Ryan knows what he is doing and goes all. He has a high standard of quality. He was on time and on budget. He even drove 20 miles picked up some granite I had purchased for my steps. He didn't even charge me. Just a finishing touch on the work. They put cedar shakes on the house and he suggested using black trim. The house really pops when you look at it. If you need work done, Ryan and his team do it right.
We hired Ryan and his crew to close in a couple of unused sliding glass doors. They arrived exactly when they said they would and finished their work quickly and the quality is amazing. It's by far the best experience we've had with someone working on the house! We will definatley hire them in the future!
Our pine tree decided to come in out of the wind by way of the Skylight. These guys came out and had it patched in under an hour so we could keep warm and dry before tonight's thunder storms returned. Wonderful crew and no mess left behind. Thank you so very much.

We have used Beane construction & Property Maintenance for plow work, and we have found them to be very reliable and they do a fantastic job. I don't even hear them outside, I call them my plow ninjas. We need some work done on our home and I am looking forward to working with them in the spring. Excellent people to work with, very professional.
They laid a new roof on my home this past fall and did an amazing job. Will use them again for future projects and would recommend using them!
