Talked with the owner to explain what our needs and expectations are in a telephone conversation. He stated he would come the next day to view the property and give us a quote. We gave him our address, directions and phone numbers asking him to call before coming. To date, we have not heard from him nor has he attempted to contacts us after 4 days. My thoughts are; IF this company cannot give us the courtesy of a phone call stating their intentions one way or another, how reliable would they be if we hired them? I guess this is the new way of doing business in todays screwed up world.
