If I am home when I get the service, the boys that come around (today was Austin Schneider) are very, very polite and knowledgable and a pleasure to talk to, if I refer a possible bare spot or dry spot, they do get concern and even take pics of my concerns thank you for such a great group of employees.

This is my second year with Natural Lawn of America. Ive tried other services but they disappointed. My lawn looks better than it has in many years, even my back yard that I thought was hopeless, looks thick and healthy. My technician yesterday, Austin was very informative and friendly. As I have requested, the technicians always give me a heads up as to when I can expect them to arrive. I appreciate that. Thanks Natural Lawn of America.

Its now been 2 years since becoming a Natural Lawn of America customer. And I couldnt be happier. The entire operation is top notch from (Lauren) in customer service to (Bryce) my technician. Lauren is always available when I need to speak with someone. She is pleasant, knowledgeable and a joy to work with. Bryce is knowledgeable, courteous , and always willing to answer any question I may have while servicing my property. Bryce always cleans up afterwards blowing any applied product off driveway and walkways. We have been using Naturalawn services for a couple years now and are very happy with the results! Prior to that we tried other service as well as do-it-yourself, and our lawn has never looked better than it does now!

This company has terrible customer service and manager does not show any level of care or ability to work through problems. No ability to provide evidence of communication that the company states occurred related to billing and questions. They do not email bills on a regular invoicing like most companies. The manager and associate named Lindsay is rude, unprofessional, and they make it hard to do business. When quitting the service they could care less. They literally are accusatory and combative when a client asks questions and shares attempts to resolve problems. Worst service ever. Truly unprofessional, couldn t care less about the client and so willing to lose business. Lauren is the one within the crew that cares. I hired company to apply fertilizer and weed control as well as fall aeration and seeding. I still have many weeds, and the seeding was poorly done. My lawn looks worse now. They have not responded to my latest inquiries.

Office staff advised me that this is my responsibility to repair and refused my request for technical staff to come out and review the problem. Im moving on after a long term relationship with this this Company that I now regret.

Had my yard re seeded the cost was around $650, we were told we could do monthly payments, actually we where paying every two weeks but they divided to send the bill to collection, during a pandemic! Really not understanding why one person say make payment and another say send the total amount ASAP If I had known I would have never agreed Plus it didn t solve my grass problems

I have had service with this company. All positives, prompt, good communication and great lawn results naturally. Terry Nolan has been working with me over the time I started with them. He is great, professional and keeps me informed of treatments and answers all my questions.

I was a little skeptical but truly a magical process and you are pictures to prove it you can see where the new grass is growing compared to my neighbors where the dead grass remains. And they were able to fit me in for the last two treatments and the supervisor personally did the aeration and overseeding and I was very pleased with his results he worked very hard. Im very glad that the sales lady was kind enough to get us on the schedule as TruGreen personally removed us from their schedule not once but three times which led me to find in this company who actually stood up and accepted the challenge. I have has other lawn services but my lawn has never looked better. We have had them for 3 years now and I couldnt be more pleased. If I do have some rouge weeds pop up they will come right out and spot kill them.

Soooooo many regrets!!! Used them last year with no results. This year lawn looks worse than ever. Sowed $100 tall fescue.....it would not germinate. Plus daffodils didnt bloom where they treated. Bottom line....nothing grows where they treated. Would never recommend them.

We have had tried 3 different lawn care companies in the past 6 years. I can say, without question, NaturaLawn of America has been the BEST lawn company that we have every had. Our lawn has been a challenge because it was in poor condition to start with and the soil isnt the best - heavy clay content, plus it doesnt get much sun because of the trees. But each year we have been with Natural Lawn it has gotten better and better, so now we have one of the best lawns in the neighborhood. Weve been using NaturaLawn for years and the lawn looks great. We chose them because we didnt want poisons around our house. They do a complete soil analysis. My tech Kris Brown knows his stuff, is happy to talk, and has helped to customize the service over the years. Last year we had them aerate and reseed. The cost was very reasonable. They visited & called to follow-up, and the results were excellent. Our neighbor across the street even asked for a referral and he now uses them, too!

June 13: Rob was very courteous when I found him in my backyard and talked to him through a window. He described what step in the service he was currently doing and answered all my questions to the best of his ability. He completed the service in a timely manner yet took the time when treating for weeds to take some direction from me regarding the grass near the daylilies. We were using NaturaLawn for a few years, went to my landscaping service to save on costs but went back to NaturaLawn two years ago because our lawn looked awful when we moved services. Once it was back in the hands of NaturaLawn it looks great. We dont have the time to take care of it; the cost may be a bit higher but its worth it. They are helpful, always notify you before doing a service and immediately come back out if theres a problem. Our lawn technician, Kris Brown, is very knowledgeable and does a great job. He keeps the communication open and documents everything so that there are no surprises. Thats very valuable when you are working parents and cant keep on top of everything. I recommend them (and Kris) to any new customers.

