Ken's Lawn Service in Wilmington

BEWARE of this company. My former lawn care people apparently went under and sold my service to Kens Lawncare. I realized this when I seen 2 shirtless strange gusy i've never seen before cutting my front yard one day. I went out and spoke to them and they said they're with the new lawn company (Kens lawncare), and that my former lawn guy was out of business.... But I never signed up with this business before and had no idea who they were. They said i'd be billed monthly instead of every cut and the price/service wouldn't change. I went inside to call my former company to verify and got no answer so I tried looked up my old business to see if there was any sign of them closing...couldn't find anything. During this time Ken's lawncare left my backyard gate open and destroyed several dog toys throughout the backyard entrance area and part of a resin chair (looked like a strong weed eater destroyed them) and left my yard with nobody saying a thing to me. I called Kens lawncare after I googled the phone number to see if they were a real business and what was going on since it was a weird predicament and never hearing of the business before. The lady on the phone said the same thing about my old company going under and workers she sent out were not going to complete service at my address due to me owning a dog and there possibly being dog debris (I assumed poop) in my yard, I told them whoever went into my yard destroyed my dogs outdoor stuff & chair and didn't cut anything out here anyways, and that I don't want them back at my house as this was a extraordinary situation. Fast forward a couple weeks: So i ended up being billed by a company that I never contracted with, for a service I never asked for, for a job they never completed, for them damaging my property without coming here with my permission. Total scam. Watch out for these trespassers that'll damage your property.
