Frank listened to what we wanted, provided a clear quote, and communicated throughout the process of ordering materials and delays due to the monsoon last week. I used Ruggerio s Lawn Service Plus to clean out my basement. Lou came out, gave his professional opinion. He suggested a 30 yard dumpster & two men for the clean out. The dumpster came & the two men had the whole basement cleaned out in 3 hours! The guys were nice, professional, and got the job done. It would have taken me days & I was agonizing over it. I would highly recommend this business!

They were professional, on time, communication was excellent throughout the entire process. We will using them again for our in-ground pool project this spring. They did an absolutely amazing job. Quick and easy. I had some big issues with my backyard. I called them and the owner come out and we talked through all my issues and dislikes them he sent me a free quote which included leveling of the entire backyard, clean-up and removal of weeds/shrubs/ behind sheds and tree clean up, reseeding, and creating a new piping system that would prevent my backyard from flooding. We then proceeded with scheduling. They came and did almost 100% of the work the first day. They work came out so great I ended up adding front lawn, side & garbage removal. I am so pleased with both my front and backyard now. I m super excited to have my sons running around in no time! I would 100% recommend.

Ruggerios Lawn Service is top notch! I can not say enough good things about my experience from beginning to end. Frank was incredibly responsive to our initial inquiry, came out to our home on two separate occasions to answer our questions and discuss options. Estimate was sent over quickly and was extremely detailed. Our project included edging, weeding, and mulching of all existing beds in the front and back yards, bed installation in the back with stone border, and an overhaul of our terribly eroded back yard which included grading and seeding, and improvements to the existing downspout drainage to prevent future erosion. The crew was timely, professional, and efficient and beyond patient with me while I got in their way trying to make a final decision about the shape of the new garden bed. They were so pleasant to work with every step of the way and we are absolutely thrilled with the end result. Will be calling them for all of our future landscaping/exterior needs!

They did an exceptional job on clearing the debris in my yard and my garage. I was more than satisfied with the owner and the crew that came down to work. They cleared my garage and helped with heavy furniture quickly and efficiently. The trim jobs they did on my shrubbery was amazing. Below are the pictures I took after they were done. There even was a huge wood pile they cleared for me and the trees that were covered in thorn bushes. They did it all in one day and with plenty of workers and for a reasonable quote. They also worked with my schedule and helped me out a ton. 10 out of 10.

My neighbor hired them for stone delivery so they parked in front of my house and made several trips over my lawn back and forth with a wheelbarrow full of stones to neighbors backyard. They only stopped after I went out there to tell them to stop dumping rocks on my lawn. Unprofessional and trespassing on private property .

My father used this service for his lawn for a few years until one of his workers damaged his air conditioning unit, my father spoke to the owner on the phone and got no results, I called the owner and finally got a return call, thought we got the issue resolved but thats the last we heard of him, we are currently taking him to court. BEWARE!!! Never use a contractor that doesnt have a physical address, if you notice he uses a PO box. RED FLAGS
