I have had the pleasure of working with P&M Lawn and Landscaping for a few years at our commercial property in Newark, DE and I couldn't be happier with their work. Matt and his team redesigned our front landscaping last fall. We now have a beautiful paver walkway that weaves up to our front porch. P&M Lawn & Landscaping does an excellent job not only mowing, but with my spring and fall clean up and summer maintenance as well. Will and his team have provided outstanding service, and Will in particular is a very effective communicator and manager of his team. So polite and a pleasure to work with. The best! I choose this company because of their reviews and now totally disappointed with the unfinished work that I'm having to now pay someone else to do. After meeting for a consultation 2 times and providing a full sketch, the job was left unfinished from what we discussed and given an estimate for. I was having a pergola w/louvers installed and a flagstone patio with stepping stones from entry gate and from patio to shed along with defining the already existing landscaping and a rock installation. Be very careful about paying this company a final payment on the premises that they will be back to complete any unfinished touches. The louvers still didn't work, never received the stepping stones from deck to shed and the rock installation looks scarce and the front project was left with a buried drain pipe and 2 little plants. When I approached them I was told they provided so many extras but I didn't ask for any extras I just merely wanted what I paid for and discussed with them multiple times. I even had to send them the diagram again outlining what I wanted. My first project in this house and a very bad experience in the end and the kicker is I had purchased all the stone, pergola and siding for the deck earlier.

We have worked with P&M for about three years, now. They did a custom installation of a border boulder wall and plantings.. Absolutely gorgeous. Also we are now moving into our third year of annual maintenance. Each year , due to the quality of materials and workmanship, the landscape maintenance and weeding (yes, the weeds are hand pulled), has become minimal and the yard looks great. In addition, Matt and his crew are easy to work with, listen to their customers, gives reasoned and appropriate answers to our questions and concerns. I am so pleased to have finally found a landscaper who does quality and reliable work and works with the customer. Highly recommended!
