Freedom Lawns of Wilmington in Wilmington

I paid for flea and tick for my yard. The fleas are still there and I asked to treat again a month later and they refused they go back and say no when they said it was gauranteed. I asked for my money back since that never worked and they still refused. Awful business don’t waste your time or money.

Terrible customer service. Notified company that we weren’t happy with how our yard was looking while under their care and the owner came out to talk to us. Owner didn’t even acknowledge that their treatments were lacking, but instead tried to sell us more treatments and pointed out everything that’s wrong with our yard. Money hungry Owner with poor customer service.

Freedom Lawns is without a doubt the most professional yard care service I have ever used! My yard was a weedy mess! The technician was very knowledgeable and provided clear feedback as to expectations for applications. I can't wait to see the results once my yard comes out of dormancy this spring! - Mark

I recently switched to Freedom lawn and they completed the first service. They came out promptly to do my yard analysis and estimate. I was very happy with the price and services offered. Eric called on the day of the treatment to let me know he was on the way. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything regarding the yard treatment and also recommendations for other things to improve the yard. I am 100% happy that I switched to Freedom Lawn and look forward to seeing all the improvements this year will bring.

I have lived on Carolina Beach for over 23 years. I have always tried to maintain my yard myself, applying fertilizer, weed control products myself ,and pulling countless baskets of weeds by hand. Tried a professional lawn care company about 10 years back, had bad experience with them terrible results. My next door neighbor started using Freedom Lawn of Wilmington and I started to notice how nice his lawn was looking after a couple of years. My yard had a mixture of different grasses and a lot of weed problems. I have been with Freedom lawns now for about 4 or 5 years now my weeds are gone. I’ve tried several other local lawn care companies and have found Freedom Lawns of Wilmington to be the very best. My concerns are always addressed, explanations about lawn treatments are always provided, my gate is always shut, to ensure the safety of my pets. Their office staff is always polite and goes out of their way to accommodate; William, the gentleman who manages my lawn treatments is awesome, I highly recommend them!

I've enjoyed seeing the results of having one of the nicest lawns in the neighborhood, AND being told that by the neighbors, cements my feelings into being factual. It's nice to be called by "Eric" each time that he is 10 minutes away to tell me that he's ready to do the next step of our annual treatments. He, like others before him including Patrick, have been very faithful about inviting me to see there work while there and to know first hand how thorough a job they've done when fertilizing my lawn or killing weeds both in my grass or in my flower beds. Kudos to Freedom Lawns for hiring and training well.

We used Freedom Lawns for 4 years. Last fall I was not very happy and complained, their tech came and suggested additions costly treatment. My decision was to engage a different lawn care company. Then this spring, I see the Freedom person spraying my lawn. I yelled at him and told them that my new company had already done a treatment. To my surprise, Freedom lawn now want me to pay for this treatment I did not want, need or order. Be very careful, this company not only does poor lawn service but will try a bill you for unwanted treatments.
