. Our technician was helpful, and always called us in advance before he came out to make sure our dogs had time to get out. Our lawn was looking great and improving. During the summer, our tech switched to Darian and things went downhill quickly. First the notices started getting shorter and shorter. Our lawn started looking horrible, and the helpful tips theyd put on the service notices stopped. I came home right before one of the treatments and went back outside about 10 minutes later and saw that they were wrapping up a treatment. They werent there when I got home, and how do you treat an entire 1/4 acre lawn in 10 minutes?!? You dont put out what youre supposed to. You rip people off. This is a horrible company with no customer service when you call. In addition to everything else, we had to call almost every month because we had a charge showing even though we had paid in advance for a full year. Stay away from this company.

Natures select is an amazing company to put it short!! Most of the guys there are passionate and take pride in what they do, they are local to the area, and have the Select Program which you cant get anywhere else! The employees always do there best even when its 95 degrees outside everyday+ the frigid winters.. its really tough work and 90% percent of people dont realize what it takes! Not just the brute strength and stamina but also the know how, the knowledge, and patients! Of course lawns can get diseases and the summer heat does a number on lawns but that is why your lawn needs to be properly cared for! I recommend Natures Selects Select program to those who are plannig to treat long term because it does take 2 to 3 years to fully establish and get the biological and micro organism in place! even the traditional is amazing because the service you receive with application is unsurpassed!
