Valley Lawn Care and Landscaping in Winchester

Scheduled a number of services for my yard to help keep it looking good this year. They responded to my inquiry quickly and were very knowledgeable. They came out on 2 different days over the span of a couple of weeks to complete the work, which was done very well and the difference really shows. The quality of the completed work is definitely 5 stars. Only taking off 1 star for poor communication, after agreeing to the quote they never kept me updated on when they would be coming out to do the work. I always had to call them, and to be fair whenever I did, they would answer and try to help as best they could. I understand delays happen with outdoor work due to weather, I just would have appreciated being kept in the loop since I wanted to be home when the work was being done and it was a bit frustrating to be told a specific day only for them to not come, which happened multiple times and I had to be the one to call them to get an update about when I had been rescheduled.

I can’t say enough good things about Valley Lawn Service. I called 3 companies and VLS is the only one who returned my call. John was very timely with getting back to me and scheduling a quote. The quote was very reasonable and the job was scheduled to be completed within one week. The crew was AWESOME and John stayed in contact with me and answered all of my questions! They did a phenomenal job. Professional. Professional. Professional. I won’t use anyone else!!

We have used Valley Lawn Care twice since last summer. Work has included removal of shrubs and planting grass seed. John is prompt at returning phone calls/texts and getting the job done. He is professional and provides quality work at reasonable prices!

I contacted Valley Lawn Care and Landscaping over the winter and asked them if they were able to fix my front lawn mulch beds. Being that it was winter they suggested waiting until spring, but they came out and took a look at the area to give me an estimate and what not. I moved into a new development with mulch beds and a few shrubs already placed. I did not know that there was a ton of rock and mud under the mulch. It was nearly impossible for me to plant seasonal flowers. March comes around and Valley Lawn Care took care of it! I was impressed at how fast they were able to clean up and I was so pleased to be able to not worry about pesky rocks. And of course it looked amazing! When I called Valley Lawn Care the person with whom I spoke was the owner Mike Repine. He patiently listened to my concerns about our lake property. He arranged his schedule such that he could come-out the very next day. He spent quite awhile walking the property with me. I found him to be a problem solver and go-getter. The Valley Lawn Care team were efficient, couteous, and very hard working. I was so pleased with how gorgeous the front of my property turned-out, it resulted in my hiring them again. They took on the massive job of clearing the overgrown lake frontage. The attached pictures speak for themselves. Valley Lawn Care is the go-to company for getting things done! I will be hiring them again in the future.

We are extremely "five star" pleased with the great job Valley Lawn Care did on our spring landscape mulching. They didn't just throw the mulch down, they spread the mulch, worked it in with pitch forks, evened it out and there wasn't a shred of mulch anywhere it wasn't supposed to be. I have never hired this job out before, but so glad I did! We look forward to their year-'round lawn care service knowing what kind of workmanship we can expect from Mike and John. The work was wonderful, as stated, but the professionalism shown by Mike on our first call by knowing his facts and figures and fast house call for a quote made the process easy. I could go on but running out of room.

One morning, I took a chance and contacted this company to take a look at my overgrown lawn. I immediately got a response; Mike drove out, gave me a quote AND MOWED the same day. He then offered me a great deal to continue mowing weekly. The lawn looks manicured and beautiful. Effortless business transaction with online payment is so much appreciated. Highly recommended!

During a snow storm, we called up Mike to snow blow our driveway. He did an exceptional job, going above and beyond by shoveling out the sidewalks and all entrys to our house. We knew during the spring we would give him a call to landscape. Sure enough, he exceeded our expectations. Mike was very knowledgeable and friendly. We wanted to redo our mulch beds and he knew exactly what to do.
