I have been with Winder branch for a few years now. Their service is exceptional and responsive to customer issues or complaints. Love the standard they uphold.

Do not use this company! We paid for their so-called full service, but its clear they only provided minimal effort. Our lawn is in terrible condition, overrun by weeds, and the grass looks awful. Dont waste your money on this companys empty promises. One star is generous for such a letdown.

Great business and I never had to complain about lawn weed control ever. This was the best decision I ever made about weed control.

We ve been using this service for a year now. We are happy with the outcome of our lawn. Normally in the spring we have weeds within our yard that came up during the winter months but not this year. The few weeds we had were taken care of by our technician Kendry. We are very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them. I want to shout out to our technician Kendry. He comes here very upbeat and always has a big smile on his face. He asks me each time if I have any concerns with the lawn. He s very knowledgeable with any questions I may ask.

Brandon S. was my service tech today and I want to recognize him for a kind task he did this morning. He brought 2 empty garbage bins up to my garage. This may seem insignificant to you but to me I found it to be so thoughtful. One of the bins belongs to by neighbor who is visually impaired. Each week I tend to her bin. We made the switch to All Turf years ago after not being satisfied with other companies. All Turf provides us with great service and a professional staff with each monthly visit.

This company completely destroyed my newly sodded lawn. Applied pre emergent when the sod was less then 2 months old (not rooted) and burned the sod and left huge unleveled spots all over the lawn. They tried to say it was the install until I showed pictures of the lawn before they did any treatments on it and how there were no gaps in the sod. When I questioned it being the pre emergent, I was told that was not the issue even when every house in my new neighborhood did the exact opposite (their yards look perfect). When I then had them come out and look at the yard, they kept saying you will see improvement after this treatment. It wasnt thill I called to cancel that, they then relised they messed up but did not offer a plan to correct the issue or did not offer to fix the damage. Horrible company and will never use again. Please, find a company that will listen to your questions and will go off you lawns needs vs off a sheet. This was a costly mistake on my part that will take thousands to repair (no help from this company).

Ive been using their service for a year, and my lawn has never looked better. I previously had been fighting a losing battle with weeds in my lawn for 3 years. They managed to get rid of my weed problems in a manor of months, and my grass looks great. Using them saves me time, effort, and money versus doing it myself.

I have had experiences with another company and All Turf is far and away better. I wouldnt say that they have been flawless, but I can easily recommend them.

We ve been using All Turf for a year now and our yard has completely turned around. We had our yard sodded and did not start a service immediately so we had a ton of weeds begin to grow in our new sod. Now that we ve had All Turf treatments throughout summer, winter, fall, all weed issues have gotten under control and the yard looks great again.

I received a step by step of how to address the problem, not from a brochure, but from a branch manager of how he has address the very same issue from his home. Had a good deal with this service since a lot of home owners in my neighborhood use it. No weed after the first few applications. They have online account so I can pay and review which application is for what, like weed treatment, fertilizer treatment, winterized treatment to keep away crab grass for next growing season. I would recommend this service.

Seems the wet weather caused my problem but interestingly yards next to mine and across look great and no weeeds! I am very pleased with All Turf. All Turf sends noticed at least 1 day in advance of any treatment and will send an update if appointment needs to change. Staff has answered all my questions and concerns. I had an issue with spot treatments for weeds after 1 application. The grass got very yellow and I sent pictures with my concerns. All Turf responded with a detailed explanation that the yellowing was normal. They asked me to contact them in the next couple of days if the spots didn t improve. Spots did improve. Over this past year. Due to good results this past year, I will continue with All Turf this year.

This company only worry about your money not your yard, I had been using them a for three years and their service is getting worse, they only treat the front yard but not the backyard, however they charge me as if they treated both, my backyard was full of weeds on the last two years around spring and I have to call them to address the issue because the technical didn t do anything about it. I checked next time they came and I took them longer to write the invoice than treat the lawn, maybe 3 minutes both front yard and backyard of over 4,0000 ft. If you want to waste your money go with them, terrible company and dishonest.

For me, this didnt work out well, as I spent more time and money for less than desirable results. After re -acquring All Turfs services, my yard has NEVER looked better! Way too many weeds. I used them for years but there a still a ton of weeds in the yard. When I tried to cancel the first time, they said Oh, but you never called and said it was an issue....so basically youll need to call and remind them to do the job youre paying them to do instead of them showing up and seeing the yard is obviously full of weeds.

Poor customer service/contact. Be careful to listen to every automated call and read every invoice or if your credit card number gets stolen and they cant autodebit they will send your account to a collection agency. The first time I knew there was an issue was when a real person left me a voicemail on Thursday stating I had till Monday. I called monday (memorial day) and left a voicemail. I called a different day and they acknowledged the voicemail but said they sent it to collections with an extra fee. I will never ever use this company again and will warn all my friends and family.

The sales person scheduled to have the tech treat the weeds in our back yard after discussing we werent going to address the back yard until the fall. They sprayed the back yard anyway leaving nothing but dirt/mud. Then, they claimed I didnt request that, refused to seed or sod the yard, and also refused to let me speak to the owner. Calls were not returned as promised. Brandon was extremely rude, talking over me, and accusing me of lying about my first initial service request. If you want good customer service and a lawn care company that knows what theyre doing, All Turf is not the answer.

Ive been an All Turf customer for the last couple of years and have been pleased with the results of regular weed control/fertilizer services, until the last month or so. I had premium round 5 services done on 6/5/17 and per the service invoice, the technician applied a mixture of fertilizer and weed control to entire lawn, with an application for the bermuda in the front yard and what was to likely be the final full-lawn spraying for the fescue in the back yard, until the fall. The only problem is, I forgot to unlock the gate to the backyard, and therefore, the technician could not have possibly applied anything to the fescue in the back. The invoice clearly reflects the regular service charge for weed control/fertilizer applications for both turf/lawn types. I called the company the following day and explained the issue and was told that someone would be out to apply the application to the back yard, in fact, Ive had to call back 2 more times since then, as no one has shown up to complete the application. It is now been a little over 2 weeks and still there has been no call ahead to inform that a technician would be out to complete the application. Prior to this issue, I had a situation where my payment was, what I assume, lost in the mail. Up to that point I did online bill pay with my bank and had never had an issue with a payment reaching the company. I ended up contacting the bank and stopping payment on the check, and issued another check. Im not sure whats going on, but the customer service is definitely not where it was when I initially started using All Turf. Im in the process of securing another company for weed control/fertilizer services.
