Joseph and his team are knowledgeable and very helpful. He really tries to look out for your best interest. Sometimes his communication can be a bit hit or miss because they're a small, busy team but he tries his best.

Requested a quote for grading a large piece of the yard that our builder left for us to manage. They were out the very next day and presented a reasonable quote. Once I confirmed that I would accept their quote, they were out in a week and completed the work in an afternoon.
Never received requested quote.
If you are in search of an experienced landscaping company in the RTP area, Id strongly recommend contacting Southern State Landscaping. Not only were they able to come out on very short notice, they also explained everything they would recommend to maintain the lawn. They have been doing an excellent job at taking care of my lawn and I am glad that I chose to work with this company :)
