Been with Tru Green for years. I stuck with them when I could tell they were struggling either with the weather and/or man power. This year is the final straw. The technicians are clueless be it that they have high turnover and a lack of training, or they just don t care, or a combination of all. Earlier in the season a tech came and spread broad leaf weed control and wiped out a bunch of my perennials. I didn t call or complain. I happened to be home for the next application and I explained the previous situation to the tech I explained blwc doesn t know the difference between a weed and a bl plant. He said he never heard that before and thanked me. Yesterday I came home to a granular app that was more on my driveway, and both my neighbors driveway(s), than my lawn. I called tg, waited on hold for 25 min, and got hung up on with no call back. So I called again and was assured the tech would be back to clean up the mess. No one showed. I cleaned it myself. Again, no call back. I m done with them, and I can t imagine with this kind of service they ll stay in business.

Did not put any fertilizer on lawn only hung the bill on the front door saying that they had serviced the lawn. Security cameras showed he didn t even enter the property. Contacted customer service, manager seemed to care less when I offered to send screen shots of the footage showing that nothing was done. She apologized and said they would send another technician out and not bill me for the service. I was billed for the service the next day and had to call customer service again.

After 4 treatments. Not happy.

Their service is awful. I had one of their employees call to sell me additional products, yet the service I have has shown no benefits whatsoever. They are late on the latest application (haven t seen them in well over a month in the peak of growth). They have no clue what they are doing. This is a corporation by name, but an utter scam in practice. Do not fall for this! Pay a little more for a local business if needed. Do not let yourself get fleeced. Pay for a product that works.

As a long time customer, I have found numerous times being frustrated at inconsistencies with your office staff and inconsistencies on how your technicians apply your product to our lawn. It seems like EVERY YEAR we start out good and my lawn looks like Trugreen promises but after the the multi treatment that includes our grub treatment now, my yards color looks awful. Ive talked too your office MANY times and seem to get that polite and what the customer wants too hear answer ! My wife and I have discussed numerous times to cancel our highly expensive service and for some reason keep throwing away my money to be aggravated. I find it hard to see some of my lazy neighbors that butcher and dont even water their lawns during the season have lawns that look better then mine. Being both of us are retired, I dont know how much longer I want to waste money to be aggravated.

Never used this company before, yet Ive been getting creepy voicemails from people saying theyre going to come to my house for an estimate. Called customer service to be removed from their calling list so weird men stop leaving me voicemails saying their coming over, customer service rep was rude and it took several times to explain that I simply wanted to be removed from their calling list.

I didn t get the bartenders names but they were both AWESOME. The App was all screwed up and I thought you had to order using the QR code so I missed out on a good selection because the QR code said most items were out. But, again, the bartenders were awesome so it made the evening great.

It should be noted that DARRELL COLLINGS - Specialist for our property is very professional and knowledgeable explaining all of our applications.

Beware of these scammers.. they charged me for aeration and seeding with guaranteed results. But did not see any results whatsoever and looted my money. Stay away from them.

He said they are very difficult to get rid of. Suggested I pull those out by hand. Which I will do. He was polite & knowledgeable!

If I could give zero stars, I would. They burned our lawn, sent us through numerous customer service centers over 3 days, took zero accountability and then sent us an awful customer service email that included all-caps sentences and terrible grammar. We want our money back because they burned our lawn and over fertilized our new trees against our wishes, but they are not responding. No integrity. Do not use them. Update: After they attempted to remediate the burned lawn, they planted seeds. Now that it s spring we discovered what they planted was Annual Bluegrass which is a terrible grass for a lawn. Sticking by this review. Don t use them.

They sprayed my property with insecticide and killed my beehives. My neighbor witnessed them spraying my trees. He asked them if he could show them the property line and the said they had an app, which was cleary wrong.

Individuals who are coming out are not grass experts. My lawn is now completely burnt it went from Green last week to over fertilized.

I was very happy with the treatment, but it was pouring rain the next day and all of the treatment ended up wasted.

I use both the lawn service and mosquito service from TruGreen. The TruGreen techs have all been knowledgeable and friendly - super easy to get questions answered.

Very satisfied with the work that they did. Their appearance was good very respectful. Did a great job.

Todays technician, Jerome, was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I wish I could say the same for the rest of the company. Communication is terrible and no one seems to know what anyone else is doing. We are about an inch away from canceling our service but are hoping we will see results from todays visit that change our minds.

