Dennis and his assistant are both not only very good in their work and caring, but precise in trying to do best possible even when weather has been bad. I am very pleased with their service.

Not a customer, but wanted to recognize the employee who was cutting the med surg building on klien last night 5/8. I was walking with my young twins and he was aware enough to stop the engine to protect their ears. That is the above and beyond respect you just do not see anymore. Thank you!

I am not a customer but my neighbor is. I have to go clean my driveway and patio after they come. They blow grass everywhere, on top of our patio set, and grill. I have also asked them not to drive up or turnaround on my driveway after leaving tons of black marks on my driveway, which haven't gone away. They assured me they would not and didn't that day but have every week since. Our neighbor has had other companies who have been able to do a good job without leaving our house a mess. We cut our lawn and cleaned up yesterday and had to go back out and cleanup today, it is ridiculous. They should take pride in their work, not try to be in and out in under 10 min.

I have read the other reviews before leaving mine. My experience with Picone has been amazing. All the workers at our house worked very hard, very respectful and truly did a amazing job. We had a lot of things going on personally & medically. Things just got out of control with weeds and old bushes etc that should have been removed years ago. The owner came out to do an estimate on a project that we were not sure what we would be able to start before his crew got here. He was amazing as we figured it out. We will continue to have Picone help with multiple projects we need done. Price was very reasonable and the work truly WOW. I wish I took before & after pictures. To anyone that reads reviews before using a company, like I do I please remember you can't always please everyone. Picone truly went above & beyond for us. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking. If I could give 10 stars I would. We look forward to working with them on other projects moving fwd.

I've had nothing but good experiences with Picone Landscaping for my lawn service. Having gone through a few different services over the years, I recognize some minor things that make my lawn look a little better. I had a service in the past that caused minor damage when servicing my lawn, possibly due to older equipment or maybe operator inexperience. Picone, for the few years I've used them, has always had at least 1 guy on the crew that seems to really understand how to cut & edge, including some of my more tricky areas with sharp slopes. The guys I've met so far have been great - respectful and professional.

The landscaping work they did for us was absolutely awful. We used them a year ago. After they arrived, I caught one of the laborers completely scraping clean one of my beds. When confronted, they claimed everything was weeds (I knew otherwise since I had lived here for 7 years already). Sure enough, the bed this year looks like complete garbage and none of the normal plants/flowers that are normally present have shown up. Will have to start over from scratch because their crew couldn't tell the difference between plants/flowers and weeds and just removed EVERYTHING.

We recently switched over to Picone from another company and all I can say is WOW! They just left our house and the guys did a wonderful job with the lawn. They were great! Thorough, nice cut, edging, weed walking and clean up. I am so impressed and happy we switched over to them!

I give Picone a lot of credit. Residential snow removal companies aren’t equipped to handle the blizzard we just had. For Pete’s sake fire trucks were stuck. These comments here are killing me. The level of entitlement is off the charts here. Picone’s were responsive and didn’t give me any false timelines. When they came, the snow was too much for them to move with a regular pick up so they needed to bring heavier equipment. Had to pay extra but it’s better than the alternative. I have friends that had their “fly by night” service close up shop and they’re not getting any refund and with out a plowing service. I would highly recommend Picone to anyone looking for service next year, and the people who are “leaving” next year.. good luck finding another service, as many smaller operations are going dark after this.
