Dennis did an amazing job doing yardwork and cleaning up leaves on our lawn. He got the job done very quickly, would hire again!

Unprofessional and rude to my grandmother who is in her 80s. I do not recommend Windsor lawn care look elsewhere. Wow, exaggerate much? You cut her grass for one full season, she complained often to me about how difficult it is to talk to you and how you were rude when she offered you water. You always send me the bill either the day it is due or a day past the due date. Maybe work on your time management and get your bill out in a timely manner. Some of us work up north where there’s no cell service for a week or two at a time. She hates calling you so she get me to, and seeing how you know who I am, why did you reject my calls several times this week? I was only trying to check in and see if you’re still doing it. Seeing as how communication is nonexistent with you unless I leave a bad review. I know I was a big customer for you. It was over $100 a cut, and you even complained about it numerous times.

I have lived all my life and I am yet to write a bad review. Lack of professionalism. Comes an hour and a half late which whatever I don't care I am off today. But I show him around. He tells me to not interrupt him while he is talking "I am wasting his time." He asked me if he needs to do anything in the front I say maybe trim the side vines quick trim. He said that is more of his time ( he was late). I mentioned the eavestroughs on the phone. He said oh I cant do that we didn't discuss that, it was raining no point. We did discuss that. If that was the case I would have asked him to come when it was sunny. Body language was annoyed. Said if I continue to talk he will walk away and continue his other jobs. Proceeded to ask me if I need the front done today after clearly being frustrated when I suggested what he can do. I said you know what don't worry just do the back and lets call it a day. Gives me a snide smile and He starts to walk to his car and drive off. I mean if I wasn't upset this would be comical. I had better jobs from people I hired on Kijiji. I should have trusted my instincts when he answered the phone. If you are ok doing business with that. Good on you. I don't believe that you have to agree if you have different opinions or have the experience. But being humble and still talking with respect to people cant be taught.