Long story short I had weed killer applied on 7/24. Nothing was dying so a requet was made for them to come back to spot treat the weeds. Instead someone showed up on 8/5 to aerate and overseed my yard, a yard full of untreated weeds in the middle of summer in Connecticut. I said I did not want this until the fall. I asked for the manager of the local branch to call me, as of writing this still no call. I was left dealing with the call center and 2 hours later was assured someone would come do the weeds and the aeration and overseed would be in the fall. Imagine my surprise when on 8/8 they are back to aerate and overseed. This time they did the service while I made clear I would be calling TruGreen to discuss this issue. I was told they had me down for weed treatment on 8/9. What logic is there to treat for weeds on a lawn seeded the day prior. SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT After another hour I was told a refund would be issued for the full amount and was told I would be issued a full refund. Hours later they refunded me only a portion claiming they performed services. These are services I was clear I DID NOT want and I was assured would not be performed. I am going on vacation in 10 days and the lawn will not be watered or cared for. The lawn is overgrown with untreated weeds. And they want to charge me for a service I was clear was not wanted. I am still dealing with this because NO ONE other than call center representatives make themelves available and they continue to pass the buck. STAY AWAY FROM TRUGREEN

I do not like the call that I have a application the next day. Sometimes I would like to mow my lawn.

What a truly despicable operation. Good luck trying to get any real help, the local office has no accountability. I signed up for 7 applications, plus an aeration and overseed. Upon receiving my first treatment I noticed they had grossly overestimated the size of my lawn. TruGreen sent out Zack who agreed the measuring was wrong and also noticed the aeration and overseed was not on my contract. He told me he would rectify the square footage as well as the aeration/overseed problem by the Fall; as that was when they did those services. He put that in writing. He would not give me a phone number or e-mail address, saying he would give me his card when he left. As he was leaving, I reminded him about his card , and he got in the car, did not look up, and just drove away. I knew right then what kind of business TruGreen was operating. Right away, I started calling TruGreen and talked with Brittany, Julie, Khadijah, Stacey, Jeff and Celine, each of whom told me they would send a new rectified contract. None of them ever did. TruGreen came by today and did an application and I noticed they were still billing me at about 2X my square footage. On the receipt it states my square footage and the number of gallons they sprayed so it was not hard to to figure out how much they were overcharging me I immediately called TruGreen and they dug in. They said, yes we notice the incorrect square footage, and yes we have a note from Zack saying he would reconcile the aeration and overseed, and yes we have documentation from all six of those Customer Service reps saying they would send you a new amended contract. But no, we are not going to do the next right thing. To make it right we are willing to give you $50.00, but if you want the aeration and overseed, it is now $319.00 versus the $224.00 shown on your original transaction. I cant make this up.

WORST customer service actually ever. if you have any issues, like no change in your lawn or idk, technician damages your property like they did mine, good luck talking to ONE person who will actually make things right. you ll get tossed to diff reps all over the country and no one does their job or fixes any issues. All talk no real action. I was told a technician was scheduled to come out for a free service since we paid for the whole year and see literally no change in the weeds, and um they never came, never heard anything ever again. We def won t be using trugreen after this year that s for sure.

Be careful when talking to the sales department as they make false promises. I scheduled to have my lawn aerated and overseeded. I have two different types of grass in my yard and I wanted a more uniform lawn. The sales associate said they would send a representative out to inspect my lawn first to determine the seed that matched the more dominant of the grass types in my lawn. I then received an automated call telling me they were coming to perform the service even though no one had been out to inspect my lawn like the sales associate said they would. I called to give them a chance to rectify the situation and instead I ended up canceling my fertilization service with them as well. I started the day receiving multiple services from Tru Green and ended the day with all my services canceled and they made no attempt to retain my business.

I live in South Windsor.. This service is not honest or TRU.. They are crooks. I had service today and watched the tech go across my lawn front only 3 times. Never did the side of my house or the side of my business next door. I watched him off load the machine and load it back up in less than 15 minutes! I have a lawn service that takes 45 minutes to cut. Thats the size of my lawn he did not treat?? I am being charged for the whole yard? How do I get my difference of money back! These guys should be aware that people work from home and watch out the window.. BBB I will be contacting about this hustle.

My lawn was aerated and seeded during a 4 day heat wave and all of the seed died. The follow up aeration was performed in the middle of a downpour and turned my lawn into a muddy mess. The third strike was receiving a sprayed fertilizer application during a downpour and a 3 day rain forecast. Nobody here knows what they are doing.