I have used Natural Lawn of America for many years. I used them for 5 or 6 years and my lawn was always beautifully green and weed free. Then I stopped for a few years for financial reasons. My lawn quict reverted back to having a lot of weeds , and it looked just like my neighbor s. I finally started up again this past spring. And within two treatments my lawn was looking gorgeous again. Their products are natural and good for the environment. I would recommend this company to everyone. I have been with Naturalawn since March of 2017. My lawn had more than enough bare spots and weeds. I tried using fertilizers and weed killers sold at various stores but all I kept doing was spending money in vain. I finally decided try a lawn service again. The company I had several years ago was only taking my money and the lawn actually got worse and their service was going downhill. I reluctantly (after several years) called Naturalawn and spoke to John G. who really gave a good explanation about Naturalawn and their guarantees and what could not be guaranteed. After listening to him I decided to try. He sent out a representative who surveyed my lawn, took soil samples and gave me my first feeding. Next I was introduced to Chris James who was to be my regular personal representative. Im now into my 2nd year with both Chris and Naturalawn and my lawn has never looked better. Every time Chris comes he takes the time to explain what he did and why, as well as pointing things out that I need to be aware of and to let him know right away of any changes or or things needing his attention. He always calls the night or two before to let us know hes going to come to service our lawn in case we need to discuss anything about our lawn or if we have any questions or concerns. This year already, our lawn is practically weed free and as thick as never before, thanks to Chris. I know the lawn will never be totally weed free because my neighbors on both sides of me have unfed, untreated lawns. What Chris has done is a total miracle. As far as Im concerned, he is Naturalawn!

Kevin Brown services our lawn. He is absolutely fantastic! Kevin always takes the time to answer our questions, greet our dogs (with a few treats) and he treats us like friends. We have never felt rushed if we have concerns or questions. Even if we dont have questions, he takes the time to talk to us about the progress of our lawn and what we can expect the progression to look like. The lawn is beautiful. I signed up for a seasonal program with Natural Lawn in the beginning of the year and they have been to my house a few times. They most recently came out two weeks ago to do a summer application. The receipt clearly stated that they put down herbicides to combat weeds and crabgrass, among other things. The application had absolutely zero effect on the weeds in my lawn. After the Spring Application about 6 weeks earlier, weeds began dying and wilting in one day. I called the company after about 4 days because the weeds were not showing any sign dying out. I wanted them to come and re-apply. The people were all very nice and assured me that the chemicals can take 10-14 days to begin to work. I decided that sounded extremely odd as I have never heard of an herbicide that took 2 weeks to work, but took their word for it and waited. Here it is two weeks later and lawn weeds are going strong and the crabgrass is running rampant. I called to inform them that the application didnt work, and they told me on the phone that their services are not guaranteed to work and only apologized if no one had explained that to me before. My answer was NO.... no one ever explained to me when I paid for a yearly program that your services may or may not work. I was told that they can not come back out until the Fall to re-apply any herbicides because of burn potential with the heat, which I understand. When I asked for a credit to my account for that application because it didnt work, they informed me that they dont give refunds because the work was performed. It doesnt matter that it didnt work... if they showed up, I get charged no matter the results. What kind of company can ethically charge for a service that didnt work and is also unapologetic about it? Natural Lawn. Unfortunately, I pre-paid for a yearly service. I am very disappointed in the company... especially since I called them almost immediately to let them know that it didnt work. To get what I was hoping to be a nice lawn, I have spent a lot of money for no reason and now I get to spend the rest of the summer watches weeds and crabgrass grow in my lawn. I see many good reviews for Natural Lawn, so maybe I am the exception to otherwise good service, but their non-resolution and lack of even an apology was appalling, to say the least. Since no one from Natural Lawn explained to me that their services/products may not work, Id like to be able to share that info with others who may be looking for a lawn service.

My main problem was that I was quoted one price on the phone followed up with an email that said the aeration and seeding would be free, no charge. When they left me an invoice I called and asked about the email. They got back to me the next day and told me the email was a mistake and that I would be charged the $330. It was not my mistake that the email was sent and I felt they should honor the price sent to me in the email.

