Mike always provides excellent customer service. He takes the time to answer any questions I have regarding lawn care.

I noticed a lawn in neighborhood that was better than the rest, and asked owner who did his lawn. After 1.5 seasons of treatment, my lawn is in better shape than ever. Jason, is always knowledgeable and courteous. Eastern is my 5th lawn specialists in 15 years and my only keeper so far.

Justin does a great job but I still have lots of dead leaves on my pear tree and its only spring! Not sure why since they spray for fungus.

He is also very prompt in responding to communications via text, phone call, and email.

Jason always checks-in while he is here to make sure we don t have any questions. When we call, he comes promptly and answers any questions we have.

We started using Eastern Turf after installing a new zoysia yard spring of 2023. Todd M has been our provider and he has been the best. He reliably communicates treatment dates and has been a great source of knowledge to us as this is our first zoysia lawn. Todd even remembers that we have a dog and reminds us to keep him off the treated areas for the needed amounts of time.
