My neighbors Yard is great never had a problem with anyone until I put in a temporary fence because I can't have a permanent fence. About 3 weeks ago now. They came to do my neighbors yard and they moved my fence to get to her bush! They never came to my Door to ask me if this was ok to do nothing My car was parked in the driveway! I saw this on camera because I had to put cameras up for lots of reasons including this one. I called the company and left a message nothing back! I spoke to my lawyer that said you have ever right to call the company and take them to small claims court if they don't call you back. She was going to make the call to them and I said it's ok let me try again. So I called again and left another message to call me back and it's been almost 2 weeks and nothing back. I did call the police as well and a cop came down when this happen and the home owner came out and the guy that was doing the lawn came over and said I did not know what to do so I guess he thought it was ok to just move my fence out of the way! So maybe I should to over to M & M Landscaping to take out a bush or 2 and see how they feel about it!! So the cop told me to call the company and I did that did nothing. All I was looking for was an apology or that this would never happen again!!!!!! Well I can tell you this it will never happen again because if it does I will take them to court because now it's on file everywhere! I just think a place in Winchester like this gives Winchester a BAD NAME! Oh and thanks for not calling me back!
