Millers was fast to come out and give us a quote on the landscaping and walkway we wanted to add. They were very easy to communicate with, worked with our budget, and their workers were extremely fast and efficient! They went above and beyond even doing a couple little extra touches to the property to leave it looking its best! We will absolutely be hiring them again for future landscaping jobs!

I have been with Jakes Landscaping for the last four years. The first job he completed for me was transforming by backyard from a sandy mess (immediately after pool installation) to a beautiful oasis, through the use of sod, rocks, and some beautiful plants. Since then, his team has cut my grass every week and completed seasonal maintenance. I never have to worry about the condition of my lawn, thanks to their diligence and hard work. This company will give you the run around. They are understaffed. They have good customer service over the phone, they really convince you that they are going to help. Only to then completely not follow through with any appointments set. The guy jake is too busy to care, his answer for everything is.. someone will be out tomorrow . Good luck with getting this company to actually complete a service they schedule. Waste of time.

They did a wonderful job on my front flower beds! It was a lot of work, but they got it all done within 7 hours. Had I tried to do what they did on my own, it probably would have been more like 7 months. I really appreciate their hard work. My front yard looks sooo much better now. My husband is disabled and Sometimes forgets to move things off the law but your staff just moves it or works around it. Thanks for keeping lawn looking great!

These guys are the worst. Stay away. To boot, they cant drive. Had the displeasure of driving behind one of these guys as well and they dont use turn signals and nearly crashed into another car while the guy was texting and driving.

We requested a quote Millers Landscaping not knowing what to expect to create a lawn where an above ground pool had originally been. Jake got back to me immediately, came out and sent an estimate the next day. His quote was the best of 3 and even included removing old tree stumps. Anthony and his crew came and installed the sod and did an awesome job. We now have a lawn where there was none and it was done to perfection. Thank you.

Also the spring prep and fall clean up are awesome!!! I got a half cord of firewood from Miller s and it was amazing and seasoned as promised. Not like the thieves who sell non seasoned fire wood. Communication was really poor from beginning to end. I was disappointed there was barely any scalloping/curve like we discussed and like the quote picture showed. It still looks nice overall; a huge improvement from what we had.

Ill start this review by saying i have used at least 6 local landscaping companies prior to working with Millers Landscaping and i wouldnt go anywhere else based on my most recent experience. Jake and his team provided exceptional service across every dimension of the project. Initial contact: Jake contacted me the next day after an inquiry, was punctual when he came to our house, offered some design ideas, and had an estimate out within a few days. Job Pricing: Pretty slick process, where his estimates break out each aspect of the job, and gives you an opportunity to refine or approve. I did all this on my phone. Super easy, and adjustments were made within a day of requested changes. Scheduling: Also done through the same app as the estimates. I picked a date, and Jake and team were there by 830am. Very punctual. I didnt need to chase him for anything. (Thats been a big point of contention for me and other landscapers) Quality of work: Stellar. We got ~12 trees, had electrical work done, had rock borders added, sod, and general cleanup. Not a small job; extremely pleased with the outcome. Communication: Amazing. Best ive had. Easy to get ahold of Jake, always responds within a day, willing to collaborate to make sure the vision gets brought to life. Jake is picky about the plants he brings, and wont just get you whatever is available. I was very happy with the quality and size of the trees he selected and felt he made all the right decisions based on what we discussed. You arent just a job to him, he goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied as a client. Professional crew, respectful of property, first class from beginning to end.

Jake & his team did a great job with laying sod, pavers, flower beds, and installing sprinklers. Great with making adjustments. I highly recommend him & his team on any job. Also very pleasant people to work with.

Jake professionally visited me one afternoon to give me a quote on some mulch and bush removal. After hearing all the things he would take care of I decided to have him come and lay the mulch and clean it the beds as well as trim the bushes. He is now also doing our weekly cuts and it looks beautiful. Highly recommend
