Excellent service from Minster Maintenance. Special thanks to Luke and Mike who worked tirelessly over two days to cut back and prune some very high and long hedges in two gardens and a shared lane serving four properties. Very polite and helpful. Arrived on time and cleared everything away. Great job!
Great service! They were professional, punctual, and friendly. They completed the requested jobs (including trimming a big tree) to a high standard and tidied up afterwards. Highly recommend for anyone who is looking for their garden to be spruced up. Would use again!
Initially booked in for work to be carried out for 27.06.24, pushed back a few times and eventually work started on 24.07.24. Workmen carried out approx 9 hours of work over 2 day period, then was advised worker had Covid. This went on for over a week, with little communication and no attempt to send someone else to complete the works. I then discovered through social media that the person who apparently had Covid, was actually in Turkey enjoying himself! Continuous lies and now we are left with no garden and having to start again. AVOID
Joshua and his team are so professional and trustworthy. Dave, lovely guy, laid our new patio and Jake was on hand to help with maintaining our borders and installing new edging. Josh and his team done an amazing job! They installed a new fence and a composite decking, which looks fantastic! Everyone has been very polite and respectful to us and our property. Very honest and experienced people. We definitely recommend Minster Maintenance!

Minster Maintenance were hired on the 15/08/23 to tidy the communal grass areas as part of our annual maintenance fee for our road which I am a member of the management company. The job took less than an a hour by 3 men to complete, the areas cut were left in a very poor state with edges not strimmed and all the cuttings left behind and not cleared up. Leaving the communal areas looking even worse than before they had started! I emailed Minster Maintenance regarding the state of the areas had been left in and received a reply saying that they would return around 3 days later to finish the work. Now over a month nobody has returned and ignoring emails. THANK YOU FOR THE PATRONISING REPLY 6 MONTHS AFTER MY REVIEW. ALL MEMEBERS OF THE WOODCUTTER MANGEMENT COMPANY HAVE ASKED FOR MINSTER MAINTENACE NOT TO BE USED IN THE FUTURE MAINTENACE OF THE GREEN SPACES!

Josh and the team were really helpful and reliable. They removed and disposed of our old slippery decking and laid a great patio area and steps to the garden. They identified unknown issues and always came up with practical solutions. The old fencing was replaced with new panels and flower bed tidied. Very pleased with the work and happily recommend them.

Minster Maintenance are a fantastic, reliable company who do their work very well indeed. They came to trim a very large hedge and the job was done so well. Firstly they were a joy to have around the place, so polite and helpful. They took great care of the flower beds around the hedge and you wouldnt have known they had been there, every scrap of trimmings taken away. The hedge looks as though they used a ruler, my neighbours were VERY impressed. They are a superb company and I have already booked them for the next job. We will always use them and I can highly recommend them with confidence.

Minster Maintenance have done a wonderful weekly job for my 96 year old very particular father. He has lawns borders and an extensive vegetable and green house garden. Josh has managed the garden and persuaded Dad his precious garden is in a safe pair hands. Dad can watch it all growing without the work. Thank you
