We are a small community of 20 townhomes with extensive landscaping. Weve only had Fishwater servicing out property since January and we have been very pleased! Very good communication from the start! Amanda took the time to walk the property with me to discuss our needs. Florencio also took time to walk property before the crew did pruning & mulching. Ive had nothing but positive comments from residents! The crew did a fantastic job pruning and mulching! The crew is friendly! They did a great job everywhere! Dont hestiate to give Glenn a call, they will take care of you!

We used Fishwater Landscaping for a sod installation. As soon as we confirmed the quote with Glenn the next day their crew showed up ready to begin prepping the ground for installation day. They were punctual, professional, and efficient knocking out our backyard sod project in 2-3 days. Great work Fishwater!

We ended up contacting this company later in the spring than we wanted to, because we initially hired another company who no-showed. They responded immediately and had our yard done within a couple days! The crew did great work and the price was good. Very happy, would absolutely recommend them!

Within one week of inquiring about mulch, the job was complete. Glenn was responsive, easy to work with, has fair prices and uses quickbook online bill pay. The crew who completed the job was incredible. Professional & efficient, friendly, and knocked out the job within an hour of arrival. They clearly have a system in place and our yard looks great thanks to them. From edging, spraying for weeds, and cleaning up afterwards- they sure did deliver. I highly recommend.

They never finished job left heavy limbs to be pkup next day. No call no show numerous text to back and forth finally told they no more texts if do not pkup. 4 piles left was going to facebook and better business. We are in our 70s and had to dispose what was.not taken and paid to do. Very bad customer relations. No response what so ever. With numerous texts back and forth.

When they work they are reasonable. Been using them a year until today. Trying to get an answer of when my lawn would be cut became a major project. Reached out to Glenn on Saturday and Monday and Tuesday and finally today terminated services with them. Terrible customer service especially from the owner. He told me he gives them a list of property s and they do what they can

We ve worked with Fishwater for the past few years and they have helped us with annual maintenance like tree trimming and re-mulching as well as special one time jobs to transform the yard. We ve always been happy with the results, how easy the crew is to work with, and how well they take care of my yard and make sure we don t infringe on my neighbors . We definitely recommend them!

We used Fishwater for pine straw/mulch installation and tree removal services this week. They were extremely responsive on the front end and got us scheduled for the work right away. The crew did impeccable work and took extra care to ensure our yard looked pristine when they were done. I will definitely use their services again and recommend them to our friends and family!

Fishwater was able to obtain the type sod I requested and complete the installation one day ahead of schedule. It was a large job and they made good progress over the two days it required as it was about half of my entire yard. The old sod was removed, the ground leveled with new dirt and installation was completed and sprinklers adjusted as needed. The crews were timely, professional, and cleaned up the work area exceptionally well each day. I definitely recommend Fishwater and would use them again.

They butchered my yard when we didn t use their service. When called to complain about their mistake I was told I should be grateful that I got a free lawn mow. Considering that the lawn isn t supposed to be mowed because it s my choice to grow it out as ornamental grass with other plants mixed in I now have a free expensive chore to replace. Won t answer my calls nor attempts to have them correct their mistake. Highly upset by the lack of responsibility Jeff and his crews take. Do not recommend anyone use the his service.

I hired Fishwater to help me with removal of some invasive vines in my yard that had gotten out of control. It was not an easy job but they handled it beautifully. The person I met with was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable-and listened! The team took care of my requests and got it all cleared out, and were very very careful with what I wanted left alone. They went above and beyond and made everything look so tidy and saved shrubs from being choked out by the vines. They pruned the plants left, and have made it so we can have healthy growth that will look nice as it grows in. They were timely coming to do the estimate, got me on the schedule quickly, and were very professional. Again, this was a hard job and they handled it like true professionals from beginning to end. Thank you so much for such an awesome job-this is such a weight off my shoulders! We will be using their service again for future projects and 12/10 would recommend!

I called Fishwater Landscaping based on a neighbors referral. I called on a Friday, and they were able to do my yard that weekend. Wow! My yard has NEVER looked this good. Super friendly and responsive staff. Theyve earned a long term customer for sure. Many thanks to the team!

FishWater Landscaping is the greatest! They are the only lawn business I have ever seen that actually posts their price range for the many different services they offer. I sent a request for information from their website and someone called me within the hour. My first service went fantastic. The guys that showed up were diligent in their work with mowing, weed eating, and edging. My yard has never looked so good. It is such a relief knowing my yard will be taken care of all summer. I would definitely recommend FishWater Landscaping to anyone who needs their lawn taken care of.

I filed a BBB complaint and initiated an investigation with the NC State Pesticide Inspection officials. I am BEYOND upset at what has transpired. I hired this company to provide lawn maintenance on my ONE YEAR old sod at my residence. They did not stick to the times and treatment plans as they stated in the initial meeting, used a weed killer instead of a fertilizer on my lawn, the treatment for moles was not completed successfully, and to top it all off killed my lawn. When I emailed them, texted them, and called them I received no response. It wasn t until after the inspector and the BBB got involved that I finally heard from them. However one person tells you one thing and the other says something completely different. They originally said to the inspector, the BBB, and to me that the lawn would be replaced. Now I am faced with taking legal action to have this fixed since they refuse to communicate with me once again. I hired them at the beginning of May this year and by May 27th my lawn was dead. I have not mowed my lawn since or have been able to enjoy my backyard. I don t recommend this company for your Lawncare. I could not have been anymore happier with the choice of Fishwater Landscaping for my landscaping needs. They advertised same day service and have a deal going on which could NOT be turned down. I had never dealt with them before, but speaking with Glen, he was very professional and caring and completely fulfilled my request of having the lawn mowed and weed whacked as a surprise for my son. He sent two guys out and they did an excellent job. I was VERY pleased. Super friendly and very honest. I definitely would recommend them to you for your landscaping needs, plus they do way more than just mowing and weed whacking. Very impressed and will definitely be utilizing their service again in the near future.

We contracted Fishwater to place sod in our residential back yard. They put in centipede grass and it looks amazing! We are so pleased with the outcome. I chanced upon this company through an Internet search. I have high expectations and rarely do reviews but this company deserves 10 stars. My previous service had given me an outlandish Estimate for a fall cleanup and pruning/trimming/mulch. Fish water gave me a great price and I thought the service would be adequate at most. I was shocked at what an amazing job they did. I m switching to them for my regular yard work and am recommending to everybody I know.

Had a large spring cleanup project needing completion in a very short period of time. Fishwater was able to provide someone to come out right away and everything looks great!!
