We had multiple jobs completed in one go: landscaping, hardscaping, water flow management, etc. Shawn listened to our requests carefully and promptly prepared an estimate for us that accurately described our plan in detail. The quote is an excellent reference document. The crew arrived on time each day. They were courteous and made excellent use of their time. All work areas were kept clean. The hardscaping was phenomenal. Excellent craftsmanship! We have already made plans to have additional projects undertaken by Marshall Landscaping. We value the quality of their work from start to finish.

Jorge and crew showed up promptly each day and worked well into the afternoon to keep on schedule. They communicated often with us to detail what they ve done and for any issues that they came across and needed a decision on how to proceed. We had extensive grading and a French drain and steps installed. Strong work guys.

The Marshall team replaced our driveway. They paid special attention to the pavement slope to insure good water run-off. They also did a super job of grading and seeding/sodding to provide a finished edge for lawn and asphalt. We are well pleased with the work of the entire crew.

This is the second job Ive had Marshall Landscape do for me...After putting on an addition, smoothing out the ground around it, removing all the weeds, adding topsoil and reseeding as well as making a crawl space access space. We contacted Marshall Landscaping to help us modify our pavers patio. It was like working with a a jig saw puzzle made of brick pavers, as we had to extend the pavers installed 11 years ago and wanted it to look like it had always been that way. Shawn and his team were here on time, and finished the job in one day. We asked for a modification mid-day and they happily added that work to our job. I will use this fine team again next year with another project. Id recommend you check them out for any outdoor project.

Marshall Landscape is the best company ever! I had a big job done which felt overwhelming to me. Shawn eased my anxiety as he explained exactly what they would do and not to worry. I called many times with questions and he always got back to me right away. I have a drainage easement in my backyard with property on the other side. The project started out just to clean up, add more stones in the easement and cut limbs and brush beyond the easement. I had Shawn come out yet again to go over the project and he was looking around and said nonchalantly you could put a pipe in there . He called the County and it was a go and that was now the new project. They put in a 12 inch pipe, catch basin, rerouted 2 downspouts, cut tree limbs in the back, cleaned brush, brought in approximately 4 feet of dirt, topsoil, tall fescue then finally straw. It was amazing to see the transformation and how quickly they got such a big job completed. Wonderful workers! I also had pavers put in under my deck with a ledge so now I can sit out there and enjoy my new backyard. Marco, Indarly, Saul and Ignacio installed the pavers and got it done in 2 ½ days. It was amazing to see them work. They did a beautiful job and are true perfectionists! Everyone that worked on this job was so nice and respectful and cleaned up daily. Also Casi in the office was very prompt in answering any questions I had. I will end this book now and simply say that every single person I came into contact with is fabulous and I highly recommend Marshall Landscaping! I know that if I need any type of hardscape, landscape, asphalt, blacktop etc. I will be calling Shawn and Marshall Landscaping. I can t thank you enough for making this project seem so easy and now I have a beautiful backyard that I can enjoy! Thank you so very much!

Excellent service good prices on time and clean

Marshalls staff were very professional & courteous. It was very hot & humid. They did an excellent job of cleaning up all flower beds & changed out mulch for stones in the backyard beds. Besides prepping the beds for new mulch & stones, they also trimmed a cherry blossom tree in the front yard & added soil & grass seed in some bare spots in the front yard. Excellent job...highly recommend.

Wow. I could not be happier with Shawn, Casi and the entire crew at Marshalls. They were so easy to work with, werent bothered by questions, and most importantly the end result of their hard work is BEAUTIFUL and effective. They installed a 15 x 30 raised paver patio and a 4 foot walkway, did landscaping all after removing a very old, very large deck. My main concern was keeping water out of my basement - the patio and landscaping were intended to correct this issue. They were very careful in their planning and execution. They had to work around trees and electric wiring for a pool filter and they did so expertly. Best of all, during the recent storms/downpours i had ZERO WATER in my basement!!! This was a very big job over about a three week period during a heatwave. The crew was incredible. They were helpful, friendly and again, didnt seem to be bothered by a lot of questions. They went out of their way to make sure I was happy and to make sure that the project was completed correctly. My neighbors commented about how impressed they were seeing the crew show up early every day - work all day long and stay late to get the job done in a timely manner. Their work ethic, quality and professionalism were top notch. I will recommend them and I will definitely use them again. Five stars isnt enough.