A bunch of crooks. Bait and switch. They provided services I specifically stated I did not want. Not only that but they have doubled the price I owe on this service since I cancelled. Every time I call to rectify I am told someone will call me back (guess what, no call back). This is just one of the many problems I am dealing with. Avoid them at all costs. ##################### my response to your below comment: I have not received a call from your care team. Just constant annoying robo calls to try to collect money from me which you not not owed. That said, I have made multiple attemts to call you but never seem to be connected to anyone who can help. If your response below is truthful, then please tell me what number I can reach out to?

TruGreen came today to fertilize my lawn. Im working from home so I could see the technician from window next to my desk. The technician had problems with the sprayer and was not able to complete the job. He made a call on his phone and then drove off. He then sent me a text stating that my lawn care service was complete. I called and cancelled my service. I can only imagine how many times this happens to other people who are not at home and believe they received the service they paid for. No wonder TruGreen has so many 1 star reviews!. My advice to those who are reading this review, go with another lawn care service!!

Poor service and literally robbing you. Not worth for the money you pay. And when you ask genuine question they say something which doesnt make any sense . As long as you keep quiet and not question about anything just keep paying whatever they ask for, you are good. When you think and ask some question then you will see their true color. My weeds are dying the following day.

I was thinking of signing up for them but once I heard the price I wasn t sure. I gave my credit card number but then decided I couldn t afford it at this time. I explained it to the person and they were pushy and wouldn t let me take it back. I hung up on them thinking that would be the end of it. The next day I got an email from them welcoming me as a customer and they had gone ahead and charged my card without my permission! I told them no and it was done anyway. I called and they did cancel it but told me it would be 7-10 days to get over $2000 back!! It was my mistake even giving the number but I didn t think they could charge without permission. Stay away if you don t want money stolen.

Neglected to put up flags on our lawn + neighbors + sprayed dog toys. Let our dogs out, one puppy, being unaware of application. Called 4 times now with promises of return call from branch manager but no response. Called poison control... toxic chemicals. Puppy developed diarrhea/vomiting. Check BBB site before contracting for more stories of neglect.

Ernest G (Windsor, CT) was performing Service. I saw that he didnt do the entire area next to my pool. When I approached to him asking why he didnt do the area he responded that I told him that. I NEVER TOLD HIM THAT. Instead of apologizing and do what we paid for he started arguing with me. Than he said that if his hose will ended up in the pull its health hazard and he said (arguing) but if you want Ill do it. Obviously I dont want his hose in my pool, but hes trying to scare me that if hell do it, it may happen rushing to the pool area with his hose. By the pool area he only sprayed some of the bushes and only sprayed all of them when I pointed on each one. NOT ECCEPTABLE. We wanted to talk to his manager (there is no way to call managers myself, only corporate numbers). He went inside his truck, when approached he rolled up his window in front of my face. EXREMELY DISRESPECTFULL. Finally, he filmed us (me and my wife) on camera and Loudly said HAHA YOU ON FACEBOOK NOW. Obviously, theres no questions, their service will not be used ever again.

TruGreen stands behind their regularly scheduled service-which is key to knocking out the weeds and thickening up the lawn!

I have had to call the company a number of times to get satisfactory weed control in my yard. After the third re-treatment, the weeds are starting to show signs of being sprayed and killed, however, it is still far from what I was expecting.

Ive been a customer for years. The staff is super helpful - always willing to check out any issues I point out and answer all my random questions.

Beware of this company! If you have an issue honestly you will never ever get in touch with your actual branch. Had several issues and customer service is just a giant pass you to another person who has 24 hours to contact you but never does. Damage was done to my neighbors property and it s been over a month for her to get reimbursed. We have both been calling and emailing only to receive messages that we must start all over. This is a joke of a company and I have no idea who s even running the place.

Bad experience with them in the past, I cancel my service with them and they still was trying to charge me.

Not only do those that apply the spray come through and spray without purpose but their call center is the worst. I ve been told I don t know to every question and also been hung up on without warning. They don t know how their website works and always seem to be locked out . Rubbish

I do not recommend the services, poor quality of work, even when you cancel the service, they charge your card and say they serviced the Lawn.

Not very happy with overall experience, 2hr phone waits, 1/2 hr online wait and 2 days for a representative to call me back to discuss my concerns-not the lawn service I was looking for.

