Turf Keepers in Wimauma

It’s unfair to send a price increase letter along with the current invoice reflecting the price hike(over 25%). The letter is dated July 1; was received after the 4th, and I have to pay the whole month regardless. Yes, I’m going with someone else as soon as this month is done.

I called to get a quote the recording stated push 0 so I did. Female answered didn't greet me said hello that's all. I started to ask if she was the receptionist, then I hear a dial tone. So rude and unprofessional for a company's phone line.

If anyone is looking for pavers or landscapes work I highly recommend Turf Keepers. They did such an amazing job extending our driveway and fixing up our landscaping. Not only was the finished product excellent but everyone from the owner to the employees were very pleasant and courteous. Honest, good contractors sometimes are hard to find so wanted to let everyone know about my great experience. Give Roger and Turf Keepers a call!

Have coordinated the use of Turf Keepers' services a number of times over the past 10 years for landscaping projects at our church (St. Andrew's UMC in Brandon), in our Bristol Green HOA and most recently at my personal residence in Valrico. The results have always been superb, with projects completed on time, within cost parameters, and the plant materials and workmanship have always been of excellent quality. Would I use them again? No question.

We are in our second year with Turf Keepers; we choose them because of their ability to pick up the grass cuttings. This was the first time we had what I perceived as a major issue with the work performed in the back yard and I wrote a strong (but I believe 'professional') email last night to Turf Keepers. Today, Mr. Neal B. came to the house to look at the issue, discuss the issue, and Mr. Neal B. offered three solutions to overcome the issue. Besides the fact that Mr. Neal responded personally, I was impressed with the fact that bottom line given the size and amount of customers Turf Keepers have they could have ignored my input. That is the key, Turf Keepers did not and the solutions that were offered made total sense. On this note, in retrospect, my initial reaction was a little over the top given I did not consider the "dry conditions" were are currently going through and were a contributing factor to the issue. At the end of the day, very professional response from Mr. Neal B. of Turf Keepers reflecting a company that does care about its customer relationships - I am impressed. Thomas T. This company maintains over 1500 lawns in Sun City Center . They maintain the Club Houses and recreational facilities in Kings Point . They perform residential landscape and Irrigation work and are recommended by the Sun City Center Community Association .

I will not hire Turf Keepers. We have a postage stamp sized lot and they wanted $100/mo for basic lawn service. The woman was rude and condescending.

My neighbor used Turf Keepers (past tense) in Sun City Center. I live next door and Turf Keepers damaged 5 of my white PVC fence posts (cost me $500+ out of pocket to have the fence posts replaced). Their crew changes frequently and obviously does not care what type of damage they do while operating their mowing equipment. BEWARE!!!!
