Jeff and Kelsey did a great job cutting, clearing, and removing overgrown trees and bushes in my back yard. Will definitely be using them again and would recommend!

They provide everything that is so difficult to find in a lawn service. They show up when they say they are going to be there, they do what they say they were going to do, they charge what they say they were going to charge…just awesome! Also, they are super responsive to communication and they use a very convenient online payment system. I couldn’t ask for more. Oh yeah, they also do a great job with the yard. Their honest straightforward staff puts them way ahead of the competition.

So I had 2 pallets of sod put down a couple months ago. I hired the company to remove an area where I had a playground. So I hired them to level out the dirt, lay topsoil down then follow that up with laying down the sod. When I arrived to my home, there was a young guy leveling out the dirt. I told him that it needed to be level before laying down the sod. They told me that it would settle and that things would be just fine. So now after waiting for things to turn green and settle, we’ll that never happened. So when people come over the first thing they notice is the hill that the sod is sitting on. The rest of the yard is level except the area I hired them to do. I’m really disappointed in the outcome as I take pride in our yard. I would really second guess who you hire for the job of laying down sod anyway. Feel free to come look at the work and let me know that you’d be happy with the work!!!

Do not waste your time. Reached out to this company on 2/24, was told they could take us on and they’d start the week of 3/6. After not hearing an estimated day, reached out again and was told they’d be there Friday 3/10. They never showed, which they said was due to the rain—that seemed reasonable. They said they’d be there Sunday 3/12 to make up for it. Again, they never showed. We never heard about a make-up date so reached out AGAIN, and was told they’d be here today, 3/17 (why they wouldn’t try to get here sooner was never explained). Around 4 today when we still hadn’t seen them, we checked in again and they said they’d be here by 5. It’s 7:00 now, and they’re still not here. Unfortunately if they had the professionalism to tell us they could not handle new clients back in February, we would have been able to find a service that would actually show up to do the work. But they weren’t honest with us, so we’ll be scrambling to find someone new. They might be great for their existing clients, but if you’re new to them don’t waste your time—they’re obviously not interested.

Kelsey and team are wonderful. I ask a lot of questions and they are quick to respond and offer suggestions. Their work is spot on. I am still figuring out what I want to do with my landscaping so the fact they are patient with me is another plus. I highly recommend them for your landscaping services.

Kelsey was great and was very client oriented. Their firm does great work at a great value and I will recommend them for sure. They always made sure that my moms yard was right and tight. Their communication with me this last year on scheduling and needed scope was great. I totally recommend them for your lawn.

I happened to see Jeff taking care of a neighbor’s lawn across the street. On a whim, I ran over and asked how much he would charge to do my yard as well. He quoted me a very fair price, and even said he would do it that day as soon as he finished the neighbor’s yard. I was so pleased with his work, and even more so that he was so flexible to throw my yard into his already full schedule that day, so I asked for a quote on taking care of some other things like pressure washing my house and cleaning up my landscape in my back yard. Again, very fair price, and told me he could get to it in two weeks. Jeff and his crew were actually here a week later, took care of everything I was wanting done (and had to deal with nuances along the way). These guys are extremely friendly, listen to what you want done, and execute it with precision and professionalism. I will be recommending Thomas Lawn Care to everyone I know. Thank you again! Best lawn care I’ve ever used! They tackled an impossibly overgrown yard and turned it into a showcase. They are so dedicated to their work they made sure everything was perfect and I was totally satisfied. Even did some things for me that were not part of the yard work. Professional, personable, on time and very respectful. I recommend them to anyone needing landscaping at a reasonable price.