TERRIBLE. Wish I could leave a 0 star review. This has to be the worst-run business Ive ever dealt with. They say theyre going to show up and dont, then they dont come the next day.........or the next. All of this without any communication whatsoever. Ive been conned into forking over money every year trying to get my lawn looking halfway decent and to no avail. I easily have the worst lawn in the neighborhood...its damn near half-dead. Steer clear if you have any alternatives.

If you will like to have your lawn OVER fertilized to the point that your lawn is burnt go with Tru Green. They have a high turn over rate and every several weeks it s a new Tech newly trained. Called to talk to a local Windsor Manager and I was constantly redirected to the corporate office 48 hrs later. Discontinued my service after having to purchase five yards of topsoil to start a fresh lawn all over again!

Theyre very nice people, but there seems to be a lack in communication skills between customers and the folks at Trugreen.

Hold time is awful its way too long. Also they came and did a service that I didnt sign up for and charged my card which I didnt tell them to keep but Ive to wait until the fall when they send a letter out and then you call them again to not have you on auto service. Also, they were supposed to do a refund for the service I didnt want but never did. Update: Refund was recieved it just took sometime to process. I like the service and the results I see on my lawn, but the issues I stated above is what I would like to see changed in order to continue the service for next time. I dont like the fact they start charging you automatically if you didnt sign the letter they send you and just come out and do the service. It should be the other way around. Dont come unless I sign up.

TruGreen BURNT my grass! I paid $1,000 for TrueGreen to destroy my lawn? TruGreen better fix this ASAP!

Revised: My review is reflective of TruGreen Lawn Care and the sales representative NOAH, not the specific Windsor location of TruGreen. The manager of the Windsor location (who we didnt correspond with intially but probably should have and would have received better services) called us and apologized. The manager informed that the representative who set us up with the services is always willing to sell the services but doesnt want to deal with customer complaints; the rep was also not in our region but sold us the services. The Windsor office manager seemed nice but due to my frustration (see orginal post below) I terminated our agreement with TruGreen and will probably not use them again unless its the Windsor office. Orginal review (which I still standby) in reference to my experience: Horrible! They (Noah, the out of region rep) was completely unprofessional, unresponsive, and unreliable. I wont recommend or use them again.

they are terrible you pay hundreds of dollars for your lawn to look like garbage and then you try to cancel and they do everything they can to keep you on the hook without actually doing anything in making promises and say that theyre gonna come out and fix everything and they never do do not use them Update September 12th This is an update response from the owner that they said that they will be happy to help me no thats not true at all they literally lie about everything I tried with them 4 separate times to work with them and they refused To come out to my house I was literally at the point begging these people to fix my yard

This is the second year we use TrueGreen aeration and overseed services. In both years we had exactly the same issue: they charge for the whole lawn and perform the service in just parts of it. I have to check and call them again to come and redo it. It seems the company found an easy way of reducing costs by charging full price but cutting corners when performing the service when you are not at home to monitor it.

This is second year I ve had trouble with aeration & seeding. They show up but only service spots of lawn but I can see it on my cameras. I call & am told they are coming back out. Only to not show up. I also asked for a manager to call me & I never get calls back. I m so frustrated & can t get anyone to help. I m so upset with this horrible service & customer service !!

Had this True Green for aeration and over seeding. Arrived on a really rainy day, tore up the lawn, do not see any seeding. Have not heard back from them, although Michelle the customer service rep was very understanding and professional. We are cancelling our account.

When Turfmasters did my lawn it was gorgeous! Lush, thick, green an healthy! But like so many others on here as soon as Truegreen took over my lawn they destroyed it. Absolutely Terrible. Please DO NOT USE THEM! Go elsewhere. I m so upset they seriously ruined a great lawn.

They lost a customer of 3 years due to non-stop harassing sales calls. The final straw was yesterday when I received a call offering lawn aeration and overseeding. Apparently, the caller failed to realize that I was already an active customer of TruGreen and currently receiving their service. Well, no longer! I promptly cancelled my service and Ill find another company that doesnt pester people constantly.

Takes the planning stress out of my basic lawn fertilizing needs. Always good customer service if things go wrong.

Showed up without any notice beforehand to aerate and over seed, he missed large parts of the yard that werent right in the middle, any area that would have taken a little effort he just skipped by. A few weeks later someone came to treat it.. which was also done in pretty much the same fashion. I know its a business so quantity is key, but they dont care at all about doing a half way decent job, just in and out as fast as humanly possible so they can stick their sign in the lawn and hope for more business. The cost of the years service is enough to buy all your own tools and then some.. spend a little time every couple weeks and do it yourself. Youll save money and frustration..

