Let's Get Green in Wilmington

This is the second year that I used Let’s Get Green’s service. I previously cared for my own yard and I did quite well. The first year no issues, no big improvement either. However, during year 2 concerns surfaced. I had more active weed growth than normal. I contacted LGG and they responded, treated and the weeds died off. Apparently, the concentrate treatment must have continued, because my yard started a slow decline. When the drought hit my yard was in trouble and I watered extensively to keep my yard from burning completely. My backyard did not survive. When asked LGG about they had someone come out to assess the situation. LGG said they have a satellite service to track progress via photos. If this truly is the case then last year they’d see my yard was thick healthy and lush. Now, it looks like SCORCHED EARTH. I asked about a remediation plan; hoping that there was some ‘good-will’ for a repeat customer, but no - not at all! Phone calls were short & email exchanges were terse and non-caring. I look out my back window now in disgust and disappointment. I have a wedding after party planned for summer ‘25 that I’m very concerned about now. This is the first negative review I’ve ever written and it’s been long after growing season, but my disappointment is evident everyday I look at my backyard, so I say “Buyer Beware”. I don’t recommend Let’s Get Green at all. If I ever get another Lawn Service 100% it won’t be Let’s Get Green. They know they damaged my yard and did lift a finger to remediate the result. An epic Failure!!

This is my 3rd year using this lawn care service. The first years they were fantastic this year had a few issues due to bad communication. The owner did reach out to me and all issues were resolved. We will continue to use the services.

Update: I hired Green for the first time this year. Now nearing the end of the season and I have to say my lawn is looking great. A tremendous improvement from previous few years. No crabgrass or clover at all, which had been a major problem. I highly recommend this company. They do great work at a fair price. I'm a new customer and I am very pleased so far with Green's service. My lawn was looking kinda dismal with weeds filling in where the crab grass took over last season. Green's tech did my first application about 2 weeks ago; crabgrass preventer, weed killer, and fertilizer. Well, now the weeds are just about dead, the grass is getting super green, and fresh patches of turf are starting to fill in where the weeds were. I'm really pleased. Thank you.

I have utilized Green as my lawn care service for almost 20 years. They have done a fantastic job and my lawn looks great because of them. I would highly recommend Green for your lawn care needs.

Had core aeration done and was guaranteed grass growth or money back. I saw neither so don't trust them for aeration. Cutler did do everything in his power to make it right. I appreciate the response. Very detailed impressive response. The aeration did fail but that could be from many different factors. The other services they did were fantastic so I've rethought my stance and do have to say these guys do have a solid business. It just could have been issues from my lawn that maybe I can never grow grass there.

I highly recommend Green for your fertilization and weed control. I am a local landscape/lawn company who covers the Middletown, DE, Townsend, DE, and Odessa, DE area with grass cutting and landscape services. I do not provide fertilization or weed control but have referred several other companies to my clients. Since then I have not been satisfied with the results from these larger companies. After seeing the results from Green and the customer services which is provided all my future customers will be referred to him. Ask for Cutler Heath the owner and you will not be disappointed!

We are new Green Customers and are very pleased. We used a competitor for a number of years and there is NO comparison. Our lawn looks better after just a short time with their service!
