Turner Landscaping & Property Maintenance in Windsor

They cut the empty lot next to my house once ever 4 to 6 weeks with weed trimmers flying weed clippings over my fence and all over my driveway. We put sod in four years ago and we now have weeds in all our grass.

We had our entire backyard redone...along with extending our patio. These guys were AMAZING!!!! VERY professional and VERY kind! These fellas are perfectionists and they work hard!! I hired Turner Landscaping to put a maintenance free garden at the front of my house and to do topsoil and grading on the rest of the yard. Approximately .5 acres. With respect to the grading, I told the workers, as well as the site supervisor MULTIPLE times not to remove the berm / swale at the back of the property. It was required as per the Town of Amherstburg bylaw. Upon going out into the yard, I see that the berm is completely level. I asked the site supervisor what happened. He said sorry and that more topsoil will have to be brought in to remake the berm. When I got the bill, I saw an additional charge for the extra topsoil as well as labour for correcting the mistake. The owner said, after some discussion to pay for only the topsoil and not the labour. I refused to pay for either and we agreed that no additional cost was to be applied to the bill. With respect to the front garden. I called Turner Landscaping last week to complain that the grey garden stones that where put in the front yard garden have turned other colours. At least 200 stones have turned pure white. From grey to pure white. I am constantly pulling out these stones and throwing them out. They said nothing could be done. The lady who I spoke to at Turner Landscaping said that after 2 years they could not be responsible for the stones turning colour. And that is exactly my point. Almost everybody in this neighbourhood did their gardens and yards at the same time as me. Several people on my street have the same colour grey stones. None of these other stones have turned colour in their gardens. Only the ones from Turner Landscaping. Buying the cheapest product and then reselling it to your customers results in a nice look but only in the short term. ***UPDATE*** This is a response to the reply by Turner Landscaping. The berm was installed as part of the rough grade to the yard by the builder, Maple Leaf Homes. This was prior to Turner Landscaping arriving on the scene. At no time did I ask that it be removed or flattened out; but it was, as stated above. To say that I asked for it to be removed is simply a lie. This is why I refused to pay for it to be reinstalled (time and material). The owner of Turner Landscaping is now trying to deflect blame for the company's error. While I respect the right of the company to respond to my review, to lie about the circumstances of what actually happened is unacceptable.

Excellent service - phenomenal work! They definitely go above and beyond. Staff all very professional and owner Kevin has great stories! 😂 Had cement work and landscaping done and can definitely recommend them. They came recommended to me as well.

The manager is only out to get the most money out of you. Their "proprietary software" is basically a photoshop and doesn't even come close to what you get. We were not only shorted on the length of our garden by almost 6 ft, but expected to pay the same price we had agreed upon based on what she had shown us with their "software". Her explanation in the cost staying the same was because we requested design changes to a very poor and low effort design. These design changes we requested were simply different plants, and I personally picked them and added them into their makeshift picture. Our front yard was also ruined from the work, to which we were told "is to be expected", which was never discussed or told to us at the time of agreeing to the work and paying a deposit. She then blamed me stating I directed her workforce to put top soil where they had dug it up, which was in fact a suggestion by her team, not a direction by me. Her crew does good work, unfortunately the company has extremely unprofessional management. To highlight how poorly managed this company is, her final email stated, and this is a direct Quote: "I might suggest you do your own landscaping". Never again will I use, recommend or suggest this company.

I had Turner Landscaping provide some landscaping and sidewalk to my home. They were very professional, courteous and paid attention to detail. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting quality work!

We have dealt with Turner Landscape for a number of years for our business needs. We have always experienced great service. This past week I had them for my residential makeover.
