TruGreen does an excellent job of controlling any weeds. A neighbor committed that I have the best yard on this street!

I used their service for nearly a year and canceled it recently. At least a couple of times, I noticed that a TruGreen truck came to my place and left immediately without doing anything and reported, Today, I applied fertilizer, preemergent crabgrass control, and broadleaf weed control. Last time this was done by SHAWN HOLBROOK. When I called their customer service, they sent the same guy after few days and he totally denied that he did nothing last time he visited my place. Very dishonest and unprofessional service. I dont recommend this company.

Just signed up with TruGreen and had my first service. Corie, my TruGreen technician, arrived exactly at the time TruGreens app reflected he would arrive. The app also has GPS, so I could follow the location of his truck, while he was enroute to my house. Corie was outstanding. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He easily answered all my questions and then treated my lawn. So far, Im very pleased with the service provided by TruGreen.

Ive been with Trugreen for some years after having taken care of my own lawn for years. Trugreen techs do a great job servicing my lawn and when issues pop (most often due to unforeseen weather) up they are there to take care of them right away. I recently had my driveway footprint extended by nearly 1000 square feet and they adjusted the cost for my treatment with no problem.

Just started. But we are off to a great start. I am glad I made the right choice.

You all do a great job with my service. I am always notified the day before and can monitor arrival time via the tracking system on the scheduled day. This is helpful when planing any type of outdoor activity especially when it gets warmer. Your staff is always great if I need to reschedule. The guys who apply the application to the lawn are professional and courteous. My lawn always looks amazing!

I dont recommend the lawn service at all. I canceled after 1 month. But the pest control service works well. You just need to watch the technicians because they are known for not treating the home completely. Once you get a good technician, request for this person to come back.

The only thing I am not sure about is the weed control. Last year, there were a lot of weeds towards the end of the summer, but I didn t call for another treatment because I guess I just didn t feel like it.

I used to work here about 10 years ago. When I got my new job offer I made the mistake of giving a 2 week notice. Ended up getting every other techs service calls. My last day since it was going to rain I called all the customers and rescheduled. Worked there for 3 years and only got one or two Saturdays off. Got to work at 545am and didnt leave the office until after 9pm.

They keep killing my lawn

It was easy to enroll in the Tree and Shrub service and the work was scheduled in two days. We have a large hedge/screed of Irish Eyes Cypress and another of Spiral Arborvitae. The tech, Steven Belew was professional, personable and did a thorough job. Couldnt be happier. Mike in Baltimore

If I could give zero stars I would. This company sprayed my lawn with God knows what without my permission. They did my lawn instead of my neighbors. I am not a customer of theirs and never will be. I called them several times to notify them of the situation and later to notify them that my grass was dying from whatever they put on it. After several calls and emails they never rectified the situation. I highly recommend you DO NOT hire this company for your lawn. They are unprofessional and unresponsive. They never even came back out to service my neighbor after the mistake they made. Stay far away from this company!

Easy to use. I did not have to be home. The technician made sure he closed my gate which is important since I have a puppy who I let out in the yard without checking to make sure the gate is closed.

Great value for the service they provide. They completely take care of the situation. I make no calls or reminders for them to come. They send me an email to let me know when they are coming and they come when they say they will. This is my three year of the service and with a pool and a lot of greeenery around they keep my grounds bug free......

This is a complaint about the corporate office. Was looking for someone to mow my lawn (period). Talked to a rep on 6/29/2023. Told him what I needed, he said they do not do lawn cutting service but would e-mail a general price about fertilization services. The next two days, got 6 phone calls from you company- did no pick up but caller ID said Trugreen. Forward to today- Was recovering from surgery. There was a repeated bang on my front door and then the doorbell started ringing. Answered the door and the man stated he was from Trugreen and was here to give me an estimate. Told him not interested and why would someone just show up to a residence unannounced and with no appointment. Then called corporate to complain and the lady I talked to just kept repeating they would never do this. Do not use this company.

I am unable to speak to anyone from my local branch as all phone numbers route to a national call center that is not helpful. Scheduled a day to meet them have them retreat my lawn and they never showed. Called and said they moved it - with no notice.

Company supposedly aerated and overseed lawn yesterday. Left the broken chain from the aerator in the middle of sidewalk as well as a pile of grass seed. Since the chain broke, I highly doubt they completed the job. Use another company, I certainly will be in the futre.

Good but I got thier services as was too much work for me, but 2 years down, do not see much improvement, may give them one more year