I contacted NLA in Nov 2017 for weed control. Despite paying for weed control for a year, I filled an entire trash can full of them by pulling them out of my lawn. When I asked why I was paying them and still had weeds they first told me it can take up to a year. Well its been almost a year and still have a lawn full of weeds. Then they blamed me for not calling them to come back even though they come every 6 weeks and bill me for it, even though the guy servicing my property told me he wasn t treating for weeds in certain areas because he didn t realize it was my property (which I find hard to believe as I live on a corner lot and have a fence). They treated my property in Nov 2017, but also failed to tell me I had been entered into a contract for services. They came out without my knowledge or consent and billed me for the service. When I complained, they said it was on the receipt from the weed service from 2017 that I had been entered into a contract . They also told me the weed control was safe, which it is not. I googled the chemicals that showed up under my online account and they are known to cause cancer. When I confronted them, they denied they had applied that chemical to my lawn even though their website said they had. I inquired about aeration and seeding and their salesperson told me a bunch of inaccurate information (such as daily watering wasnt required, and there was a guarantee for free seeding the following year if I was unsatisfied, but omitted the fact that you had to be a customer to get the guarantee. I requested he send me everything he told me in an email since they had already misled me, but he never did. When I told them I would not get the seeding until I got confirmation in writing, the manager called me instead of putting it in writing. She later emailed me but it did not confirm everything I had been told. They called to offer me mosquito control but after I cancelled with my current company, they called back to say they had quoted me the wrong price. This company has told me nothing be contradictory information and outright lies. Furthermore, they missed a bunch of places when they seeded my property, they refused to come back out until 3 weeks after the seeding, then when they came back out they told me they would call me ahead of time, but they did not, so when they re-seeded my property they still missed spots. When I called to tell them spots were missed, they tried to tell me I had to wait 3 more weeks before they would reseed (it was already early-october) which also meant another 3 weeks of daily watering. When I complained to the Regional Manager Paul Adams, he spoke with the owner Rick and they agreed they had dropped the ball numerous times. They came back out (over a week later) to re-seed the missed spots (and still missed some) but the technician failed to show up between 7 at as promised, instead at 10:30 am. The manager of the office is his daughter Angela. When I called to talk to the owner, she said he couldnt hear so he would not talk to me although the regional manager Paul Adams told me that he had spoke with the owner. I asked for his email and she told me all he would do was forward it to her anyway. When I asked for a discount due to all the headaches and she refused. They also told me to wait 3 more weeks before they come back to fill in the missed spots. And this doesnt include all the issues I have even had with them. ---- My response to the owners response is that I asked for nothing for free and I received nothing for free. My claims are all valid and I have the photos and emails to prove it. The company came back out as part of their warranty to seed the spots they missed (twice - see photos - no seed and very sparse grass). I asked for a discount off the price of the seed due to all the hassle and Angela refused. Later she called back and refused to send someone out to fix what still had not been seeded, but she did waive the other half of the seeding price (which I had not yet paid and was not intending to pay since the job had not been finished.

After a communication issue between office staff and techs Natural Lawn came to our residence to do the aeration and seeding today. Dave and Justin did a superior job taking extra care to do the job to our satisfaction. They were very courteous and listened to and addressed our concerns about our lawn. We could not have asked for better service.

We had NaturaLawn of America - Wilmington maintaining our lawn for over a year. It looked wonderful before they started and now looks worst then it ever has. When we expressed our concerns a supervisor visited the property left a report which we would describe as trying to sell more services and when we called to speak with him he never called us back. They put a great deal of effort into selling anything and everything they offer for sale and not into making our lawn look good. Buyer beware!

I have had > 10 years of service in Wilmington. The past 3 years my lawn, each yr. gets worse and worse. Aeration/seeding has not taken past 2 yrs. I complained to Angela- she sent a Tech out today. I told him what was happening. He Blamed it on my 2 small dogs. I explained that my dogs drink a LOT of water- no physical problems. I explained to him that since my female dogs drink a lot- their urine becomes deluded. There are NO BEAR/BROWN spots where they urinate. He , in a sarcastic tone. you watch your dogs were that go.. I told him yes I do! He would not believe me. I explained that I was born and educated in NYC. Here in DE as an RN I stupidly told that I am TOO educated. I also volunteer at dog shelters and help with medical treatment besides care. I hae owned 8 houses on the E. Coast and ALWAYS did my own lawn care and Landscaping . I know several Vets here in DE and up at the Philadelphia Pennsylvania Vet School where I am well known. I spoke with my Vet here in DE and 2 up in Philly. They explained that I was absolutely correct. Since after 37 years on being an RN, CCM I became handicapped. I STILL research medical and other essential topics- such as lawns, weeds ETC. Again I am VERY EDUCATED in many many areas! I was insulted by the tech- caught him lying to be. I repeated what he said- he again told me I was wrong. . The tech left w/o doing what he was there to do! I hae been in my home x 17 yrs. AGAIN I HAVE OWNED 8 HOMES! i WILL NO LONGER RECOMMEND YOUR COMPANY TO MY FRIENDS OR BUSINESS ASSOCIATES.

We have the most beautiful lawn in the community thanks to NaturaLawn. We use the Organic service and also their Perimeter Pest control and Mosquito Ranger! No bugs!

these people robo call and if you ask to be taken off the list, they keep calling and hanging up. I have called the Wilmington DE office and informed them of this problem. Next call is the FCC and Verizon. If that doesnt work, my lawyer!
