The First Class team did a great job. From up front design consultation to an on-time install, plus a follow up to add more lighting before a big family event, they really were a pleasure to work with. The combination of landscaping and low voltage lighting made it an easy decision to go with First Class.

First Class has recently completed extensive work for me. This included plantings of trees, shrubs, and sod. The work was done within the time frame promised and the area left clean. I do have two concerns though. A dogwood and a cypress are not looking good despite the care that I was instructed to provide. Andrew stopped by - same day that I expressed my concern to the office - and stated that he thought the trees in question were still exhibiting signs of stress. If need be, the trees will be replaced in the fall. If these trees either pull through or are replaced, then I will change this review to 5 stars. Yes, First Class is my landscape contractor.

We are customers of First Class both for regular lawn and landscape maintenance, as well as recently had them complete a large drainage project for us. We have been extremely impressed with them on both fronts! From our initial discussions of the project with the business owner, to communication with office staff, to extremely professional and clean execution of the work by the crew, they made every step of the process easy and an pleasure for us. We look forward to taking on more projects with them in the future!

They lie they cheat they steal they will screw you in a minute

The team did a beautiful job. Its like nothing happened when we got home and saw three gigantic trees taken down or branches removed. I dont know how they did it so quickly and efficiently, but it was much appreciated.

The staff was very efficient and the job was completed in under an hour. They cut down the bushes and trimmed the tree and cleaned everything up. I will use them again if needed in the future. The office staff and the owner were very easy to deal with.

First Class lived up to their name and provided first class service. From quoting the job to getting a few trees removed, everything was done efficiently at a competitive price. From the equipment to the crews, everything was truly first class about the experience. Thank you!

Everyone we have interacted with in this company has been a delight to work with. Only because there is a stump left would we know there had been a tree! It was a very tall very dead ash tree and not a twig remained on the ground after it was cut down and cleared away. Wonderful work and professionalism. We recommend them highly.

Reasonably priced and fast to respond

Firstclass was amazing to work with. I had 10+ trees removed at my house and a few other jobs. They did all of them flawlessly with no mess left behind, at a fair price. If you re looking for tree removal, patio design or any hardscaping project, they are the best in Delaware.

We were looking for someone to help with taking out bushes, laying rock, and helping with ideas to decrease the amount of maintenance for our yard. From first reaching out to them through to the end of the job, they were attentive, professional, ensured multiple times that they were doing what we wanted, and left us very happy with their work. I highly recommend them.

We had multiple trees cut down, all stumps grinded and everything removed. Our yard was like a mini forest and now we have the space to be able to start to make it an open yard. Very reasonable prices and finished the work by the end of the day! Highly recommend!

First Class Lawncare did a phenomenal job! They successfully removed 7 mature trees in our backyard. These trees were surrounding our inground pool. Andrews team was very cautious and took all measures to remove the trees carefully without damaging the pool. They exceeded our expectations. We will be using them again!

These guys did a good job for me - trimmed several trees, and took down two others. They showed up on time, and were careful.

The workers are friendly and take their job serious. Grass is cut at a perfect length! Edging is deep and straight and the clean up is amazing. The job they do each and every time is PERFECT. Thanks Guys.

First Class Lawncare removed two large mature maple trees and a sapling from my yard, and ground down the stumps. Andrew provided the quote and was friendly and professional, and his pricing was competitive. They came out a week later and cut down the trees. They hauled away the debris same-day and I was impressed how well they had cleaned up the yard. It was great to find a tree service with fair pricing who showed up on time and did what they said they were going to do.

Andrew and his crew did an awesome job of removing two dead / dying trees from our yard and stumping both of them. They removed a huge Oak tree from the back yard and a Maple from the front yard. We use First Class Lawncare for all of our outdoor needs!

Andrew and his crew were all easy to work with and knowledgeable. We needed to replace our driveway wall (it was getting old and toppling over into our neighbors yard, ugly and awful and we knew it would be a job for professionals). I am writing this review a year later because I wanted to be sure it would hold up well - so far it still looks great! Even following a hiccup in the beginning, we were fully satisfied by the end of the project. No one is perfect but when companies own their mistakes and do what it takes to get it right, people notice. We would absolutely use them again for any sort of landscaping/hardscaping work. Andrews team did such a fantastic job on our project. There were two large overgrown cypress trees, three large spruces, and five bushes that we had wanted to get rid of for a few years but figured the cost would be prohibitive. After getting a few quotes Andrews quote was significantly less expensive than the others and well within our price range. Luckily for us this was a case of you get what you pay for, as his team did a fantastic job. They were very friendly, courteous, and most importantly, careful, and gave my young children quite a bit of enjoyment watching their work for the day. I would highly recommend them to anyone and would absolutely use them again should the time come.

Absolutely meticulous work. They did everything I asked for and it is perfect! Andrew Jim and the workers were very responsive to my requests and I was able to communicate by phone or from my window on the second floor to avoid contact.!

We had significant tree damage during bad storms last yr. Andrew and his team were able to come out and remove the worst of it really quickly. so the adjusters, etc. could get in and to their work. We were so pleased with their service we had them remove two additional giant trees and a number of smaller ones. This yr we had them back out to remove another beast of a tree along with another small one close to it. In less than 4 hours, they removed sections of fence necessary to get to the tree, had the tree down, stump ground and chips and tree removed and my fence back up. Very pleased. Will not hesitate to call them for jobs in the future.

The crew came to my house on 1/19/21 to remove a beast of a tree. I can say that they lived up to the name First Class the gentlemen on the crew were punctual, professional, and hard working. They made short work of the tree and I was very pleased with the work done. Andrew came out immediately after they were done to inspect the work. Im a big fan of professional local small businesses (especially in these trying times) and I will be using First Class again in the near future for another nuisance tree.
