This was my first experience with Green Lawn, but I can already tell this company is so, so much more professional and capable than the company I previously used. James rang my doorbell, asked if I had questions, and took the time to walk around my property and answer my questions. He was extremely knowledgeable and courteous and did not rush me. He also pointed out several issues (some of which I was aware of, some of which I wasnt), but did not try to upsell me. He spent about an hour working on my trees and shrubs, whereas my previous company would be gone within 10-20 minutes. I look forward to continuing working with Green Lawn and am hopeful that they can undo some of the damage that was done by the previous company.

I am updating my review of Green Lawn. Previously gave 3 stars because technician did not let me know that he was doing 2 different applications. I got a call from Green Lawn and was ensured that in the future all applications will be conveyed and if I dont want one of them I can simply tell the technician. Nobody likes surprises on billing and that was my main concern.

Today chris serviced my lawn . He was very professional, and he covered every inch of my lawn with today treatment. He has a great personality and is a asset to your company

I dont believe I know Tellado specifically, but my lawn looks tremendous. I do have a few questions but the lawn doesnt have a dandelion on it. I get compliments on it. So I would like to thank whoever is treating the lawn, as well as Green Lawn who I have been with since 2006. I am completely satisfied.

James is a great guy to deal with. Im surprised that the one activity not listed is fertilizing which is what he did this morning

Have a set schedule and take care of lawn well .. responsive, when we had dandelions growing, came out in a few business days and addressed it at no cost to us

I loved that this was a set and forget service. I setup the service and payment and Brandon would come do the monthly treatments on a schedule. I never had to follow-up or chase them for service. Brandon was very professional, sent emails after each treatment explaining what was done.

Green Lawn provides high quality services that have improved the appearance of my lawn tremendously. My service provider has been very responsive to my requests. I had previously used TruGreen however I fired them after having seen no improvement in a number of years of service and finding their service and responsiveness to be lacking. TruGreen have offered me discounts to return my business to them but I was so dissatisfied that I wouldnt return to them if they were free of charge.

We had a huge patch of moss growing where it does not get much sun and I was taught on how to maintain the area. Every tech that comes out to service is friendly and courteous.

The folks at Green Lawn Fertilizing have been taking care of my lawn for several years now. I have used them for chemical application/weed & pest control. In the fall they aerate/pull plugs and overseed. Every time I call they respond quickly and call me in advance when are coming for a treatment. Not happy with the service this year. Many areas of dead grass. Multiple communication tries to speak with someone about this fell on deaf ears. All were non responsive to my needs and requests. Blamed me, the customer for not taking care of my lawn. I would not recommend this service !

Had Green Lawn as my provider for lawn fertilizer and weed control during 2022. Good communication, application and follow-up. Pleased with their work.

Pricing was reasonable. That was probably the best thing. However, a technician was not careful when spraying and burned a number of my boxwood shrubs and killed annuals and a large patch of pachysandra. When I called about this to ask for reimbursement for replacement of the annuals and pachysandra, they were very apologetic and sent someone to come take photos but no one ever followed up afterwards.

Great experience with my lawn care from GreenLawn, disappointed only in the result in mosquito control for the cost with minimal improvements. However my new lawn flourished with the services provided and appreciated the feedback from the technicians whenever I had questions.

They have done a great job for us all year and our lawn has never looked better! Steve was here in the rain Friday and it didnt deter him from fertilizing the lawn. Thank you!

Grass looks good!

Green Lawn is the 2nd company of this type that I have hired. Ive used them for 2 seasons now, and they are the better of the two services. One thing that made me feel good about Green Lawn is that I have put a request in my record that the services not be performed when the ground is too wet because Ive found that my lawn gets torn up; the other day Green Lawn showed up, then knocked on the door and told be that because of my standing request they were going to wait and come back in a few days. This may not seem that outstanding, but it is really beyond what I have come to expect from other lawncare/landscaping businesses. I intend to continue with them
