Pat and his team were professional, did great work clearing out and removing overgrowth and tree limbs as well as cleaned up landscaping. Pat was responsive and got out in a short time to complete work.
These guys keep going until the job is DONE! No nonsense, no hassle, great communication, professional, they provide reasonable quotes, and they’re punctual. They have EASILY earned landscape business and referrals from me going forward. Despite a small mixup Patrick and I had with the start date of the job, he quickly resolved it, and showed up first thing the next morning with his worker. Although he underestimated the length of time that the job would take in pulling up this overgrown (23 foot) poke weed and a rickety fence, they never complained, and they still got it done in one day. And on top of that, he was friendly and professional in dealing with the nosiness from my elderly neighbor. Great job!
We loved our experience with Union Park Landscaping! Pat was prompt, personal, and knowledgeable! Communication was easy breezy and he and his workers did an amazing job. They even found a whole wasps nest and took care of it for us! Then they knocked on the neighbors door to make sure they were aware of the bothered nest! They were truly the nicest guys and did an EXCELLENT job on our retaining wall. When we wanted more soil in the bed he was out the next day to fill it up more! We couldn’t ask for better service. We’ve used Union Park Landscaping for the last three years for annual mulch installation and flower bed maintenance. Patrick’s always responsive and professional, the work always looks great, and their rates are very reasonable compared to other services in the area.
This was the second time I’ve used them within a year, and again I’ve have good success. They put underground the last of my 4 downspouts. I had some issues with this last one initially. When I got home from work and saw what was done (pic 1), I immediately reached out to Patrick. He came back to my home early the next morning, and fixed it the day after that (pic 2). I appreciate his responsiveness to my dissatisfaction…he did not avoid me.
I turned my phone on this morning and I see a text from the owner Patrick that says don't forget the review, or I will send a $50 invoice. They did a fall cleanup that was to include the plant trimming and weeding. I mentioned that they missed a couple places and could they stop by and fix it when they are in the area next. He told me I was taking advantage and I can find another landscaping company. He insisted on driving straight to my house to collect full payment an hour after they finished. I have been doing business with them for a few years now and I have paid every bill they have sent me and during the summer I questioned why they had not been out for a week past the scheduled lawn service and he told me to get another lawn company if I had a problem with it. Over the years they did a great job with my lawn and I tried to overlook his aggressive behavior with me. Also there were a couple times over the years where they had broken lawn lights and said they would replace them and never did, or discount the price. I let it go and started asking for exact dates so I could move them the night before the lawn cut. I am ending my relationship with them as of today and I am sure I will get an aggressive response from this review. I paid top dollar and was expected to make a perfect review and I expect a perfect job!

Union Park was incredibly prompt, professional, and efficient! They offered fantastic suggestions for my front and back yard (as a young single dude, I had no idea what I was doing, and Pat gave great ideas). They finished both yards in less than 3 hours and left the place looking incredible! I highly recommend their services to anyone.

Checked out our yard last year to consult about putting down sod. This year we decided to go with it in early Spring - it was the right choice. Pat the owner is a super nice + chill guy, very experienced, and I like that he s local. Came to our house with like five workers and himself and did our front and back yard all in one day, looks amazing. Highly recommended, good price, quality work.
I sent a text and received an immediate response with a quote to have new mulch put down in my beds as well as weeding and cleanup. The price quoted was reasonable and the work was done the very next day. My property looked great! I would definitely recommend Union Park Landscaping and will consider them as needed in the future.