Update 4/10/19: TruGreen applied their product to my neighbors yard and put up a yellow tag but did not write a date on the front or back of the tag. They also spread the pesticide all over the sidewalk - a public right of way - to ensure that everyone who walks along gets this poison embedded in their shoe treads as well as their pets paws. My door clearly has a no soliciting sign on it and Mike Kostek left a pamphlet on my door. I dont put your poison on my lawn to harm my dog, the neighborhood wildlife and our water supply. There are more important things in life than crabgrass, especially not getting cancer.

I would not recommend this company, unless you want to kill something green.

My experience with Trugreen has been a very positive one. They are always polite, informative, and do their job thoroughly. I am informed in advance of the day they will be coming out to do the job they have been hired for. If there needs to be an adjustment to that, a new day is scheduled with out any hassle.

I was outside with my dogs, and trugreen showed up at my neighbors yard. Without any warning, the trugreen employee proceeded to spray pesticides into the trees and air, on a windy day. Even though he was looking over the fence at me and my dogs, he proceeded to spray poison that was traveling into my yard. Unbelievable carelessness and recklessness that could have been avoided by just giving me a warning.

I think the company lacks communication skills. The initial woman I spoke with was fine but the 2 other reps I dealt with were slightly unprofessional. I felt I was either talking to a wall or trying to pull teeth to get info. It would be beneficial if the company had their reps go thru some basic customer service skills class because right now I am not impressed.

Big time mistake. Same person never does your yard twice, they don t care, they can t explain why my yard looks worse then when they started, healthy lawn guarantee means if you re not happy you don t get a refund, you just have the privilege of being able to cancel their service. I have a huge dead spot in my lawn that they have just completely ignored and you have NO way of getting in contact with the people that did it unless you re home in the middle of the day on a weekday. I was told I would get a call back from a specialist about 4 times now and nothing! The worst part is they dont do anything to make it better, no money back, no phone call, nothing. I just got a whelp, you never know, stuff might grow back. UPDATE: Thanks for replying, but that is the number I have called repeatedly and was told I was getting a call back.

I was solicited for a fall over seeding. They called me and said that they couldn t make it to my house because my road was closed. Which was bs. I rescheduled and they still never showed. The gm of rocky hill said to make up for it he would come in the spring to do it for free. Today is the first day of summer and I have yet to hear from them about my over seeding. Although they have attempted to sell me additional service with no answer as to what happened with my first service. Terrible company terrible customer service.

It was raining the day he came and it rained all day. Dont know how good the spraying did. The young man that came was very nice, I told him the weeds did not die withing the 21 days and he said he would take care of it. I dont think he expected it to rain all day because it was suppose to stop I think.

Horrible customer service. They were not doing what they were suppose to be doing. Got tired of constantly calling them so I got rid of them. UPDATE after I fired them they still showed up to the house a week later to service the lawn.

I am a repeat customer. TruGreen solved my flea/tick problem. Great company with very proficient servicemen.

Called for service I was told I would get a call within 5 days for the date and time they would come out its been 2 weeks and through the app I was able to see they were scheduled to come out and when no one came I looked again and they changed the date. Whats wrong with these people.

Tru Green killed my grass and did not even acknowledge the change. Also they kept coming after I told them not to come anymore. Had to completely re-seed the yard and its better now that Tru Green is gone.

Trugreen acquired our local service provider (Turfmasters) and out first service by Trugreen was in October 2017. This spring and summer our lawn has NEVER looked as bad in the 13 years we have owned the property. We are overrun with weeds and have called multiple times to have resprays done however the weeds continue to grow and our lawn is an eyesore in the community. I called customer service to terminate our services last week but was convinced to allow Trugreen to send a manager out to evaluate our lawn and come up with a plan to resolve the service issues. Today someone was onsite and they left a service ticket printed on thermal paper. The rub is the tech highlighted his note in green highlighter which has rendered the note unreadable. I called customer service to understand what he note said and was told by the representative that our lawn wasnt burned, it just needed fertilizer. Obviously this confused me given we were expecting a manager to walk the property and evaluate the weed issue. The representative told me that the wrong note was sent to the tech and somehow the wires were crossed internally.. At this point we are done and I have cancelled our service. Its unfortunate that I cant actually speak with someone in the Windsor office to resolve this and have to go through a national call center every time. Well seek out a local service provider that can not only resolve the sloppy services provided by Trugreen but also afford us with proper customer services. Trugreen....very disappointing

