Born out of need to change a traditionally male-driven industry, we are a woman-owned tree care, tree removal and stump grinding business. We started serving residential, commercial, municipal, and government customers in Connecticut in 2020, but our experience comes from decades working with and learning from family professionals who have been in the business since 1958. Our name is newer, but we represent years of experience and integrity. Rosie and Serge are such a pleasure to work with. Serge recently cut down 4 trees, removed/chipped all of the branches and trunks and removed stumps for us. He’s a great communicator and such a gentleman to work with. His helper let him down but Serge did not let this interfere with getting the job done. I’ve never seen anyone work so hard. We can highly recommend. Support our Wilton businesses/owners!!!
Dina and Serge from Rosie the Stump Boss were an absolute pleasure to work with. Excellent communication throughout process and were able to fit me into schedule quickly. Removed a large tree safely and efficiently, as well as provided arborist expertise on other trees on the property. Price was fair and consistent throughout process. Highly recommend!

Outstanding work. They responded very quickly to my call and their assessment of what was needed was very professional. We could see that we were in front of a very knowledgeable arborist that cared about the work at hand. Dina and Serge were a dream to work with. They came and looked at my property. They gave me a fair price and was able to complete the project on time. They left the yard looking better then when they arrived. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs work done.
AMAZING. Had a very tricky and huge stump on a sloped front yard. Dina and Surge were very kind to work with our neighbors to work around their properties to get to the stump. I could not be more impressed with the service provided by Dina and the team. They were on time; and after the removal, you wouldn t know a stump was ever there. The work areas were kept clean and we couldn t be happier with the results. My only regret was not hiring them sooner.

Reached out to them to get a quote to remove 2 stumps on our property. Very responsive at first, said they would come out the next day. Then they reached out to reschedule because they were not able to make it. Tried rescheduling, they never came out and then just stopped responding. Who runs a business this way?

I just wish everyone took pride in their work, and treated their customers like this company. I left a message on their site for a quote to grind some stumps down, and got a text back within hours to schedule some time to come out. I wasnt able to be there at that time, but was able to point out what I was looking to do. I had a stump that was a bit tough to get to, but they figured out a way! Amazing service. In addition to the stumps I was hoping to reduce, they were actually able to get to one that was on a hill that I thought no way could be done. I wish I was here to see how they did it!! Anyway, cannot recommend this company enough. I did the optional debris removal and when they were done, everything was immaculate. Thank you!!

The owner is awesome! She came and ground out a couple of our stumps - a medium-sized pine and a large willow. Fast, friendly, and a great price! Definitely recommend to anyone with some stumps!!!! Give a call!

Dina came to my house and provided a free quote on the cost of removing/grinding of three stumps and cleanup of the general area. I decided to move forward since I found the quote reasonable. Dina was responsive, came as expected, and did a wonderful job. She was very detail oriented and the area looks so much cleaner. I would highly recommend her stump removal services.
Dina and her associate did a fantastic job. I emailed them and they got back to me so fast and were out the same week. Within a few hours, our stumps were gone and the spaces looked as good as new. You cant even tell there was anything there. Highly recommend this company!!

Excellent work and very professional. Dina and her team tackled the challenge of taking down the remaining 12 ft of an enormous ( 4.5- 5ft in diameter) maple tree that unfortunately was badly compromised over the years from major storms with extreme caution and care of the surrounding area. Then ground everything 8-10 below grade to allow for future plantings. Will absolutely recommend Rosie the stump boss!! Thanks again

Excellent service. Quick to respond. They made quick work of ten stumps in our yard in less than an afternoon. This was only a few days after first contacting them, other places couldnt even get out to give me an estimate for over a week out!
