We had prograss put out lawn in and have had their lawn care services ever since. They were great. But not now, they just quit showing up. I have called 4 times and am told "they're in my area, a work order has been issued, they'll pass it on to a supervisor" ..etc. they never respond Last treatment was back in May and then nothing. Pretty bad service and even worse response

I was in need of a new lawn and shopped around. I was impressed with every aspect of their preparation before and after winning the bid over 2 competitors. The price was fair and they were able to squeeze me into their schedule quickly. All of their employees were hard workers and professional, but one stood out, Arturo Estrada. He was the foreman of his crew. Arturo was excellent in keeping me up to date on the process and the day’s work. They were fast and efficient. I’ve gotten many compliments on my new lawn, and I’ve even given others a referral to ProGrass.

Do not use this company. Unprofessional business. Last Wednesday this company was mowing my apartment complex and broke my windshield with a rock or something. I contacted the Pro Grass office and reported it expecting that they would send someone out to fix my windshield. I spoke with the receptionist who said that she would have a manager contact me. Several hours passed and the day ended and no one called. I called again the next day and was then told to email pictures and again that a manager would contact me. I emailed the pictures and still no one contacted me. Now it's Tuesday of the next week and still no one has contacted me. It's very unprofessional for a company to damage someone's property and not take swift action to fix it. Now I'm having to drive my vehicle with a broken windshield and risk getting a ticket while I wait for them to call me back. I see over and over again that the owner is replying to people's negative Google reviews saying that they strive for good customer service. With this many bad reviews in addition to my experience so far I can assure you that this company does not care about good customer service. I'm still waiting for the manager to call and will update this once more info is available. Update 5/28/21. I never got a return phone call from the business so I had to drive to the office. Once there I was put into contact with a manager who said that he had looked into the incident and dismissed it as not their fault. I have no idea why he wouldnt call me and make me waste a 45 minute drive to their office. Again unprofessional. The manager said that there was no way his crew could have caused the damage even after I told him that the damage happened while his crew was mowing the property and that they certainly were the cause of the damage. I had to end up paying get it replaced myself. I will be taking them to small claims court.

I highly recommend prograss for lawn and tree and shrub treatments. They also prune Japanese maples better than anybody I’ve ever seen prune maples. They are a good company been around for a long time and our own local nursery men embedded in the community. They offer a variety of other services as well, such as weekly maintenance and any landscape construction needs. I highly recommend this company

I have been a customer of prograss for several years, subscribing to their "Premium Service package" on a weekly basis. This service also comes with a premium price tag, which I thought would be worth the cost. The service turned out to be less than ideal, but that is only a contributing factor in my decision to write this review, and terminate their service. The final straw came about when they damaged my concrete lawn edging with their equipment for the second time. Twice they have managed to carve large chunks from this edging leaving it broken and very unsightly. I reported this to their field manager Nick, including photos of the shattered edging, and his response was that it should be able to stand up to their equipment and methodology, and was unable to participate in the repair. I was stunned by his reply, and contacted the head office for assistance. I was contacted a couple of days later and was told that he had spoken to "his concrete guy" who told him that my edging damage was the result of "inferior concrete pouring, and freeze cracking" and that he would be unable to help me with the repair. A couple of things bothered me about this. First, it is the middle of august, and we typically don't get frost here in august, second, the edging has survived at least 5 years with no issues, and only showed this phenomena where they enter the lawn to mow, and nowhere else. Hmmm, they never denied hitting it, just blamed it on the concrete. The first damage cost me almost $1000 to repair, and I am not sure what the current damage to the back yard will cost, but it troubles me that they deny any compensation for their mistakes. Even a minimal contribution, or a free month's service could have saved my account for them, but money seems more important than service to them. By the way, the yard service was mediocre at best anyway....

Absolutely Lazy and Unprofessional These inept workman can only seem to perform their duties with these loud and obnoxious gas-powered motors. Blowing leaves and dirt all over my balcony, furniture, vehicle, and windows without so much as an apology or even an attempt to fix the problem. Regardless to the state of my life, which does not normally include being awake at 7am as that is when im finally going to bed, they can't even "TRY" to lower their volume when i ask very politely. Guess what?! I CAN USE A RAKE IN 2018 AND PROBABLY 2019 AS WELL!!! It's not hard, loud, damaging, or in any way, shape or form, inconvenient to use. Especially when I see that you have two or three on the back of your truck, but you're not allowed to use a rake until the entire property has been blown into a tight little pile?! Heaven forbid, you could also alter the route of your job so that my section is one of the last to be completed, thus offering me a period of time within which to get to sleep before your racket can even begin to alter my sleep pattern. Having 34 years in the work-force of life has taught me one supreme rule about all business: Every Business Is Customer Service, because without your customers you have no business at all. And every social interaction contains the potential for further business. Why would any employee or any business, deign to neglect a person that could impact their business? When my employees have a negative interaction with a customer, I side with the customer EVERY SINGLE TIME. "I would like to offer my sincerest apologies, Ma'am. I will have a discussion with my employee and guarantee that you will not be treated in that fashion, by any of my employees, ever again. We would not be here without your custom."

Incredibly poor customer service. I recommend staying away from this company. My wife and I not only called several times, but we also went to the Pro Grass office location in Wilsonville over the course of several months in an attempt to have our lawn serviced. We get the promises of service and they will call you responses however, we received nothing.

I live in an apartment complex in hillsboro and these guys are serious non proffesional landscapers they left dirt all over my windows my patio furniture my airconditioner and patio for the second time! when called to file a complaint i spoke with joey and she informed me she would call me back and never did and waited a few days so i called today and got her again only this time she hangs up on me so i called back 3 more times she never answeared the phone so i call from another phone and she answeared and i had said to her why did u hang up on me she had said because there was another customer on the other line so i said to here very unproffessional !! Needless to say she had a man by the name of ken call me back and he was very rude wouldnt listen to what i had to say kept cutting me off no appoligies what so ever ! And well i figured since i wasnt getting anywhere him i thanked for his time and told him to have nice day and i will handle it another way. very dissapointed ! They are very unproffesional people when it comes to customer service aswell ! Ps.. I had to give them 1 star to right a review.:-(

I requested that Prograss give me a bid on yard work. I am in a mobile home park and my yard isnt that big. I was shocked when the estimate came back at $1,500.00. They also requested to give me a bid on fence replacement. I said ok, but mainly just need the yard work. Several days went by. I called them and they said they are working on it. Finally, they gave me a bid of $5,500. I was shocked, and I said not at this time but, I will need to schedule the yard work. I told them I would have a friend come trim the ivy from the fence. So they dont even need to worry about or touch the fence. Several days go by. I call them back leaving messages for a return phone call. Finally, I get a call that they dont think they can do the yard work unless I also allow them to replace my fence. They have poor customer service, They wont get back to you in a timely manner and unless you pay them a lot of money to do other projects they wont be interested in doing any yard work. Even if you willing to pay them $1,500 for the yard work. I contacted a different yard service and they are going to do the yard work for $500.00 total. They get zero stars from me.