Trugreen took over services from Turfmaster on our lawn and in a less than one season our lawn has never looked worse. We were going to have turf master aerate and overseed our lawn, however when turf master came to perform the service they gave no lead time so we could not adequately prepare our lawn. Given how costly this service was we complained and they back out to redo the task and the servicer was extremely rude. This was in fall of 2017. This spring/summer 2018 our lawn is overrun with weeds and crab grass and has never looked worse. The extra crab grass prevention service that we paid for has done nothing to help. And the most recent application of fertilizer was put down in less than five minutes on an acre of lawn. Trugreen is expensive for little results. Don t waste your time or money.

TruGreen took over service from our prior lawn care company (Turfmasters). In one year, our lawn has been ruined. I have never seen it look worse. The grass has died and the weeds have taken over. We have called multiple times to ask for a manager to come review, and have requested a copy of our guarantee , but neither have occurred. Avoid.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! If you want a lawn that looks like the picture attached, by all means call TruGreen right away. 2 years in a row they killed my lawn. Lets just say 2 years, THOUSANDS of dollars and this is what my lawn looks like. Dont know how this company is still in business. (They actually have a webpage dedicated to complaints about them. Over 1500 now). Oh wait, I know how they stay in business. They buy out local businesses, take over their accounts, kill their lawns, lie to them and make them spend thousands of dollars on repairing it. As is the case with me. Its funny how many people I have talked to that had similar situations. So now I am in the position of hiring another company to fix their mistakes. More money!!

This company suuuuuuuuuuuuuucks! They killed my lawn in several areas and then made me chase them for months to fix it. They still havent shown up, returned my calls or confirmed a date to repair it. I will never ever ever use this company again.

Avoid! They ruined my lawn. Poor service since taking over from Turfmasters. Lawn turned brown (and weedy) and i emailed them at least 5 times (and called). Each time I get a call from a sympathetic woman (they must work from a script), a tech may come out but treated for grubs yet later a manger told me it was chinch bugs. Promised to come out to treat and repair damaged lawn (40% dead). Weeks later and they never showed up. Called again and got promises that General Manager would address the issue (got voice mail they would), and they have yet to come out.

They killed our lawn that we spent thousands on last October 2016 which was perfectly healthy, full and lush green. They came out on 8/22/17 after we told them not to due to lack of rain & did their service and stressed the grass out so bad its now dead. We have called them multiple times and been promised calls back and still nothing. Very upset I have pictures of our beautiful lawn prior to their treatment. The only thing they are good at is killing your lawn, avoiding your calls and sending you a bill. The service was done under my husbands last name which is Loura.

We didnt realize how great the mosquito service was working (we live on a 5-acre wooded lot) until we went to watch the fireworks in our small town. We remembered to bring bug spray (we didnt need it in our yard - ever!) but were all still bitten up like crazy. Your product works!

I would give zero stars if I could. I called inquiring about a service, and I thought I was going to go forward (with a very expensive quote I hear now!) After thinking things were starting to get weird on the phone (with an extremely pushy salesperson), I told the salesperson that I had to go and I would call back to finalize. I gave no credit card information and signed no paperwork. I never called back to finalize because I do not want the service, and a few weeks later they show up at my house (at 7am) putting chemicals on my lawn!!! Terrible. Scary. Such a scam. I 100% advise everyone to be weary of this company.

Very bad service. Over priced for no good reason.

Very poor results. Hundreds of dollars on service and watering and the results are very disappointing with many bare spots. Did aeration and seeding last fall at their recommendation under a guarantee that it will fix the bare spot issue. The majority of the seeds didnt germinate and the self-proclaimed district manager (Brook) refused to re-do the service. Will never use Scotts/TruGreen. There is nothing True about this company.

I have had great luck with Scotts lawn products but did not want to treat my own lawn anymore. Nice people but I dont think their techs are all doing their work. Bad luck during a season with plenty of rain. I treated for grubs for two years in a row and still got grubs. I did get crab grass and broadleaf persisted. The service is expensive and based on the product line, I believe that the service was not done the way it should be. This is not good business for a major brand or anybody else. It bothered me to get cheated.