I had an old driveway that needed to be dug up and replaced, and I also wanted a walkway installed. Shawn and his crew did an incredible job in putting it together, and it looks amazing! It s a concreted driveway, lined with pavers. The walkway is made of pavers with 8 lighted bricks that turn on based on a photosensor (could be timed if I wanted too). These guys are hard workers and they do an incredible job. My neighbors love it, too!

Marshalls did a great job with our tree removal, yard grading, and parking pad install. Team was very courteous and knocked out in a day, what i thought would have taken two.

We reached out to Marshall Landscaping recently in regards to our home that we recently purchased having a drainage issue and swampy backyard. Thanks to Shawn and his team, problem solved! Our sump pump was running every 5 minutes when it rained. Marshall Landscaping came out and ran the drains away from the house and graded and seeded our yard, it rarely runs even when it rains and the grass is starting to grow. I work from home, so I was able to see the amount of work that went into this project. They showed up when they said they would and were always very responsive to my many emails. We also had them trim some of our trees while they were here. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them!

Our first time using their service and the Marshal Landscaping team certainly met my expectations. Grading topsoil and adding sod where an above-ground pool once stood was the main task, and timing was important due to upcoming winter season. They also excavated old lawn and replaced with quality stone a 200 sq ft area used to store my trailer. From first contact for quote to finished job was only 15 days. We had a paver patio installed. Before that Could be installed, numerous bushes, some the size of small trees, and an existing concrete patio had to be removed before they even started the crusher run sand and pavers.we were very satisfied with the work. The workers were professional, polite and finished with a thorough cleanup of the area after the installation and install the drainage solution under the pavers for our gutters. I would highly recommend them for paver/patio work.

Shawn came to do the estimate in April and said that they would provide quote in a couple of days. We waited for several weeks and reached out to their office 2-3 times while waiting, and everytime we were told that they would respond shortly but never called back. We ended up rushing our project by hiring another company. If you cant do the project or are not willing to do it, you can always let us know directly. And we understand if you dont get back to us in the promised time, but after we called back several times and still nothing happeded. I guess thats what we got for free estimate.

I contracted with Marshall to renovate the landscape in and around our swimming pool. Shawn and his crew did a fantastic job tearing out the old rock filled landscape, overgrown with weeds and brush, and replacing with combo of sod and seed. They smoothed and graded other areas around the yard as well. After 3 weeks (and despite the hot summer sun), the sod and grass are thriving and the landscape looks fresh and inviting. I highly recommend!

We have used Marshall Landscaping for two consecutive years to remove and replace the mulch around our property. In both years, they have done a tremendous job and our house looks great. This year we also asked them to remove a small tree and three bushes. They again did a great job and we are extremely pleased. Our go to person in Shawn and I would highly recommend him and his team to meet your needs.

Canal Little League (CLL) has been around for 50 years, located directly behind Peoples Plaza, with facility upgrades being completed over the years. In the late 2018 and into 2019, CLL decided it was necessary to make a significant investment into the Minor B baseball field. The issue at hand was left center to left field along with the parking lot sat lower than the surrounding area which would result in sitting water for days. After a torrential rainstorm in late March 2019, I reached out to several landscaping contractors to discuss ways in which this problem could be alleviated. The first company to respond was Marshall Landscaping and Sean came out the very next day (on time), providing a variety of options based off the CLL budget. Sean was very insightful and detailed, taking me step by step through the project. It is also important to note Marshall s bid was competitive and fair (mirroring the other contractors) and transparent. The project had to be postponed until late December 2019 into January 2020 which required Sean to come back out in late fall to re-review with me. The project included the following: Regrading center to left field. Installing a french drain along the left field (foul line) fence. Installing a drainage system in the parking lot. Adding stone to the parking lot. Removing a dead tree behind the backstop. Fast forward to late December 2019, the project began and was concluded in mid-January 2020. During this time, Sean and the back office kept me routinely updated as to the progress. After the project was reviewed by CLL board members, it was determined the grade for center to left field was too low. Sean came back out to discuss and Marshall agreed to add additional dirt, increasing the grade. After Marshall was complete, the field and surrounding area, were appropriately cleared of all debris and equipment, as if a month long project had never taken place. The project was put to test very early after significant rainstorm in late January which dumped approximately two to three inches over a few hours. As designed, a combination of the grade, french drain and drainage system in the parking lot, appropriately moved the water via a 300 long drainpipe, letting the water settle and seep into the ground/woods. As noted above, Canal is a complex with many fields and upgrades will continue to be made and Marshall Landscaping will be considered in the future. Thanks, Jeff
