We were home today when Matt from Bug-N-A-Rug showed up for a early spring lawn treatment. The application was completed as thoroughly as can be hoped for. We have a lot of curves, nooks and crannys in our lawn with mulch beds, plants etc.. Matt covered all grassy areas thoroughly and didnt a spot.! Excellent job.!!

They have been taking care of my neighbors lawn and we have also hired them .my neighbor is very particular with his lawn and if he trusts TT then that s good for me I have had Matt come twice and he is very knowledgeable and very personable , easy to talk to and takes the time to explain , makes it very easy to feel comfortable and they certainly have my interest and concerns at the top of their list. , I am looking forward to having a green and healthy lawn. My background is HR and Marketing in the very competitive Home Services Industry, so I really feel detailed reviews are important. Good, bad and ugly. Too often we only review the bad and ugly, as weve had a terrible experience. The good needs to be recognized, also. Today I experienced the bar being set TO the highest standard! For 6 years weve had Bug N a Rug for Household Pest control, with FLAWLESS service. From initial office contact, to billing, to treatment. Weve NEVER had an issue. Not a single time. Everything is incredibly seamless, respectful and effective! So, after a poor experience with another lawn pest/weed control company (after many chances over several years time), we made the switch to B N a Rs Turf Team. Why did we NOT do this years ago?! My initial call to the office, (where I had the pleasure of speaking with a knowledgable and super friendly, Emily) yielded yet ANOTHER fantastic experience, and I found myself hosting an estimate, bought to us by Mike...to treat my yard within just 10 minutes! WOW! Talk about efficient scheduling! Thank you Emily! We often think about what we need, when we need it. We also love instant gratification. They did NOT disappoint today! Not only did Mike arrive promptly, and provide us with an estimate that was 25% LOWER than our previous provider 6 years after our contract was initiated (hello, inflation!) they also offer an ADDITIONAL discount of 10% for treatments if we pay upfront for the year. I have saved hundreds! Mike was fun to chat to, incredibly knowledgable, addressed my many concerns, answered my 5,000 questions, gave excellent advice/recommendations, and explained Bug N a Rug - Turf Teams services well. From their customer service guarantee, to their office S.O.Ps, to their billing portal (who has time to CALL and pay bills?!), to appointment procedures, and what to expect during treatments. Very thorough! He even hung out with my 3 BIG dogs for a few minutes (2 English Mastiffs and 1 German Shepherd), whom loved him. They dont like just anyone...and are excellent judges of character. 11/10! Oh, and Mike was able to treat the yard in the same appointment. BOOYAH! If you like friendliness, professionalism, communication without second guessing, affordability, knowledge based answers, recommendations, promptness, and efficiency...this is the team for your lawn! Also, check out their Household Pest Control Division. Weve been their customer for 6 years and LOVE it! This Company operates seamlessly on all levels from a customers standpoint. A Home Services Industry standard should be created from Bug N a Rugs S.O.Ps! Well done guys!

I had a bad infestation of Army worms 2 years back. When I noticed something was wrong they were able to come out a few hours later and treat the same day.
